The Yoga Nest is a hidden gem in Cooper City. I've been practicing yoga at The Yoga Nest every week for over about a month and a half. It's the highlight of my week. After working out for over an hour, I always leave feeling calm, energized, strong, and rested. It's worth every minute and every penny. I plan to continue practicing yoga here for many years to come!

I can’t say enough good things about Ifat and her classes. You will not only prepare your body for birth, but you will gain a support system and meet other moms-to-be! I truly believe my labor was short and less painful because of the prenatal classes. Now, I attend Mommy & Me with my son. It’s another great class with time to talk to other moms, stretch, and spend time with our babies. 💙

Ifat (instructor/owner) is a caring, inspirational and amazing person overall. Taking a class a the yoga nest, you will surround yourself with an amazing community of women. I took prenatal yoga with Ifat and she was not only completely present to my needs during class but also beyond class during the delivery of my baby. I have also taken mom and baby yoga classes and wish I could continue but my baby is now a toddler! This is more than a class.. it is a community I recommend to any moms-to-be in South Florida.

Today was my first prenatal yoga class and it went great! Very relaxing. I liked how you work with each other in class with stretching. Owner and teacher has a strong passion for what she does and it shows. Great class and would recommend to all.

I had such a wonderful first-time experience last Saturday with Ifat :) The prenatal class and environment was instantly warm and welcoming. Ifat makes sure to form a community for her students. Before the class began we had circle time and all took the time to introduce ourselves and talk a little bit about our pregnancies. I find this so important because in today's day and age, everyone is so disconnected. We barely make eye contact with strangers! So I found this to be awesome and hope that I'm able to form friendships with some of these other mamas-to-be. The class itself was great. Ifat makes sure to be very clear with all the movements and steps, so there is never any confusion or discomfort. I felt so good afterwards! My muscles and joints felt relieved. I'll definitely be coming back and be recommending this class to other local preggos :)

Prenatal yoga at The Yoga Nest has been such a positive and uplifting part of my pregnancy. Ifat is such a wonderful teacher and the classes have definitely been a highlight of each week. I can’t wait to continue on with postpartum classes once my baby is here!

Ifat is knowledgeable, compassionate and so much more than just a yoga instructor. The vibe is perfect and a great place to be for an expecting mama or anyone really. Highly recommend the yoga nest!

Went to Prenatal yoga with Ifat at The Yoga Nest the majority of my pregnancy. She is so great at making sure everyone in the class can do what they can handle by showing modifiers. The atmosphere is so relaxing, I always looked forward to yoga. Excited to start Mommy and me classes with her as well!

Ifat is an excellent resource to have during pregnancy!! I was looking for prenatal yoga classes and luckily stumbled upon The Yoga Nest. I loved attending classes, I always left refreshed. Ifat creates a great atmosphere that's relaxing and educational. I would definitely recommend The Yoga Nest to new mommy's to be, and even plan on trying out her mommy and me yoga classes once my bundle of joy arrives :D Update: I’ve recently been able to attend some of the mommy & me classes as well as the postpartum circle and I must say I am even more in love with Ifat and the Yoga Nest. She is amazing at incorporating your bundle of joy into the practice of yoga. The new studio is also amazing; very serene and calming.

The Yoga Nest is a place I look forward to going to. My husband and I enjoy our classes so much! Ifat is the most talented teacher. We come away from her classes feeling refreshed and happy. I have never felt so comfortable in a practice before. Thank you Ifat!

The workshop “Partners in birth” was very educational and inspiring at the same time. It’s Resolved many doubts that we had and encouraged my husband to participate more actively in the process. It was very gratifying to be able to share topics that are generally spoken only among women. It was great.

Prenatal yoga is my favorite part of the week! Ifat teaches yoga poses and exercises that are useful throughout pregnancy and prepare you for labor. The class is part support group/part yoga class. I have learned so much from listening to all of the other mothers to be share their experiences. It is so comforting to have a community of women to ask questions and bounce ideas off of.

Moving from Boston at 6 months pregnant and not knowing anybody in the area was challenging. Finding Ifat and joining the prenatal yoga classes has been the most helpful thing I did for myself and my family. ‏ The classes are empowering, gentle and focus on our strengths as moms to be. I meet awesome moms that I now call friends, and having their support while we all go through motherhood has been very important, and for that I’m extremely thankful.

Joined this community mid year 2022 when I found out I was having my 2nd baby. The experience and the knowledge I have gained from Ifat has been incredible. I enter and leave that studio feeling empowered. Ifat’s energy is like no other and she truly does transfer that in her class. The exercises are doable, so no need to be a yoga expert. She is gentle, funny and honest, which I love! Come Feb2023 I will be joining her other class for mommy and me.

The best place for community while pregnant and newly post-partum! You don’t know how much you need to be around other pregnant/newly postpartum moms until you attend a class. It’s a great place to learn about pregnancy and motherhood as well!

Such a great community during and after a pregnancy. I practiced with Ifat while pregnant with my first child and was glad to be back stretching and moving during my second too. Highly recommend!

The prenatal partner yoga class was amazing! My partner and I have learned so many techniques to release tension and prepare for labor.

Ifat is SO wonderful! I’ve now been to a prenatal class and a partner’s prenatal yoga class and have felt so calm and relaxed after attending. I highly recommend it to any mommas out there, especially first time mommas! She answers any and all questions and is so knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to taking a few more classes before my little guy arrives :)

Ifat is an amazing yoga teacher! She’s very welcoming, funny, and kind. I took her classes while I was pregnant with my first child and now I’m back for more prenatal yoga with my second pregnancy. Ifat is very knowledgeable about child birth, and being a mom, and what we go through and experience during pregnancy through child birth and even after. She makes me feel at ease and happy to attend her classes in a stress free relaxed environment. Ifat shares her own stories and experience in a judgment-free way and encourages others to share, helping us relate to one another. Every class has been an enjoyable experience that I look forward to each week. I feel like I get so much more out of the classes than just yoga and I would highly recommend these classes to any mom-to-be!

The Yoga Nest is such an amazing community for moms, moms to be, and families! All of the instructors are so knowledgeable and informative, it has been a great source of comfort and education throughout my pregnancy with the prenatal classes, and now these first 6 months of mommyhood. My baby had so much fun in the Music and Tummy Time class, and now I'm loving the Mommy and Me Yoga. Thank you Ifat for creating such a welcoming space!

We had the best experience with Ifat and Dawna. Not only are they incredibly knowledgable on all things pregnancy and birthing but they're passionate, engaged and supportive of all types of births. They provided so much information that made my husband and I so much more at ease with our upcoming birth. All of the information was so thorough and explained in such great detail that we instantly felt a sigh of relief and answers to our fears. We couldn't have asked for a better birthing class!!

If you are pregnant (or even if not!) this place is amazing. I started going when pregnant and new to the area. It's a great community to find similar people when pregnant, and Ifat is so welcoming and the classes helped me ease the stress of daily life. Now I had my healthy baby girl and will continue to go again to try to regain some of that zen! I've also done a yoga and acupuncture workshop which was so wonderful. Great offerings & wonderful people. GO!

I cannot speak highly enough of The Yoga Nest and Ifat. Without her, the classes, and the community, my pregnancy and birth would have been so different. She is resourceful and always respectful of each mother’s decisions. She creates a safe place for everyone - but especially moms.

A beautiful sanctuary for prenatal and postpartum mommas! My husband and I took the Partners in Birth class and the knowledge and experience that Ifat shared was invaluable! After I had my little girl I participated in the rock with mama class and it was so much fun!

Disclaimer - I am not a yogi 🙄 That being said, this place is a Gem! Not only as a yoga studio, but as a true asset to our community. I've attended prenatal yoga classes here that I found to be helpful for body and soul. The support groups are priceless and mommy and Me Classes absolutely precious. Not to mention what a sweetheart the owner, Ifat, is.

I have an 8 week old and attended both prenatal and baby&me classes with Ifat. I highly recommend attending! The space is clean, inviting and relaxing. It's wonderful to instantly be made part of the community of new and soon to be moms. Having a baby is stressful stuff! I don't know how I would have made it through without this place when I had a rough week.

The Nest was my first yoga home during both my prenatal and postnatal journey. The wonderful community, the inclusiveness, the sheer love that they poured out is forever in my heart. From prenatal/birthing classes to yoga classes The Nest provided me with the confidence to have a safe and informed delivery. Upon my return to yoga post natal, I was given a space in which to rebuild myself. I am so thankful for this group and especially Ifat. Her teachings are both loving and challenging. Her love for yoga and community is powerful. Highly recommend!

I began taking classes at the Yoganest when pregnant with my first child. I was new to the area and the classes were such a great source of support and information for pregnancy, childbirth, and beyond. My husband and I attended a Spinning Babies and Childbirth education class with Ifat and the information we learned helped us to communicate effectively with all the medical professionals throughout my pregnancy and delivery. Ifat and all of the instructors are amazing and the classes greatly helped with lowering the anxiety and stress I was feeling about being a first time mom. Can not recommend the Yoganest enough!

Great community for all moms! I love Ifat’s prenatal yoga class: lots of preparation, exercise, and relaxation. I am a VBAC mom and love the support. Her birthing class was a amazing. While there was many things I did know, I learned a lot of information on laboring a comfort levels in birth that I otherwise would not have known! I definitely feel more confident in myself having taken her and Dawna’s class.

I discovered The Yoga Nest shortly after we found out we were expecting. I started doing Prenatal Yoga there with Ifat right away and immediately fell in love with the studio, the atmosphere and all of the wisdom and resources that she and Dawna offer. I attended a Newborn class that was offered for FREE by three amazing doulas a couple weekends ago, I’ll be attending a FREE breastfeeding class in a couple weeks, and then my husband and I attended Dawna and Ifat’s Childbirth Class that was offered this past weekend. The class was so informative and insightful and we were in awe of the knowledge that was shared and everything we learned. We loved that it was a small, intimate setting, so you really got to get to know the other couples, it was hands-on, honest and eye opening. I think as women who are expecting we naturally expect this from such classes, but even my husband, who was so skeptical of the class and had his mind set on what to expect, he walked out of there with a greater appreciation and a whole new mindset on pregnancy, delivery, postpartum and appreciation for this new journey...and that’s huge! I cannot recommend this place enough. I have learned so much about my pregnancy, as well as myself, and feel so much stronger and prepared for my delivery (as well as becoming a first time mother) because of this amazing place and these two fantastic women! I also find it incredibly reassuring to know that this is a place that I can continue to enjoy and reach out to once our daughter is born, and that there are classes offered that we can attend together, whether it be postpartum issues, breastfeeding questions and concerns, infant CPR refresher courses, zumbini classes, etc.

Best yoga studio and community! My wife and I took the childbirth preparation classes there with Ifat (the owner) and Dawna. They provide so much helpful information and explain all options for the birth you want. We also took the CPR class offered there, as well as attended free doula classes. My wife also took the prenatal yoga classes and said it was the most relaxing part of her week. Great place with great people!

I have known Ifat for quite some time now since I babysat her wonderful children, and Dawna was my midwifes assistant during home birth. Both are very professional and knowledgeable but above all very lovely and compassionate women. My hubby and I loved their childbirth classes mostly because we felt super comfortable and welcomed. We learned a lot and would definitely reccomend to other parents-to-be 😊

I loved the childbirth class and everything else about The Yoga Nest. The class was super informative, interactive and fun! Dawna and Ifat are very approachable, warm and welcoming. I immediately felt like I was among friends. Highly recommend the childbirth class, and the prenatal yoga.

I have been going to prenatal yoga classes at the Yoga Nest throughout my pregnancy. I absolutely love Ifat and all of the other instructors at the studio. My husband and I recently attended their Childbirth Class which we found to be really informative and enjoyable. Can't say enough good things about the studio!

Incredible energy at this lovely yoga studio. Ifat is highly knowledgeable as a teacher & caters to all types of yoga styles. She has an amazing prenatal following & hosts all kinds of local community events along w/local vendors in her space. I highly recommend yoga nest for all.

I've had great experiences at this yoga studio. When you walk into the Yoga Nest there is an instant feeling of calm and relaxation. Started off with prenatal yoga, and now Ifat is offering tons of new classes. I'm now doing vinyasa flow and have my daughter in kids yoga. We both love it!

Best Yoga spot in Cooper City - I really love the Tuesday night yoga class. Beyond the incredible instructors here, the Yoga Nest is more than just a yoga studio; it's a tight-knit community of mothers, yogis and friends who will enrich your yoga practice. It's a great hub for connecting with other yoga-lovers. If you're looking to add some flexibility to your workout, or your life (or both, like me) I highly recommend this place.
