This is one of our favorite lunch spots. The food is always great and there's such a nice little lovely selection of stuff. Their Mac is so yummy! Cheese panini with turkey, Chilli fries, cheese curds 🤌 the Philly is also another favorite.

Really enjoyed this stop. We originally came here for ice cream but also picked up a frozen mac and cheese, a cheese block and fudge. The ice cream portions are large and a great price. We both ended up with a child's portion which is two scoops. I got a waffle cone and it was tasty. The ice cream was from Umpqua and it is very creamy and we both enjoyed it. The staff at this location were very friendly. We will definitely visit again when we are in the area.

Had our daughters 14th birthday celebration here. Had ice cream and enjoyed family time. Highly recommend.

Don’t know why I waited so long to try this place! The food was outstanding and they actually have a decent selection of beer and wine, which I didn’t expect for a cafe/retail operation. Very adorable booths and tile work - great job on the design! Staff were friendly and fast. I’ll be back for sure. :)

The price for cheese is unreal. I have been there three different times. I have also been to the Bandon location. The price for cheese is over 8 dollars a pound. Every time I get to the register and see the price, I am blown away. This time, I only got cheese ends, thinking I was getting a better deal. Well, the bill was 34 dollars. I thought I was getting the bag at $3.75, but nope, I was getting 3.75 lbs at $8 a pound. The staff were very friendly and said they would return the item. I mean, I had not paid for anything, so I am happy to hear you can return things you have not paid for. Just blows my mind it this keeps happening when I go there. I am so happy for everyone, and I hope you have fun on your travels.

So the food is always delicious. However some of the staff are more uptight than others especially with the ice cream. Like why is it ok for me to order a single (which is three scoops) and not get three different flavors. Why is it ok for me to only get two different flavors instead of three? If I'm ordering three scoops I should be able to get three different flavors. Anyway, rant over, the food is always delicious. I just wish all the staff were as pleasant as the food.

Oh so good! Tasty, creamy, locally made ice cream, and well priced, too! A highlight of the day. We visited here on a previous day and got hot food from the deli side of the restaurant and the sandwiches and poutine (which is rare to see south of the Canadian border) were hot, fresh and very tasty. The local cheeses were awesome!

Friendly staff that helped me and who greeted me. Atmosphere was nice. Everything looked nice and clean from what I could see. I pulled right into a parking spot up front and got right out. I came in for ice cream and left with ice cream but I do have to agree with some people on here, although the ice cream was yummy and a great price, Umpqua ice cream can be purchased at any store here in town literally, so I thought it would have been Facerock Creamery's own brand of ice cream I was buying, which was a bit disappointing even though it is good.

Highly recommend the delicious paninis - we were very sad they were out of Mac and cheese! The ice cream was really good.. as was the cranberry honey cheese. Staff was great.

Normally we have a good experiance but after today.... Came in, was not able to get a tap beer. Okay fine, ordered food gal1 rings us up does NOT give us a receipt. Gal2 asked if she can take a break, asked gal1 to make our food. 20 minutes later gal2 is back from break and no one is making our food. My dad put his hand up they realized no one was making it. They finally make it and instant attitude came out of gal2. When my dad went back to get ranch for his chicken strips and a fork for the putine we ordered gal2 lost her sh¡t apparently she couldn't handle the situation and became very rude. I asked her to calm down that there was no need to be rude. She freaked out on me, told me "if you're going to be rude just leave". Wouldn't give me her name or the name of the manager. She said I could call Bandon, she had already did. She said that the Bandon manager who hired her told us to "have a nice day". I called Bandon, no manager at either location until Sunday. So waiting to see if facerock creamery cares about their customers, and the manager calls back. I worked customer service and food my whole life, if I or any of my employees treated someone like that... they would have been terminated on spot. UPDATE: manager called me, formally apologized, said would pass down to store assistant manager. That it will be "a learning experience". And that was it. Food it self this time was poor the poutine was put into the microwave and was so hard the plastic fork couldn't even jab into it.
