Good hotel with VERY hardworking and dedicated staff. However there was some issues not related to their staff like the hot water taking extremely long to get to the shower (had to wait ~15 minutes) the bathroom having no ventilation and smelling like sewage or the super small TV in my room that was looking more like a PC screen than anything else.

Great hotel with lake views in every room. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. I will also give five starts to the restaurant. After eating in other places highly rated in Google, with nasty food, we decided to try the hotel restaurant which served the best food we had in Copacabana. Price is reasonable so don't waste you money in cheap restaurants unless you want to get sick.

It is the very best hotel in Copacabana. The most expensive too but absolutely worthwhile! The restaurant is very good but the dishes and the quality change quite often. I presume they change chefs. The ambiance and design of the rooms is unique. I wish I had more time to spend on them!

Nice location with views over Copacabana Bay. Attentive staff and decent sized room. Breakfast is good but choice is limited. So that might detract if staying for more than the two nights that I did.

It's a good place and sweet service, if you can't walk you have to take a taxi.

Perfectly located for views of the ocean. Sunsets from the hotel balconies is a treat. The interiors are tastefully done and the breakfast had great variety

Really beautiful hotel rooms with a great view of the lake. The breakfast is also very good and includes eggs, pastries, yogurt, cereals and fruit. It's about a 5 minute walk from the plaza and just a block from the lake. The basic room we had had a nice sitting area looking out at the lake and balcony. They let us leave our bags the morning of checkout so we could explore before taking our bus back to La Paz. A room with 2 double beds for 4 people was 716 bolivianos. Definitely not a budget hotel but worth the price.

Unfortunately, they made a mistake with our reservation. We made one with booking app. We had the confirmation number but the hotel overbooked the rooms and they dediced to kick us out without any help, after showing some annoying they contacted us to the adminsitrator who finally gave us an option, because they didnt care we didnt have any other hotel room availability, the town was full. You can imagine how much we suffered because we had planned to stay just one night. Horrible experience :(

A new hotel well located in a unique location. The design-rooms are perfectly clean, spacious and equipped with everything you need (I didn't miss air conditioning). The view of Lake Titicaca from my bath-tub was unforgettable. Very good bed. Tasty food (entrecote), really excellent Bolivian Malbec. The breakfast was good with sufficient variety. But the main thing was the nice, friendly and helpful staff. The only compromise is that I have to continue my journey. I would like to spend more time here.

Only commenting the restaurant. We came here because the restaurant in town Pan America sent us here with the promise that we could have ordered food at the same menu price (the chef is the same for the two restaurants). When we arrived the menu was more expensive but they promised us a discount, but at the end of the dinner they made us pay the full price which was annoying. I've order the zucchine lasagne, the taste and presentation was nice but it was literally only courgettes, broccoli and green beans, no carbs or proteins. It was the most expensive of the vegetarian dishes and I was STARVING after that meal! At least serve some bread with it!

Loved the view of the lake from our room. Front desk personnel was very nice. Unfortunately food service was lacking. Chef was late arriving. One menu per table. We waited a VERYYYYY long time for our food and our bill. The room was nice but didn't have plugs by the beds.
