Great place to practice and learn Ashtanga. I really care about gentle and kind teachers. Also they are very knowledgeable. Very nice energy. This is the place to practice if you go to Copenhagen.

I love Copenhagen so much, very clean and modern, environmentalfriendly, and cool and young, and etc.. especially Mysore Yoga CPH was the one of the main reasons I loved the city so much. Thank you so much for gentle hands-on adjustment and great teaching to Johanna and Helena. It was only two dropin classes for me unfortunately but I could do practice so deep with them. I wish I can come again soon in the future.

Helena is a experienced teacher. I am growing in my Ashtanga practice a lot since being here. The Shala is undogmatic and no show off vibe. It has a maturity and simplicity.

The thing I enjoy about doing astanga yoga at Mysore Yoga CPH is that you get personal support from the teacher in your training, that helps you advance regardless of your level or flexibility. Being able to arrive when I want to and do the poses in my own tempo, helps me to get the best of of my practice and feel comfortable in the Shala with other students at various levels. I highly recommend everyone to try this practice. Both beginner and advanced.

The best place for yoga practice in Copenhagen. Experienced teachers with a wise and gentle approach to match and adjust the astanga practice individually to your body and needs. You are going to experience progress in your own tempo, and to get well known with your body and self. The practice at Mysore Yoga Cph has followed me through many years and different phases of life, as a steady hand where I always get help and guidance to find ease or challenges to help me progress. Me deepest and highest recommendations.

I've been at Mysore Yoga CPH twice and fell in love with this place. Peaceful atmosphere, welcoming people, gentle and caring teaching <3 The studio is in the heart of Nørrebro, a multicultural neighborhood of Copenhaguen. I'm so looking forward going back, Thank you 🙏

I have been practicing in the Mysore CPH Ashtanga Shala since the summer, and I am so grateful for the teachings and atmosphere in this shala. I find that I am being seen for where I am, in the practice, as an individual and not as a puzzle in a dogmatic scheme. This brings me deeper into the practice. I can recommend this Shala for all who wishes to experience the unfolding of yoga asana practice in body and mind.

I can only give mysoreyogacph my warmest recommendations - both in relation to Helena's teaching and to the place she has created. Helena is a very skilled teacher of astanga yoga in a down-to-earth, respectful and appreciative way. By virtue of her many years of work as a dancer, she has an incredibly good grasp of all the technical and professional aspects of the asana that you may be practicing. needs help, but she has just as much insight into the fact that astanga is also more than technique, and with Helena's open mind and respectful approach to her students, there are many good nuggets and aha experiences to be had in her teaching. When you add to this that Helena is an incredibly sweet and authentic person who has created a shala where there is always a really good and appreciative atmosphere - and that there are lots of exciting workshops with really good teachers, it is difficult to see why you shouldn't swing by mysoreyogacph.

I have now been going to Mysore yoga in Hørsholmsgade for 8 months, and must admit that my skepticism towards yoga and what it can do has changed in a positive direction. Have previously tried various other yoga places, but it didn't grab me. What appeals to me here is that there is no fixed meeting time, but that you just drop in. You do not follow a team, but are guided in your own practice, which is built around some series. The instructor walks around and helps/adjusts the stretches and comes up with alternative exercises. It has helped my cycling and I rarely get pain in my legs. Last but not least, I got rid of muscle tension in my back and neck.
