I had mixed feelings about this Hard Rock Cafe. The food was okay apart from the Mac&Cheese with chicken, although not superb for this price range, but it is quite the same in all locations. The cocktails are great as always. But the place is very much understaffed, maybe it is related to corona. We had to wait 1.5 hours for the main course which is quite unacceptable. On the positive side the manager was very understanding and gave us a generous discount, thumbs up for that!

3,5* Food was the biggest disappointment The place is very clean, nice and cozy. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Great location close to Metro and bus stop. Well the food was not a great as I expected. Burger BBQ bacon cheese for 180dkk was not worth it and neither the fries. Ribs were good but nothing special and drinks were too sweet and overpriced. Dessert was really good and huge. Waitress told us that if we order big drink we get glass as present. After we found out that we had to pay Retail price for glass on top of the meal. The experience was nice but I left without satisfaction and sad belly.

We went here to get some drinks. The lady at the counter said "one second" to us and started a phone call, then she disappeared. After 5 minutes of waiting and nobody else of the staff bothering about the guests in the queue, we left. The day after my first review we decided to give it another go. This time the lady at the counter said "2 seconds" and after she finished some stuff on her tablet she immediately took our reservation. The food was very good, the burgers were juicy and the service from Marie was excellent.

As a starter we took the chicken wings and spicy shrimps. The main course was the signature burger. The chicken wings were tender but too much of vinegar for our taste... The spicy shrimps were incredible! Nice spicy flavour, we loved them! The burger however was a huge disappointment, last time I was here the burgers were tender and full of taste. This time the burger was dry, burned smell and no flavour in the meat, the waitress told us the recipe was changed a couple of months ago. Please go back to the old taste and never serve burned food to your customers!

Long haired Eduardo looking waiter was rude to my half asian mate. Beware the drain in the first toilet booth is very vulnerable to sheets of toiletpapir. Burger was alright, slipknot wasn't

I would rate it 3,5. Service was kind and attentive but we waited quite long for food to arrive. We didn’t actually mind that to much because it was raining. Food was tasty. Toilets could be cleaner. We loved that they are dog-friendly. For us as a family travelling with a dog that is really important.

Nice place to eat something with enjoyable music 😃🎶 I ordered a cocktail and nachos (big plate). It is a bit expensive but in return you get much food :) We got two places at the bar and the man from the bar was also really nice, when we needed something we just could call him by his name and he would right away get something for us! :)

We visited this Cafe with a group of friends last Sunday. We were positively impressed not only with the ambient, since there is also an area where you can buy various souvenirs as well as clothes, but also with the beverages themselves, which have been very tasty. The dessert we ordered (hot fudge brownie) was not only tasty but also quite an impressive amount! What surprised us the most, was the waitress Ivona, who has been excellent in taking care not only of us but we also noticed how thoughtful she was while serving the table next to us, really amazing! Since we are tourists from Greece we can't come again anytime soon, but as soon as we are visiting Copenhagen again, we will definitely visit this place again!

Biggest Nachos I ever had in any Hard Rock Cafe. And amazing friendly staff!

I liked this place a lot because they actually sold experience rather than focusing solely on foods or drinks. They've got all sorts of original items that once belonged to music stars, and that made it pretty special. The servers were extremely polite. I would rate the food somewhere 7.5 out of 10, but overall it is a great place to visit. I gladly recommend!

The ribs was juicy, not dry, the burgers were great also. not so cheesy nachos but perfect for those who prefer not much cheese ❤️ambience was great, staffs were helpful

Der Aufenthalt war soweit echt gut. Ich hatte in den Rezensionen gelesen, dass es besser sei, vorab zu reservieren. Vielen Dank für den Tipp. Der Service war sehr freundlich und das Essen und die Getränke auch alles gut, aber als ich zur Toilette ging, war ich sehr enttäuscht. Leute! Wieso schaut niemand nach und reinigt es? Ihr habt nur diese eine Toilette und die ist schmutzig. Das geht gar nicht. Dafür musste ich leider einen Stern abziehen. Denn sind die Toiletten sauber, ist es der Rest des Lokals auch.

A bit smaller than you think, the legendary burger also, the meat paddy was dry and small, the biggest is the bread and salat leaf...french fries also very small and taste is Not good, some green potatoes used, old, see photo. You would expect much better for this high price . A beer is around 67-77 dkr, which is about 8,6 Euro.....

Super Hard Rock Cafe, nette Bedienung und sehr gut besucht. Es empfiehlt sich einen Tisch zu Reservieren. Ein Souvenir aus dem Shop ist für Fans natürlich ein Muss.

Eines der schöneren Hard Roch Cafés. Sehr gute Musik, Burger top!, Service an unserem Abend auch top. Auf 2 Ebenen, wobei im Erdgeschoss die bessere Stimmung ist. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Server nice and helpful, Food good. Desert - awesome I was hoping for more old-school rock, but the vibes were going good. Enjoyed my stay. Definitely male server (from 21.08.2023 close to the stage table) made me feel taken care of.

Well worth the visit! They've got hugh quality food, very professional but nice staff and great drinks. I even special ordered a drink and they made it perfect. The atmosphere is great and the music completes the rock theme very well.

Went for my birthday. Traditional is you very the Danish flag on your table when it is your birthday! Also got 2 free sundaes by picking up 2 mini cards from the hotel.

Es war wirklich super. Ich bin bis 2020 jedes Jahr dort gewesen und habe es um so mehr genossen, 2023 wieder dort zu sein. Wir saßen genau an der Bühne und das Personal vor Ort war und ist der Hammer. Wir wurden auf deutsch und englisch bedient, am Nachbartisch haben die Mitarbeiterinnen spanisch gesprochen und an einem anderen Tisch hat der Mitarbeiter Arabisch gesprochen. Noch mehr Gastfreundlichkeit geht nicht. Lieben Dank. 😊

The food was a little disappointing. The degree of doneness of steak was not inquired at all and the food was a bit tasteless. The space is very olen and the tables are close to each other. Plus point for asking about possible allergies.

As usual, the food was good but nothing out of the ordinary. You know what to expect and are prepared accordingly. The ambience is very good, as in every branch. If you're in the area and hungry, it's definitely worth a visit. Das Essen war wie immer gut, aber nichts Außergewöhnliches. Man weiß, was man zu erwarten hat und ist entsprechend vorbereitet. Das Ambiente ist, wie in jeder Filiale, sehr gut. Wenn man in der Gegend ist und Hunger hat, ist es auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert.

Great food! And great atmosphere. It's nice to eat somewhere where they have good music. Our server was nice but misunderstood us so we ended up paying more than we expected and didn't manage to buy the cocktail glass from the restaurant even tho we were told we could :( upstairs they have some musicians memorabilia but we were surprised to find Katy Perry, Rihanna, Madonna as I wouldn't classify them as Rock... but like I said, the food and cocktails were very good. Reccomend!

Don't understand the allure of this place. It's had it's heyday and it's time to move on rather than keep beating a dead horse. Very overpriced drinks and food compared to the quality. The "Legendary" burger had the driest patty possible. So dry. So very very dry. You can get much better burger experiences elsewhere in Copenhagen.

We spent the evening at the bar and had a wonderful time. Music was great, drinks were great, and our bartender Nadine was super lovely and fun to talk to!

Another Hard Rock - as awesome as each we’ve visited. Hard Rock Copenhagen, like the others, does a great job of finding amazing staff that are very friendly and professional while making you feel comfortable. We stopped in during a port call on our cruise for a snack before departing Copenhagen. As alway, the food was typical Hard Rock quality. To be fair, we only had the easy stuff, Nachos with chicken and guacamole, and Bang Bang Shrimp, which came with spicy Cole slaw. I complaints on the food. The decor was what one would expect, so the place felt very familiar while still remaining unique. The upstairs area was closed when we arrived so we didn’t get to explore it. The toilets were decently clean. Like McD’s. The location is always super convenient. Would return if we get another chance.

The food was great, I had the Legendary Burger which was delicious, it came with fries and ketchup. Also had a Cola which came with a free refill. The atmosphere was great with nice music and a cozy interior. The service was maybe the best part, everyone was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable and were having a good time. They also had a Hard Rock Store with merchandise to buy if anyone wants. It's a bit pricey but that's to be expected. The location is also great very central and easy to get to. Maybe 10-15 minutes walk (depending on your walking speed) from the central station in Copenhagen. It was overall great, I would definitely go back when I visit Copenhagen again. Highly recommend!

The only reason I am rating the service this low is because of the barmaid. We had a lovely Spanish waiter who couldn't do enough for us. My husband was treated incredibly rudely by the teenage girl at the bar. My husband doesn't often get riled up but this girl was so rude it was unreal. The manager was no help either and very dismissive. We plan on complaining about both of them. Our waiter though saw how upset we all were (a party of 6) and sorted us out. We got free deserts, 25% off our bill and mine and my husband's hard rock cocktail glasses free. It was shaping up to be an awful meal to start with but by the end, thanks to our lovely waiter, we were laughing and smiling and had a great meal. So thank you! The food was amazing! We all had different burgers and then the cheesecakes. One of our friends ordered the gluten free brownie and it looks amazing! We were all very jealous. Would definitely go again, despite the problems. They're lucky to have such a great waiter.

We experienced what must be one of THE most underwhelming Hard Rock Cafe outlets on planet earth. Nothing here will remind you of the familiar good vibes you associate with Hard Rock Cafes across the world.

Nice staff and interesting interior with lots of things to look at if you like rock music. Very expensive food for what is average burgers and fries but you are paying for the brand. Equally expensive shop with t shirts and hoodies etc.but you choose if you feel it is worth it or not.

What a joke. They are playing Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber... shall I continue? Two hardrockers from Sweden TOTALLY disappointed. I rather go party at My mums house. There is No rock music!

Unfortunately the kitchen was closed due to the corona measures, however, I felt welcomed by Greg and Javier. Got a couple of ice cold beers and a great time in there.

I went there for something to eat tonight and was left waiting for 15 minutes at the please wait to be seated sign. The manager eventually came and told me that they were full so it was reservations only. I wasted 15 minutes for nothing. Been to many HR cafes before but never again. A sign saying reservations only or someone coming by in a more timely manner would have saved my time.

Came here a couple times during my visit from Copenhagen. Met a really cool staff member who had previously been on a work visa in Sydney and he was very nice. Food was excellent as were the drinks.

Seems like they’ve had a very tough time, getting back… The staff is still more often than not very welcoming, used to be my favourite place to go, in Copenhagen.

The place and the service are very good , we had Thanksgiving diner here in the American way. It was absolutely delicious. The service is very caring. However I don't like hard rock music, specially when I am eating. This kind of loud music does not allow you to appreciate the diner, and it is difficult to keep a conversation with your friends in this setting. I understand it is an international brand chain built over the theme Hard Rock, so there will not be any changing in this.

Overall service and food was good. If you’ve been to other hard rock cafes this location is a bit underwhelming. They were only serving on the ground floor so it was quite crowded even during Covid. The menu was also smaller than other locations I had been too not sure if this is a temporary Covid thing or not. Over was just an okay experience.

Unfortunately this was not the greatest experience of all the hard rocks I have visited so far. Cocktails drink was not mixed well, classic nachos were soggy and my cheeseburger was just taste and flavourless. The atmosphere was rock n roll enough to keep me going but not enjoyable overall. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rest all was as usual for any Hard Rock Cafe. I still hope it was just a chance.

Typical hard rock venue. Menu is a bit small in options. That's really the only fault. And the current scaffolding all over the outside of the building. Food is good, as expected.

Visitied in July 2019 review due ever since. Tried vegetarian Burger with Salad. Proactive staff, Great place, lovely ambience, nicely decorated place with anectodes and antiques about big rock legends all over. Amazing music. Better to make a prior reservation to this place.

I had the new Messi burger, filling but I thought it was bland. Then for dessert I had the New York cheesecake which was stunning. Service was friendly and quick.

The last time i was here in 2012 it was on the old location. Everytime i tried to get to the location where it is now something would come up but not this time. I finally made it last sunday when i was in this fine city again. The welcome was great, the food and drinks were great. This one woman at the entrance was especially kind, charming and welcoming. Atmosphere is always relaxed. Ive been to 12 different Hard Rock Cafes and never really had something to complain. I had a good time here.

Pleasantly surprised, always thought these were a bit of a gimmick. Food was lovely, the nicest food I had while in Denmark, cocktail's were huge and not light on the alcohol. Some great memorabilia also, shame Lars Ulrichs drum kit high up but was probably done for a reason. Throw in a bass by Duff and it makes great collection. Mandatory good music playing while we were eating and the staff were attentive and good all round

We had a reservation, which is the first thing I recommend. Happy hours drinks deals are great :) The crew seemed to be a bit disorganised, but eventually we sorted everything out. We ordered 2 portions of ribs and while one was awesome, soft and tasty as always, the others were... stiff, hard to cut, dry. :( Something must have gone wrong there. Music selectiom was just good old rock, made the atmosphere as needed. Overall OK experience, but we've had it better.

I'm usually ordering the local legendary in every Hard Rock Cafe. The local legendary is an unique burger, which is only available in this Hard Rock Cafe and nowhere else. In Copenhagen the local legendary is the "Flaeskesteg Burger". "The authentic version of roasted pork served with our signature steak burger on a bed of marinated red cabbage, topped with pickled onion and home-made gravy sauce." It was delicious!!! Having sliced pork as topping on the beef patty met exactly my taste!
