👍 Overall really good burgers and fries. Good buns, tasty meat and sauce. Would say it’s better than Five Guys’ burger. Would add a bit less salt on the fries as the burger is super salty already, we really had to shake it off towards the end. Loved the gasoline sauce for fries too! People often mention burger, fries, burgers, great, cheeseburger, good, Copenhagen, meat, sauce, nice,

Easily the best burger we have eaten so far in Europe. The best part is the meat is organic. The cooks made them so well that the meat remains juicy. The only small setback is store is a little small, so there isn’t sufficient space for sitting stools. But we still love it! 🍔 ❤️

Looking for a well made no nonsense burger? Well this is probably as good as it gets. Beer selection is poor, but sometimes … just sometimes … this is irrelevant.

I came here because they are in a 10… burgers in the world. Their fries is great chewy and unstoppable however personally there are more satisfying burgers restaurants in Copenhagen. Gasoline burger can be eaten at Copenhagen airport too 🤣

Had the cheeseburger. The business was rated as having the best burger in Europe. This venue doesn’t have proper seating although there is a standup ledge. There is a bench in the park by the adjacent church which seems to be unofficial restaurant seating. The burger is soft and juicy but I had a problem with there being too much salt. There are large granules in the patty which add a grainy texture and salty crunch. I see this is common issue from other reviews. Can’t really judge the burger fairly because it was so distracting.

Tasty burger in Copenhagen! We had one burger combo and spicy chicken burger. Cheese burger was really good, with good patty and soft bun. But Spicy chicken is not really spicy. But over all it was really nice to visit there.

It is named as the best burger in Europe and amongst the best in the world. I can only confirm that. The menu is quite simple, but definitely go for the double patties! The beef is very delicious, every ingredients are fresh and crisp, except the bun which is a soft brioche style. The gasoline sauce is tasty too crowning this masterpiece. It is also inexpensive 95-135 DKK, only costs a little bit more than a proper burger at Burger King - it is a game changer! Service is also great and kind, definitely do not miss when you're in Copenhagen!

Have been to the OG spot which is the gas station, tried the one at the airport and the other one which is in the city centre but has a small area to stand and eat in. Opted for the classic cheeseburger and wow it didn’t disappoint. Imagine rain, winter and you’re just hungry. Perfect lunch food 😋 so apparently the quality varies from outlet to outlet depending on who is cooking. Give it a go and find out which outlet is your fave! Definitely a top burger in CPH, I like POPL for their other stuff.

Someone told me that this is the best burger in town and i think he is right. The burger is very delicious. The meat is Crispy outside and tender inside. I am not hesitate to give 5 stars.

The hype is real! The burger patties boast an exceptional juiciness, complemented by a truly sensational sauce, and accompanied by wonderfully soft buns. The service is notably friendly and swift, as has been highlighted in previous reviews. While seating options are limited right outside the fast-food restaurant, it's worth noting that there are additional branches available for those seeking a place to sit.

Was recommended by one of my friends, and really worth trying The burger is so juicy Staff are so friendly There is no sitting area- only bar- you got to eat while you are standing Go for the combo meal: better price Original burger and cheese burger are highly recommended Would come again soon

5/5 for the burgers, they are fantastic. However everything else isn't great. -Pretty long wait-time for a "fast food", many employees spending more time on chatting than preparing the food. -0 seats. If you are lucky you might be able to eat standing on a 10cm counter. -Priced like a restaurant for a mostly take-away fast-food spot. 45 DKK to double the burger, 20 DKK extra for some drinks, 0 dip included in the menu. Yes the burgers are incredible, but paying 235 DKK to eat a burger standing up, with plenty of people waiting 10 cm behind you isn't a great experience.

Maybe the best cheeseburger I’ve eaten. Puts Five Guys a clear second. Simple menu, a few items plus drinks. Cheeseburger, fries and a drink combo was £17. Small joint, but room to stand and enjoy the food. Quick service too. Highly recommend.

The staff was very nice and helpful, but the place was uncomfortable with no chairs or bathroom. The burger with fries was slightly above average—nothing special, as I've had much better burgers in my life. The only great thing was the seasonal sauce.

Good burger, not sure if it lived up to the hype but I have no complaints. Liked the butterburger a bit more than the classic. The staff was really nice, I wanted to try to use all my cash since it was my last meal in Denmark, and I was about to let them keep the change, but they insisted that they give me an extra sauce which costs the perfect amount, I felt really cared for.

Great burgers and service. Mostly meant for takeaway it seems, but you can also have a quick bite at the counter

Delicious burger. Patty cooked medium, perfect sear. Great, fluffy bun, amazing sauce and toppings. Highly recommended.

Place is rather cramped, but the burgers are good, if a bit small and lacking the option to add bacon. Would definitely recommend doubling up.

Was expecting a lot from this burger, it was decent. We ordered the cheeseburger, there was missing some contrast in the flavour it was mostly just greasy, fatty and omami with not much else going on. The fries tasted like the fryer oil was to the old side. You can get better burgers in Copenhagen.

Definitely one of the best burger places in Copenhagen. Taste, quality and price

Nowhere to sit and eat is a pretty bad look for a diner. I expect that more from a late-night focused grease-hole which is primarily a takeout, but Gasoline aren't often open late, as they don't ensure they have enough stock - instead opting to shut whenever they happen to have sold their last burger, which makes it difficult to plan a trip.

Classic cheeseburger with a really nice buttery and fluffy bun. The meat is spicy roasted and the cheese and comes out well in spite of everything.

Amazing burger, a bit pricey for me but it’s nice to treat yourself sometimes, a bit of shame that you cannot stay and sit to enjoy it but otherwise loved it, the brioche buns are amazing

Solid burgers. Don't let looks foul you, there is one tasty burger inside that isn't so bad for your health. Inside the fresh meat patty is lightly seasoned but is cooked a little more for those whom are afraid of pink. Quality veggies and cheese to finish off. Homemade lemonade and 4 dude sauces to choose from for your chips. Payment: credit card accepted PS: they've two mousse to choose from for dessert.

I've read someplace that it was ranked as one of the greatest burgers. This high bar makes it unfair to properly rank the place. I had the butter-burger and fries, and it was very good, no doubt! The staff was very friendly, but the place itself doesn't have anywhere to sit down and eat, just a counter that doesn't really fit young kids. There are many places to sit and eat outside if the weather permits it.

Burger was good but when 1 visited they were out of chicken. If specifically you want to go there to eat chicken then verify and go. But the substitute which they gave(vegetarian patty) was also really good.

For sure the burgers are one of the best our family have had before, tasty and satisfying. The only downside is the place does not have proper sitting place to enjoy the meals, so prepared to find a bench or somewhere to sit after getting your burger. Another suggestion as someone else pointed out, there is way too much salt on the fries, please reduce the salt sprinkled on the fries.

Great burger at the price point. Thankfully I checked my order prior to leaving as staff forgot a burger. Recommendation to check they’ve bagged correctly as the location gets very busy with call-a heads and walk-ins.

Great burgers, must visit when in Copenhagen. Decent wait time and opportunity to order online makes it quite easy to grab lunch to go. Try the cheeseburger!

I ordered the cheeseburger, fries and lemonade. Friendly staff! The burger was juicy and the fries are made to order so they are hot and yummy. I had a great experience. I took my meal to the benches nearby and enjoyed it to go.

It's a nice, standard, flavoured burger but probably "not the best of fhe world" as claimed. However the fuys at this brunch were lovely and polite.

Definitely a must try when in Copenhagen. The burger and fries (ordered with herb oil) are great. Yes a tad salty though.

This was THE Best burger I have ever eaten. They grind the meat fresh each morning, and source organic ingredients. The burger was perfectly seasoned and the fries were hot and fresh. Absolute perfection.

While usually delicious, we ordered takeaway and provided a clear list of the order for a meeting. They completely disregarded the different sauces, did not label or wrap the burgers correctly, and the fries were all regular and very cold. It seems likely they prepared the fries before the burgers and just let them sit until it was done. We ordered 17 burger combos, and gave more than an hours notice about the order. I would not order for takeaway for more than a few (3-4) people again.

Probably the best burger I’ve ever had. The fries were delicious too!!

A great burger albeit a tad expensive at 145 kroner. The cheeseburger and gasoline burger are pretty awesome. The fries are great too, perfectly fried and seasoned with the optimal amount of flavorful salt. Service was decently quick. Recommended for locals looking for some meats or for tourists on the go.
