I like here. Clean, quiet and cozy. Staffs very helpful as machine doesn’t work and they help immediately. Americano — no surprise but very warm Chicken burger - perfect as very warm & fresh Good experience while it rains and cold here

MacDonald's restaurant in Valby is a great spot to grab a quick bite. The location is easily accessible, with a modern and spacious interior that offers plenty of seating. The staff are friendly and efficient, providing excellent customer service. The food is delicious, with all your McDonald's favourites available, including crispy fries, juicy burgers, and a great selection of drinks and desserts. Overall, a highly recommended spot for fast food lovers!

Nice restaurant. Compared to other burger joints in Copenhagen, this McD is relatively cheaper. Having a veg burger too. Worth visiting.

Only fast food chain open in Valby past midnight....although they dont have Oreo Mcflurry which I miss from Burger king next door

This location is cleaner than the average and fairly quiet, at least when we were there on a Sunday afternoon. Service was fine and they got the order right. There is also an outdoor seating area just outside which can be used when the weather is nice.

They no longer sell 20 nuggets and they've made it more expensive. Plus an incredibly dirty restaurant. Cheap shouldn't mean slacking on cleaning up. They also didn't make the order we placed at the self-serve machines.

Paid 150kr to receive the bun with one slice of cheese! I wonder how much they laughed when making my order! I had ordered in Danish and had specified without everything 😑 I know I shouldn't have ordered in Danish but while their customer service called back (as obviously no one is that silly to pay and order for one slice of cheese) but didn't make it clear what they mean! Just asked with or without cheese?! they didn't ask if my burger is ONLY cheese! I had ordered a burger with nothing! 😄 I don't blame you fully but when you called you realized I spoke in English so not so difficult to realise I had made a mistake in my ordering! Be nice to non danish speakers, as you see we make terrible mistakes and sleep with a hugry stomack :) And it got weirder to ask meto order again but I had to pay again! A nice customer service would make it clear first and I think by offering a free burger you wouldn't go bankrupt!

This is my go-to place for coffee… good price and very satisfying vanilla lattes!

Normal Mc Donalds quality but it was surprising that the onion and the cheese were quite fresh and tasted as the real ingredients. Very hugh tech solutions to prevent queues. Positive impression

I have no idea how MickeyD can justify the tiny amount of content of their burgers. Since Covid there's nothing in them unless you pay extra for the lettuce etc. It's a shame that the next biggest employer in the world is skimping so much.

Pretty nice McDonald's, the staff is quick and provide good service. The restaurant was also nice and clean during my last visit, which was during lunch time. The only drawback of this location, is that it can be quite difficult to enter the drive-in depending on what street you're coming from.

It's the second time in a row that they get my burger wrong, without adding what I payed extra for. I'm tired of having to walk back to get my order again. There is always something missing and it's getting very annoying. I didn't go back this time. Last time I was told I was getting ice cream and didn't get it. But it would be very lovely if I could get my order right for once. 🙏

It doesn’t have a playground, I cycled 20 min with my daughter, just for Mc Donald’s. Disappointed. I gave a 3 because it is still Mc Donald’s, but I was expecting a playground, otherwise I wouldn’t had come

Nice little kids playground. Quick service even though but both times we went, something was missing from the order. Doesn't matter as it was fixed, no questions asked. Coffee is nice too, with a polite and helpful staff. The one thing that really ruined my day was the 850DKK parking ticket. Small sign - in Danish - 2 hours parking and drivers need to set their parking disc. I'm not used to that. Literally 5 min after we arrived, so before ordering my food, I was already fined by a zealous parking agent. I confronted the cashier who knew we had been there for less than 2 hours, and that this fine was therefore BS. He could not or would not do anything about it. How can a business possibly make guests less welcome? Stop this non sense.
