I didn’t know anything about ProfHilo, now I know it’s the best you can treat yourself and your skin with. Not my first time at CosmoLaser, neither the last for sure :)

Person delivering my second laser treatment did not review my treatment history and decided to experiment with higher levels for no reason without asking or informing me, which was painful, unnecessary and caused damage to my skin. She was so nervous, wasn’t listening to me and she barely finished the treatment. Extremely unprofessional. Never going here again—too much of a risk getting someone who is inexcusably rude and inexperienced. Shame because the place itself is nice, prices are ok and some staff are excellent.

Been a client for a while but lately the new staff is really disappointing. Looks like they are not trained enough, they miss areas in the laser treatment and don’t even know what package covers which areas. Good thing is they often have discounts but it’s better to pay full price and have the treatment from a real professional.

Unfortunately - like another patient mentions below -, the quality of the treatment for tattoo removal varies extremely between the individual employees. Once I got a treatment from the owner, which was excellent. Another time I got a treatment from someone who clearly was not instructed well (i. e. did not know what she was doing). That's obviously unacceptable, as its a) expensive and b) poses health risks. Don't go here.

Had an ipl laser treatment for my hyper pigmentation. The aestheticians did not recognise that I have melasma instead of regular hyperpigmentation, therefor a couple of weeks after my pigmentation came back stronger.

You arrive 3 minutes late. Then you were rejected and had to book a new appointment. It's too bad.

CosmoLaser in Copenhagen is just lovely and delicious :) Can only recommend and say good things about CosmoLaser. Have several times had "permanent hair removal with laser" in the armpits and brazil/intimate. Was a little skeptical the first time when it had to be tried, whether it will actually work and whether it will hurt. Now I can just say that it doesn't hurt either, you are in good hands and the result is fantastic. One's skin becomes so smooth, beautiful and delicious. So huge fan of permanent hair removal, as I pretty much don't shave anymore. I have also had 3 "Fire & ice" treatments done approximately 14 days apart and I can only be very satisfied with the treatment and the result. Have received so many compliments because of the Fire & ice treatment and your skin becomes so beautiful and delicious. I think the service you get at CosmoLaser Kbh is luxury. Lovely clinic in Copenhagen, with quiet surroundings. The nicest and most helpful staff at reception and I can only say the same about the cosmetic nurses who have treated me. You always feel welcome, listened to and understood. You really just don't want to leave. I will continue to book appointments with you to receive treatments. Love the CosmoLaser Sincerely Sebastian

Very effective treatments, friendly staff

I am refused to laser treatment with a sunburned pigment just because I am from Asia. The only explanation is that they don't treat people comes from Asia due to "the Asia skin type"! It was ridiculous to listen to, and not informed in the phone conversation before I spent half a day travelling to the clinic. Very unprofessional and totally waste of time. Here I add more lines to correct the reply from Team Cosmo: My original scheduled meeting was only for consultation, not treatment. However, you cancelled my original meeting within 12 hours and booked me another time (with treatment?). If you have set up very strict cancellation rules for customer to follow, you should also respect their time in the same way. That means if you can't treat the Asia skin type, you could have told me either in the phone of my original appointment or the rescheduled one.

Dissatified with their service.I have darker and thicker hair and they said that the laser treatment works better on this type of hair and i did 11 treatments but half of the area is not covered and still has hair. I told them that the specific area is not done properly in each and every treatment but they simply increase the high levels and was painful but the reasult was worthless. 😡😡😡. So i just stop the good thing is they often have discounts but it’s better to pay full price and have the treatment from a real professional.

Experience in the staff varies, I got people who were really informed and professional and others who did not have a good overview/experience/knowledge. Not much awareness overall in other types of skin than danish white. I had bought a package of treatments some of which I wouldn't be able to use in the future and they offered no refund or consideration of special circumstances, even under the corona pandemic. So do not buy a group of treatments if you are not certain you will be in Denmark in the next year, or any other issues (like illness) might come about.

I made an appointment for the laser well in advance (1.5 months in advance). Unfortunately, they called me 2 days before my appointment to cancel it. And then I was offered an appointment a month later as the only one. I think that was a regrettable experience as I had looked forward to my time and experienced them as being inflexible in terms of finding a solution.

I cannot recommend them for tattoo removal! The handlers are without independent thinking and logic.

I became customer of Cosmo Laser through a friend's referral. I've had 2 laser hair removal treatments and am so far very satisfied. They have consistently new discount offers which make the treatments affordable, even in Denmark. Throughout all commmunications, they are very professional and make me feel safe and comfortable. They really take their time for each patient and use the latest technologies. So far, I would definitely recommend them!
