😠 They simply dont clean this place enough. It needs an extremely thorough cleaning and much much more regular cleaning. I will omit the pictures from the showers. Seriously, especially in the age of hygiene! People often mention equipment, hours, people,

General vibe bad. Situation seems like: "We know we're not going to renew this lease, so let's put in the minimum effort and money and keep the place open." They really should clean the equipment better, and more frequently, than they do. You've only got about a 75% chance that the steam room is working in the men's lockers (and this was before they made up the lame excuse of energy cost). It often breaks, and stays broken for long periods of time, and has been closed for over a year and a half as of summer of 2023. No idea why they can't keep this running. There was also a missing plank in the sauna bench that took over 6 months to fix. So, maintenance is pretty bad all around. Note that sometimes they do classes out on the gym floor on the second level. So you're somewhat constrained when that happens, and you best like the music they are playing or you'll want to be on the ground floor instead.

If you are looking for the worst gym in Copenhagen, you will find it here. bad service, and if you are going to train with your partner or friends who know something more than you in the world of fitness some of the staff will feel threatened to the point of rudely interrupting your training to tell you that you can't do PT in the gym. It is unfortunate that they focus their job in ruin your experience. I think I haven’t seen such a bad gym in any part of the world. They doesn’t focus in the client experience at any point. They just take your money and give you bad quality.

Underwhelming. SATS has the reputation of being a bit of an upper-class gym according to the pricing compared to other gyms, but in reality it’s filthy. Mold, dirt, outdated equipment…. The workout areas are not thought of to make them comfortable.

A few stars for a nice location, however the place itself is dirty, machines are old / out of order, it’s lacking equipment and floor spacing (they rather want to sell clothes than utilize space for actual fitness equipment for us to work with). Cannot recommend

The locations is spot on, but unfortunately it feels like it is missing some things like - elastic bands, sand bags, proper station for hip thrusts. If there are some classes on the 2nd floor, it is hard to get to the barbells and do a workout there. Working hours, expecially on the weekend feels too short. Overall, it is OK, but it feels that I am paying too much for what I am getting out from it.

Good gym. Good sauna. The only improvement for me would be a cold shower or plunge pool. I do barbel weights and cannot attest too far other facilities as I do not use them.

very good location and training facilities. However, the dry sauna there is a misunderstanding. people don't use towels there. They sit directly on the boards. the bench is stained and wet. everything flows to the floor, where it accumulates in a puddle of what came out and flowed from the sweating bodies. it's not hard to imagine it a disgusting and stinking experience.

Great gym, good equipment. No fans, no air-conditioning, no air circulation what so ever! 🤢

They replaced the mats 5 months ago with the horrible child size mats that do not work if your a grown adult woman with actual hips. I have been told repeatedly that the mats would be replaced either with the old ones that are larger and wider, or that they were getting new ones all together. However I believe that to be lies because it is October now, and the mats have yet to be replaced.

I like fitness Dk but NOT this location. I will never go back there. They don't staff enough people during busy hours. The equipment is OK, not the best. The fitness room is too small for the demand of people trying to take classes especially during after work hours. The staff at the reception area are not very friendly and they seem overworked. The gym is kinda dark and dingy.

If you want to come to the busiest gym in Copenhagen, this is it! Not worth the price at all.

My favorite gym in Copenhagen! Weights are hanging on the racks (don't know if it's people behaving well or thanks to the staff). Nice changing room and sauna. I usually go off peak hours when there are less people.

Love working out here. Lots of machines for cardio and lifting weights. Not so many people during off hours.

I‘m a bit disappointed. It has to be noted that the basics are given in the gym, it is furthermore clean and has a great view. But, coming from another Sats, the opening hours are very short which is sad for the price. Furthermore, it gets crowded very quickly since basic things such as straight benchpresses are there only once.

There is never a trainer around for you to ask questions about some exercise. I've been to the reception on 3 different days looking for some advice and there was no trainer available.

Wow, this is definitely the dirtiest gym in Copenhagen 🥶

One of the most popular addresses and only 4 platforms with racks. A competing chain to Sats - I won't say which one, but it rhymes with UrGym - there are up to 10 platforms in all major centres. In general, the equipment here is good and the bathing facilities are delicious. #60mininthegym45ofthatissho..🤔 Nice center to train in, but in relation to price and benefit, it doesn't get many stars
