The parking garage is not safe! Our car was broken into. Nobody cared. The cameras don't work. The security measures don't work.

Great location and not as expensive as most other parking garages in the area.

Did not now realize service like this was offered for parking. I paid in advance via website for reduced price, but accidentially I booked one day later than intended and therefore got charged by EasyPark camera parking instead. QPark responded quickly to my mail send after 22.00 on the same evening (EasyPark btw. need 10 days to reply)!!!! And result was they offered to refund my prepaid parking, even if I was the one screwing up the date. It is not so much about the money - just feels awsome to be treated like that. The parking facilities are very light, clean and well maintained BTW and access is very easy. Will use this parking again for sure.

We were visiting Copenhagen for 4 days in a centrally located hotel with no parking. So I found this public garage online, also centrally located, sufficiently wide entrance, bright and clean, booked and paid online in advance (approx. €100), automatic license plate recognition when entering and exiting, it couldn't be better, clear recommendation!

The parking garage is located opposite the TIVOLI, so that you can easily reach the most important sights on foot. In April we paid €34.00 for 9 hours of parking. The parking spaces are generous and easy to access. Unfortunately, the description of automated payment and check-in and check-out is only in Danish and not in English.

We booked the parking garage because of the central location according to reviews. The advance booking and handling in the parking garage worked without any problems. The entrances to the parking garage were closed on Saturday afternoon, but could be opened using the QR code from the reservation. We immediately used the nearby gas station and continued towards Sweden. A note on our own behalf: the way back from the Little Mermaid to the parking garage was too long for our kids. Couldn't keep our booked parking time 114 DKK for 3 hours. In the end it took 5 hours and we paid another 114 DKK. Next time choose a longer parking slot.

Good spot, clean toilets, just lack more electric car charger stations.

Good option if you want somewhere to leave the car in a safe place while you get to know Copenhagen on foot or by public transport.

Relatively easy to find. However, the construction site is still there and we had to do a little lap of honor. We booked the ticket online in advance. Since we had exceeded the parking time by 15 minutes, around €4.80 was debited again. Would park there again. About 30 minutes walk to the harbor

Great parking garage in general. Easy to find and nearby the city hall. However it might be too far away from some sights in the city center if you are not willing to walk a bit. Metro station should be nearby as well although haven’t used it.

The entrance is currently a bit difficult to find due to construction work. The signage in the parking garage itself could also be better. But otherwise a good parking garage for exploring the city center.

We couldn't find the places for the public. Everything was reserved for different companies both on -1 and -2 floors. Very lousy signaling. In the end we stopped looking for a parking place and exited. I would recommend to avoid it.

Close to the city centre, next to Tivoli Gardens and the City Hall. Better priced than the other centre car parks. Lots of space when we parked.

Nice car park which is light and spacious. By beware that each of the two levels has a separate ramp and there is no ramp between the levels.

The prices are okaaayyy. It was clean and didn't smell bad, also there was music being played in the background

The price is on the expensive end. Otherwise fine if you want to have your car looked after while you are in town

We spent a really long time looking and struggling about where to park for a quick visit to the city on the way home. We chose this parking garage and are extremely satisfied. A bit confusing and clear, not super cheap but still within reason and very central!

Nice and big, a bit difficult to find since one road is closed and the GPS was driving me around and around.
