I brought my bike here for a winter maintenance and I am very happy with the service I have received. I found the online booking system convenient and I was able to get my bike back very quickly. The technician discovered an issue with brake pads and promptly got in touch with me about it with an additional cost calculation for the repair. The price was pretty reasonable, so I agreed and got the brakes fixed right away. Definitely would recommend.

I recommend you to not come here. Why? the guy who was there refused us while we arrived at 1:40 pm (the shop closes at 2:00 pm). The worst part is that he accepted the person behind us. Maybe they had a whiter skin than ours.

Had a great tour with guide René. He is a natural presenter and, even though I lived in Copenhagen for 11 years, he knows more about the city than I did. His stories and historical knowledge made the tour especially interesting.

I had a city tour yesterday with Asa. It was like a private tour, only me and another lady. It's very nice and cozy. I visited a hidden park that l never see before even l have been living here in 16 years. What a nice suprise that this tour showed me places that l have never been there before. We were a group of 9 guys and visited Copenhagen for a bachelor party. We had a tour with German speaking tour guide Henry and it’s been one of our nicest activities for this weekend. Relaxed, well explained and a nice route. Highly to be recommended.

We rented a couple of bikes with the family. Great bikes for the city, locks and everything. Smooth check-in, check-out. Next time we will do the tour as well!

Rented a cargo E bike here and fit my wife and two kids (ages 5 and 3) in the cargo box. Was really special because it may be the only time we can fit four people on one bike because the kids are growing fast. Riding a bicycle is a great way to see Copenhagen. Excellent 3 hour tour with knowledgeable, engaging Lisa. Weather not a factor given the ponchos provided. Highly recommend, no better way to cover the ground necessarily to see/learn about most of the main sights in beautiful Copenhagen.

Asa our guide was really good and informative about the local area. We were in a large group of 14, she kept us altogether and safe throughout our 3hour bike tour. I know we can’t see everything but as we road past the oldest coffee shop/cafe, we didn’t stop to admire which I thought would have nice. Only negative. Thank you for a great trip.

The guys here are great! We took our bikes in for a tune up and they were very helpful! Our bikes run better than new! They took the time to make sure everything was perfect! Great shop with lots of selection. Easy to find and a quick hop from downtown! Highly recommend!!!

Very competent and nice service! I brought my bike there for a winter check after a tough winter and when I got it back, it felt like new. It felt so smooth to ride on my bike again that even the Copenhagen wind was not so bad! The guys definitely know what they are doing and they are doing it with a smile, so both bringing my bike there and picking it up was a pleasure.

Very friendly staff. The bike repair was done in a surprisingly quick time, everyone was professional and friendly. SMS notification sent once bike is ready for pickup. Mechanics are speaking very good English. I will definitely come back to them as provided service was excellent! Definitely recommended!

Brought my bike to be serviced here. Great service, everything works properly on my bike and it’s looking and riding a lot better after some very wet months. They also didn’t try to sell me or repair anything unnecessarily as other places do. Definitely recommend and will take my bike here again.

The winter service is just amazing! They gave my old dusty bike a new birth, adjusting brakes and gears. I could not have asked for something better than this. Staff is superfriendly and kind :) definitely worth a try:)

Thursday we booked a Tour in the city as we often do to visit a Capital. It was not the day of our guide, We couldn't hear any of her explanations, so nobody listened. We soon realised that she had had some difficult experiences before our group, but there was nothing we could do about it. Bikes were in good conditions. For more than 100euros for 2 we expect a better service. The Tours itself was good. We will continu to visit city by bikes.

On a long citytrip end of September we walked right in from our B&B to rent some bikes. Fabulous service, no nonsense and were very accommodating to return our bikes on a sunday, whenever we saw fit, as we could leave the keys in their secured post box. We will definitely rent again, as we plan to return to Copenhagen, as it is a very chill and easygoing city to vibe with

One star because I couldn't give none. We rented and paid for two bikes. No one turned up to the shop to give us the bikes. I hope we can get our money back

5 stars in every way!!! Family of four: 2 teenage sons mum and dad. Met Rebecca at the shop & she was warm, friendly and informative. 1: don’t be alarmed when you turn up and the shop is closed, this means the team are out and about on rides. Rebecca met us super prompt and kitted us out. 2: Rebecca knows all the amazing spots en route and was so knowledgable - from modern day parking wars to the oldest building in Copenhagen. 3: we chose an afternoon session in December- which meant that we cycled daylight & in the wet and dark later in the afternoon on a week day. It was busy and Danish and we loved the experience; if you are a cautious rider maybe chose the daytime quieter spot. We loved the experience and would recommend and Rebecca was a fabulous host!

Yus Broersma is a wonderful guide who showed Copenhagen to us in a very nice way. With famous and also less well known places. We really enjoyed her tour, so thank you!

We took part in the tour on the first day of our vacation (October 4th, 2023) and had Marcus show us the city. This gave us a good overview of the city and a first impression of which places would be worth taking a closer look at later. In addition to the information about the sights, we also received other interesting information, for example about the history of the city or aspects of Danish society. And by the way, we were also able to try out the “Bicycle City” without having come with our own bike (by the way, you can also take part with your own bike). Since the group was relatively large on this tour, there was even a second guide along who made sure that no one got lost (e.g. at red lights) - great service! All in all, highly recommended for getting to know the city.
