The food at Red Lobster is surprisingly really good. I always order the salmon, and the biscuits are a must!

The gentleman that served us was excellent, professional and sweet. My daughter loves him, when he gave her a plate of Cherries 🍒. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to eat there. I was content and the food was fresh and one thing that I liked about the waiter, when he place the dish he lets you know the dishes are HOT 🔥 So you don't burn yourself. Thank you 😊

The waitress was nasty. She said I don't get paid enough to listen to your complaints that the food is not good.That's her job or she shouldn't work there. The manager was a total Delight she should get a raise dealing with a waitress like that.

Angela and the team took good care of us. We were disappointed to see staples like Sweet Chili Shrimp and Shrimp Nachos were discontinued, some of which the staff even said they missed.

It was a while waiting for p/u only because it was Mother's day and they were super busy but worth the wait. Like always, it smelled up the car, mouth was watering, couldn't wait to get home. Food tasted fantastic. We ordered family meal, admiral feast. Feeds 4 but was only 2 of us. Guess what is for dinner tomorrow.

Food was delicious but it took awhile for it come out. However they accommodated us by giving us free appetizers while we waited and were extremely courteous. I’ve been before and will return. My wife enjoyed the endless shrimp. I kept it simple with my entrees but the food is always fresh and it’s never too loud like in the city.

Considering the fact that we are still in a pandemic, this visit was exceptional. Upon entering the restaurant, we had a choice of contactless food menu at the welcome desk. We were greeted and seated immediately. Social distancing was enforced and mask wearing was a criteria with the exception while eating. The attendee was very polite and courteous and made sure we were satisfied. Restrooms 🚻🚺 are available and parking 🅿️ are available and free. Reserved parking is also available for wheelchair accessible vehicles. This location is a preferred location for us and I was delighted to support our neighborhood business again

Food was delicious and our waitress Elby was super dedicated and nice and attentive she is awesome

Although the menu continues to change and certain foods are not my personal preference they have managed to keep my family favorite dish ( Crab alfredo). The staff are attentive and friendly helping to keep an upbeat mood and the drinks were perfect. Nice family atmosphere with something for the little ones to do while waiting.

Just had dinner here for my friend birthday. The waitress Maria was amazing and extremely friendly. She had amazing customer service skills, glad she was our waitress. Our food was hot and fresh plus it was delicious. They came out and sing happy birthday to her for her birthday with ice cream.

I come in a few times a week with a special needs individual. It's not always easy being understanding to the fact he process things differently and is bothered easy. Yet Angela C always provides great service with a kind smile and great attention to detail. I don't usually do reviews but after weeks of dealing with us, she deserves the praise. She is very professional and a great staff to have anywhere. Thank you again

I used to go to this Red Lobster all the time lately it's way overpriced almost doubling the amount of each entree price wise while depleting the amount of food in the entree I got the ultimate feast it cost a fortune, the lobster tail was so small that the claw on a regular Lobster would be more meat ,the shrimp were tiny they didn't give me a salad with it I always got a salad with it I was with 10 other people it cost us a fortune and we were still hungry, don't think I'll be going there anymore sadly had some good times & good food in the past there. don't know what happened stay away it was empty anyway people are getting the idea what's going on they don't want to waste money ,it hurts to pay their outlandish prices. I think they're going to be closing up unless they change ways On the other hand you don't have to wait for a table anymore if that's good for anybody I'd rather wait for a table and have a good food and a lot of it for a decent price I hope they change because I'd love to go back

Danny manager very nasty, screamed at us for sharing the endless shrimps. My fiancé literally gave me 1 shrimp to try it so I know if I’d like to also order, not sure of the need for him to inspect our plates. I’m not comfortable with people watching over me while Zia eat like I’m in a prison. No need to scream at a paying customer. I’m disgusted and will never return to this location and probably any other locations. Restaurant was also very cold because of the air leaks you can feel on the wall and they claim the building owner controls the heat.

This Red Lobster is located on a busy corner in front of a Home Depot and Target. The exterior is modern and clean and the interior is nice with dim lighting. The parking lot isn’t huge but the adjacent Home Depot lot provides plenty of overflow parking. On this visit I picked up an order that was placed via the Red Lobster app. There wasn’t much staff at the time because people don’t seem to dine in for lunch these days. The person handling ToGo orders also appeared to be the bartender and waited on nearby tables. In all, I waited about twenty minutes beyond the time my order was scheduled for pickup. I did appreciate that the employee double checked my order while in the kitchen to make sure everything was there. The food was good and the cheddar bay biscuits were delicious (as they always are).

First time trying red lobster. Food was very good and cooked the way I asked it to be. No complaints in that department, same with the drinks they were fine. Service could’ve been a bit better. They took awhile to assist us once seated, our food took awhile to come out and they did not give us utensils until I asked for some. Kind of bizarre to serve us food without utensils but at least it was good and so were the drinks. I’d return but just improve on the service, that was my only real issue.

The service was absolutely horrible. The girl at the front desk was rude and had an attitude towards everyone that came in. My waiter ignored us. I asked for water and did not get it until I made a complaint. The biscuits were not fully cooked. I've been to this location several times but this time was the worst I've experienced.

Went to this location last night . I was told the wait to be seated was 30-35 mins . Signed in at 6:05pm , wasn’t seated until 715 pm . It took another hour to get our food and when we did get our food they forgot to bring out my toddlers meal. We had to wait another 10 mins for that . They are under staffed and had terrible customer service.

Shout out to Kaily! She was very friendly and respectful throughout the dinner. She also helped train a trainee! The food was awesome. I got Fish & Chips, and the Shrimp Tacos were surprisingly very delicious. I'd go back again!

I went to Red Lobster with my mom and my dad, this was the first time we ever went to Red Lobster and it was absolutely delicious!!We had calamari, stuffed mushrooms, and for the main course I had Maine Lobster Tail with Sirloin steak, dad had garlic shrimp scampi with rice, and mom had popcorn shrimp with french fries!It was all so delicious!!I would highly recommend coming here!!I also had a $50 E-Gift card that I won on Twitter back in February. We used it to get $50 off the bill, I would definitely wanna come back here again one day!!And those cheddar bay biscuits were so delicious!!And the employees were very kind!

Visit from Vermont, mom wanted to go to red lobster for her birthday. Here we are. Not too busy. Our section has about 16 people. Danny is our waiter. Nice guy good personality. Talks way too much! Waiting over 15 minutes for him to greet us. Another 15 for drinks. Got some apps ordered food. Drops the food and runs. He doesn't take 30 seconds to stop at the table when we are talking to him. Keeps walking when we ask him for anything. Didn't even turn around when I asked for a soda. Waiting again for him to come ask if we want coffee, dessert, boxes. Over 2 hours and we still don't have coffee

Food is great, fresh. Came her with a party of nine, 15 minutes after they opened and couldn’t be seated until a specific server came. Service was slow but our server did the best that she could given what she had to work with. I would go back to this location maybe with a smaller group.

Love this red lobster, especially for lunch because it's not packed. The waitress wasn't the best but that's not usually the case. The salmon was soft and tender but crispy underneath. The Thai shrimp was ok, but shrimp tender. The crab legs were great, you can never really go wrong there. You also get salad and unlimited biscuits. Overall great experience.

Sangria was excellent. So was the service until it was time to get the bill. The server just disappeared, so I ended up sitting there for 15 minutes after I had finished your meal, just looking around. Not cool. The food was and is just ok. Much better places at this price point. I Really only went there because I had a gift card.

Food was ok. Food took a long time to get to the table..We went on a Wednesday night..maybe not enough workers. I didn't order any appetizers/starters..so we had to wait over a half hour watching those who did order starters eat..We we're a party of 6 with one server. We waited until everyone got their plate before eating. Food started to get cold..food tastes like home cooking..I ordered just grilled chicken and a baked potatoes..I don't eat seafood..but my granddaughter loved her huge smorgasbord platter..that's what was important..❤️

Went here for dinner. Food and service was great. Cheddar bay biscuits so fresh and delicious. Appetizers, salads, and entrees came out quickly and at good time intervals. I ordered Admiral's feast, with the two sides it was a huge meal. Everything fresh, hot, & delicious, alot to bring home. Server was great.
