Neat little hotel right by the freeway and near the mall. The service and the rooms were probably one of the greatest I have ever seen. One cool thing about this hotel near Dallas is that it has internet TV where I can watch my favorite show. Overall, an astounding hotel and clean, updated rooms for a good night sleep.

This is the best stay I’ve ever had at a hotel! Highly impressed and everyone was SO kind and helpful! Very clean, the shower was amazing. I will most certainly be staying here again in the future! The breakfast was DELICIOUS! Nothing but great things to say. Thank you all for a wonderful stay. 😊

Pretty neat and clean.But some towels are too new not to absorb water. And the biggest issue is hospitality of the staff who works for complimentary breakfast. Meals were not ready at 7am ,displayed breakfast available time. Because the staff who had to prepare them was having own breakfast,even customers were there. So at that time ,only coffee and cereals without MILK were ready to get. You will have to wait about 30 minutes to have satisfied meals.

We had a flight cancellation at DFW and went on a whim to find a nearby hotel. From the first phone call, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were able to take advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle to and from the hotel which made everything a breeze. We were greeted right away and checked in quickly. Our room was the cleanest hotel room we have ever stayed in. We were so pleased with everything! It was a stressful situation at the airport and being able to come here made us relax for the night. Breakfast in the morning was also wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel! There are a lot of options in the airport area, but this one is top notch.

Went to a teaching conference. The staff was kind. The rooms were clean. They each had refrigerator and microwave! The shuttle service was phenomenal drivers were very kind! Oh and the complimentary breakfast was SOO good!!

Everything was extremely nice from check in to check out ….. my front desk experience was beyond exceptional and she( Carmen) had excellent communication and professional and friendly customer service skills… the breakfast could’ve been a little better but the attendants were so lovely I couldn’t help but continue to go down during my visit especially Azelia she was so kind and helpful and let’s not forget about Ms. Andrea when I say y’all went above and beyond to make me as a guest comfortable I mean just that! If ever I’m in the area again this will be where I’ll be staying a nice clean friendly environment with exceptional customer service…. Thank you Fairfield crew you made my stay so special 💕 It was very clean and comfortable

Great rooms. Great front desk. Absolutely rude van driver. We didn't use the service, but stepped into answer a question, very rude answer. After a bad storm where the hotel lost power, my question was, are there any restaurants nearby, He IMMEDIATELY responded "we are not going anywhere!" That was not my question. I responded with, "I didn't ask you to take me anywhere, I asked if there are any places to eat nearby." As to his response was, "Don't you have a cell phone?" I let him know that he was very rude and being in the customer service business, he was not being hospitable! Again the front desk staff was very nice and we actually bought them dinner that night. I would not be happy if my staff treated anyone like that.

Really nice, newer hotel. Good location, but make sure you get a room on the side away from the main road if road noise bothers you. I was bothered by road noise in the evenings. This hotel is not very soundproof so you will hear a lot of sounds. The shower had good water pressure which is getting rare in hotels these days.

Absolutely stellar staff. We were in town for a very difficult passing of dear friends and the staff at the Fairfield made sure we felt supported and cared for. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling in the area. Thank you very much.

Rather new, clean and well located hotel. Rooms are small, but for a short stay they are acceptable.

Can't say enough good things about the staff at this hotel. They accommodated my family in every way possible after a difficult flight cancellation late at night. Beds were comfortable, rooms felt new, and the breakfast was great.

Very nice hotel conveniently located right off the highway and within minutes of Grapevine Mills. We were in Dallas to see the grand opening of Meow Wolf and it was very close. The rooms were modern and clean and they had the best tv of any hotel we've seen. It was huge and had access to all our streaming accounts, so we were able to stream off Amazon and Netflix, which was amazing.

Really enjoyed my stay here, the staff is incredible. Andrea, Lincoln, Merna (I think that’s how you spell it) and Raymond! I have to shout out the service they provide. Rooms are clean, and the airport is super close I would stay here again.

Great experience! Andrea at the front desk was so amazing to me when I arrived and has been ever since my stay. The shuttle driver Lincoln has also gone above and beyond.

Nice hotel. Morning breakfast free and shuttle free. DFW Airport closest 6.1 miles distance. Businesses and vaccination travelers are happy to stay here.

Shuttle runs 24/7. Front staff actually answer phones. Shuttle drivers are punctual. Breakfast was better than most hotels in this range.
