I
don’t
write
reviews,
but
this
made
me
mad…
I
typically
don’t
have
any
issues
getting
my
food
here.
Normally
it
is
quick
and
typically
the
staff
is
nice.
However,
DO
NOT
come
here
in
the
morning
without
making
an
ONLINE
order.
If
you
try
to
press
the
“red
button”,
a
lady
will
pick
up,
(I
believe
she
is
part
of
management)
who
I
have
had
multiple
rude
experiences
with.
They
messed
up
my
online
order
today
and
I
didn’t
realize
until
the
carhop
was
back
inside,
so
I
pressed
the
red
button
to
let
them
know
my
order
was
wrong.
The
lady
repeatedly
said
she
couldn’t
hear
me,
giving
much
attitude
doing
so,
while
I
was
talking
pretty
loudly
from
my
car
window.
My
voice
level
was
at
a
tone
where
the
other
staff
members
have
had
no
trouble
hearing
me
at.
Today,
she
made
me
really
mad
when
she
talked
back
and
said
“I
can’t
hear
you
girl!”,
again,
with
attitude,
right
before
hanging
up.
When
I
tried
to
press
the
button
again,
nobody
picked
up.
I
work
in
the
retail
field,
and
I
don’t
understand
how
or
why
it
is
so
hard
to
show
some
form
of
decency
while
taking
a
customers
order.
Is
there
anything
in
place
for
if
the
worker
can’t
actually
hear
me,
or
is
this
Sonic’s
only
resort
to
be
disrespectful?
