Always great when you order 3 sandwiches and there’s no lettuce tomato onions or mayo/mustard. Didn’t even ask if we wanted them. Also great when you order a chicken club and it’s just cheese and chicken and no bacon. Great work guys! Didn’t know people could do sandwiches below the bare minimum.

Terrible sandwich. Pic says it all. I’ll stick with Jersey Mike’s where the bread is fresh, fluffy and not over-warmed to the point where it’s so chewy it’s almost inedible. Where the meat is piled on, fresh and again not over-warmed and dried out. Where the cheese isn’t sliced so thin and AGAIN way over-warmed to the point it’s almost non existent, you can’t even see it in the pic. I also requested hot peppers but that request was clearly ignored. Terrible food and way overpriced for the literal $&@! you end up with. $30 down the drain! Never again.

These are the best sandwiches anywhere, period. Hot and toasty and delicious!!

i eat here with my mom several times a month, because it's just that good!! never left a review for this place before but the service is always awesome and the staff is super friendly, laidback, and polite. the food is always consistently delicious and fresh too. Ky and Ryan are some very hard workers (and that's saying something, considering i also work in fast food).

Today I was flabbergasted on the service that I received after my order that I placed online was not prepared properly at the potbelly in Lewisville. When I called and asked if there could have been something wrong with the website or did my order just came thru wrong the person that picked up the phone said “yeah we’ll we are super busy with non stop orders” and had the audacity to just hang up. I of course called back and they would pick up and hang up the phone. The phone was answered by a female.

I will never take for granted the convenience of a drive thru. Potbelly has a great selection of sandwiches. Always a battle if I will get the Avo turkey or the Pizza Melt. I have never had any issues with my order being incorrect. Hopefully one day I can take some time to dine in!

This has become our regular Sunday night dinner. They’re always fast, friendly, and accommodating. We have only had great experiences here

Love Potbellys... the skinny turkey sandwich was Delicious and so was the broccoli and cheese soup. Service when ordering was Great... awesome friendly employees is ALWAYS a good thing and they totally have that!👏🙌Stop by if you haven't.. you won't regret it!🌻🙂
