Rasheed was great! The Italian margarita is delicious. Fresh bread. Flavorful salad. The best alfredo.

The server realized the kitchen had forgotten our appetizer so she talked to her manager and got us 2 desserts! She was the kindest and gave us lots of chocolates, extra breadsticks, and a raspberry sauce with her managers permission! Best experience yet.

I’ve been coming to this location for many years now. They used to be the best Olive Garden location in the metroplex. Going back after a few years left me super disappointed. 😩 Friendly staff, got us seated into a booth but was left super disappointed with the cleanliness. The entire booth was dusty (pictures included). Food was good but if the exterior was lacking cleanliness I can’t imagine the kitchens cleanliness. Hope to come back to a cleaner Olive Garden next time. 🙏🏼

The prices are a bit high for the quality of food. This last visit or waiter was nice when we saw him, but that was only when he took our order and brought our food. No check in during the meal, no refills on our drinks...very disappointing. I know that is uncommon, so I'll be back to try again.

Seafood Alfredo was on point! Loved coming and loved our server Ryan! He was super friendly and fun and made the dining experience great. 10/10 would come again.

The food is as good as you'd expect, standard, decent. But I keep having just the best service at this location! Maybe I've just been lucky, but this has been consistent across many visits (it's one of the few places my kids usually agree on when going out).

I love Olive Garden as their food is quite good in both quality and quantity. Micheala was our server, and I always love to hear what they’d recommend. So I requested her to get a creamy soup that’s not beef (religious restriction). Once we got our soup, I am glad my friend mentioned there’s beef in it as I almost had it, that’s totally negligence from server side as I clearly mentioned about “No beef”. Since she wasn’t around much, we requested another server to get us chicken soup. Glad she was able to help. Later, Michaela came by and got our food. Everything else was okay except for the soup as that’s the huge thing for me. I did tip good because of other food and you guys get paid based on it not because of service.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Olive Garden restaurant, and I must say that it was an absolute delight. The food was exquisite, the ambiance was warm and inviting, and the service was impeccable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and made to feel right at home. The menu was diverse, and it was evident that the ingredients used were of the highest quality. I opted for the Chef's Special, and I was blown away by the flavors and presentation of the dish. It was evident that the kitchen team had put a lot of thought and care into every element of the meal. I must give a special shoutout to the kitchen manager Elias , who clearly has a passion for food and culinary artistry. The way he created a fusion of flavors was outstanding, and I could tell that he takes great pride in his work. The attention to detail and the use of fresh ingredients was apparent in every bite, and it truly made the meal an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The food, service, and ambiance were all top-notch, and I cannot wait to return. Thank you to the kitchen manager and his team for creating such a fantastic meal.

Olive garden has surprised me lately - feel like ambience is better, food is better. Prices are tad bit much compared to speciality Italian restaurants. This location had some poor service - did not offer soup as a choice, and just assumed the whole group will get salad. May be a cost saving tactic?

Monday night after work. Was seated quickly. Sever was excellent. Food came out super fast. No complaints what so ever.

We did a curbside order, and when we pulled up we were greeted by waitress/host at my window. She was very polite and asked the name for the order. She stated she would have that right out for us. 5 min later the food arrived 😋 the lady asked if she could place it in the back on the floor board to get it home safely! She closed our door and told us to have a great night! It was such a pleasure to be met with such polite and courteous servers, this was such a breath of fresh air since now a days customer service is really non-existent. So thank you ladies for making our night!

I love the place! We got a table very quickly, and our server was very nice. They check up on you very often! The food was amazing, and came out very quickly. Everything was very clean, and they had great decor. The prices are very good! I will definitely be coming again!

Okay I haven’t been to Olive Garden in probably 10 or more years. The food is still good. We enjoyed it and our waiter was attentive. The restaurant was clean and nice. It was not, however, $20+ a person good. Not sure how how they’re justifying that. But still, the food was tasty so no complaints.

Haven't been to Olive Garden in a very long time! I'm glad we chose to go to the one in Lewisville! We sat in the bar area and Jack the bartender was amazing! So tentative, so sweet and best service ever! The food was great, my drink he made was so good and he was like bonus! We'll definitely be going back! On our way out, I made sure to let the manager know as well to take care of him! Thank you Jack! We'll be seeing you again!

Very relaxing setting. We sat in Bar area in a booth and was served by a amazing young gentlemen named Jack P. Food was good. But the service is what made this exceptional. Great job Jack!!

Absolutely wonderful service. Margarita was such a wonderful server. She made sure bread and salad was refilled and we were happy. We asked to have a picture taken of all of us. She was so accommodating. We were celebrating a 92nd birthday for our loved one. Great food and a great time of celebration.

[11/08/2022][$25] We had our lunch items and side of Alfredo sauce, and food was great but the service was Slow. Food could have been 10% better. My companion’s salad had some funky flavor. Restroom was dirty and broken.

The service was horrible when I was there this past Friday. The server kept forgetting things and he barely came by to check on us. The thing that made me really mad was he kept putting cheese on everything we ordered before he brought them out. Normally they would bring out the food and ask if we would like cheese but not this server! My husband ordered a soup that he didn't want cheese on but the server brought it out with a lot of cheese already on it. That's horrible service! Seriously, this Olive Garden was a total miss that day and we did not enjoy our meal.

Our server at lunch today was Luis. He was great. Perfect timing. And he seemed genuinely caring & experienced. We've always had good service there. But Luis left an impression. 5 ⭐️

I went to Olive Garden in Lewisville with my husband and daughter. Our waitress went above and beyond our expectations. My daughter is 17 months old and teething(so pretty picky) and the waitress asked if we wanted some grapes put in the freezer for her to chew on to soother her gums. She even had some of the staff remind her to get them out of the freezer for us. My daughter ate all of them and that small effort went a long way for me. The food was amazing don’t get me wrong but I would go back just for the service we had that day. She didn’t have to do that. I didn’t catch her name, but I hope she stays there and everyone that goes gets her!

I still think the fried calamari is not that crunchy and not that tasty but I tried the salmon with broccoli and it is very delicious. I loved it.

Good was absolutely delicious BUT the biggest impact for me today was my Server! Jack P did a really amazing job from start to finish! Paced my meal perfectly, was very very kind and always attentive! I use to be a server for Olive Garden and he really impressed me with how well and how patient he was with all the tables and bar orders he was working on! Thank you Jackson, you made me and my growing baby sooooo very happy! I really appreciate you and your amazing customer service! It’s really hard to be a well rounded Server and you’ve definitely got it! Please continue to do amazing and once again thank you! Service is great! Visited around 1pm Sunday and waiting is just couple of mins. Minstrone soup is great as always. I like the way meat balls are cooked they are so tender and moist. Overall great experience.
