We like papa Johns a lot but extremely disappointed with this recent order. please see attached photos pan pizza burned, cheese sticks are totally dry not much cheese and large regular pizza has extremely huge bezels. Hope they improve and don’t disappoint customers.

Ordered a spinach alfredo pizza, and received one with marinara instead. Called the store and asked to get a replacement sent out, and was told it'd arrive in 45-55 minutes. Followed up with the store 90 minutes later to find no replacement order was ever put in. To top it off, the quality of the rest of the order was generally poor. Update: After following up that night when the replacement never arrived I was offered a refund. 3 days later after not seeing a refund I followed up to find that no refund was ever issued.

Waited over an hour for this pizza and what do I get. Not someone else's order..... it has my name but some random barbecue pineapple mess. This is ridiculous because of course now they're closed. Will definitely dispute this trash 🗑 Order 912907973 Edit: went again, Oct 2022 Jack-o-lantern pizza looks Nothing like the ad. The pizza is uncut 😄 I give up with this place .🤷🏻‍♂️

Our order was delivered to someone else. The new order was poorly made - cheese lopsided, vegetables and meats were misplaced. Very disappointing

Last time I'm eating at this Papa John's. 2nd time in a row with exact issue. Ordered a half cheese and half the works. Both times showed up 2/3 cheese and 1/3 works. Supposed to be here in 40 minutes called at 50 minutes said it just left the store. It was delivered by Uber and it was not hot, warm at best. Done with this place

This has been my second time and probably the last time…. Pizza was undercooked and was still DOUGHY. I took big pieces of just pure dough out of my pizza

Oh my God, the assistant manager I can’t remember her name, but I place the order on yesterday and had some issues I promise you the time she took out from her busy schedule to help me was the most awesome thing in the world not only was she helpful? She was loving and caring, I know that’s crazy to say for fast food place, but I was very much so pleased with my order and the customer service that she gave me if I could rate her by herself I would give her a 10 out of 10 she was so awesome my pizza oh my goodness it was everything that I could imagine. Like I said she went up and beyond for me thank you assistant manager.

I ordered three pizzas for my team at work. They were hot and ready the exact time they said they would be. I walked in and received immediate friendly service and the pizza was delicious
