Nice
gym.
Has
everything
I
need.
However,
I
want
to
express
for
the
Number
of
years
I
have
been
using
this
gym
I
have
seen
such
a
high
turn
over
rate
of
employees.
I
get
it.
The
front
desk
workers
are
young
guys
building
experience
likely
in
high
school.
However,
the
management
staff
is
rotated
around
like
I
change
my
underwear.
I
have
worked
out
in
the
morning
and
in
the
evening
doing
2
a
day
sessions
and
I
see
the
same
people
working
there
and
see
the
same
people
working
there
on
the
weekends.
I
ask
myself…
what
is
going
on
here?
Do
they
not
get
any
time
off?
It
appears
that
corporate
or
whoever
doesn’t
care
at
all
about
their
employees.
They
just
want
to
fill
the
spots,
push
the
numbers
and
line
their
pockets
while
the
YOUNG
management
staff
sacrifices
their
friends
and
family
time.
Here’s
what
I
think
is
happening,
(I
managed
a
gym
in
California
years
back
so
I
am
very
observant)
The
management
staff
gets
burned
out,
likely
bothered
on
their
attempted
lunch
breaks,
with
zero
time
to
clear
their
heads.
If
you
want
to
improve
production,
improve
employee
moral
by
giving
them
an
unbothered
lunch
break
to
eat
regardless
of
state
law.
Let
them
workout
and
gather
themselves
so
they
can
come
back
rejuvenated.
Give
them
a
set
time
to
leave
for
the
day
and
have
the
Assistant
Manager
scheduled
in
to
pick
up
for
the
late
night
flow
to
close.
If
you
don’t
have
an
assistant
manager.
It’s
corporate
leadership,
not
in
house
leadership.
The
GM
is
middle
management
merely
an
echo
of
corporate.
So
I
say
to
corporate
if
you
take
care
of
the
employees
they
will
take
care
of
you.
I’m
tired
of
having
issues
and
being
told
“that
was
a
previous
employee
that
signed
you
up
for
that
and
no
longer
works
here”
and
I
am
sure
anyone
would
just
skate
by
and
collect
a
paycheck
in
one
of
these
positions
that
abuses
them
as
such,
get
fired
and
not
even
put
it
on
their
resume
in
a
short
run.
