I was with my wife for the first time. The park is beautiful and is the cleanest I have ever seen and I have seen quite a few. The people who take care of this park do a great job of it. This place has a childrens playground and acuatic swimming pools too. This park is great for walking, running and bike riding. Nice place for picnics and birthday parties too. I recommend this park.

This was our first time at this park and it did not disappoint. The playground is surrounded by huge beautiful trees which gives it amazing shade. It also has a fence around it and only one way in and out. That makes it easier to contain the kids and keep them safe. It has lots of swings, several slides and so many areas to climb. We were there in the late evening. There are several large pavilions, coverings and even bathrooms. The pond had lots of turtles and we saw bunnies throughout our walk. We will definitely put this park into our rotation.

Very beautiful, maintained park, has very huge spaces with kids park, swimming pool, pond etc. good for kids and adults. Has lot of parking spaces as well. Can book it for gatherings. Easy access from the main road. Irving and Coppel residents are lucky to be around this. It’s not too crowded and weekdays. Can spend 2-3 hrs relaxing and enjoying nature.

Quite large with excellent walking trails including one inside woods. The pond gives fresh and cod wind. The park is nicely decorated with Christmas tree and other lighting here you can take excellent photos. The Christmas lights are switched on at 5:30 pm. There are plenty of parking and the place remain crowded during afternoon. The park has drinking fountain including fountain for pets.

My favorite park in the NW DFW. It has a nice trail with a small lake, cute bridges, and pavilion spaces. Nice place for families, fishing, picnics, walks, etc.

This is great place! The landscaping is well maintained and there is a very wide range of things for children in the playground area. A section is made for younger kids and then another for older kids. It is right next to a swimming pool and then further down the lawn is a lot of green lawn and trails for people to run or walk. It also has some man made body of waters to enjoy. Not swimming or boating types of water but relaxing to look at. Bit wait there's more....they even have gazebos with plenty of seating to read a book or have some lunch. Aaaaand there's an area to play volleyball at. Very neat place. Lots of parking also.

One of the better parks in northern Dallas. No matter how hot a day, its always cool by the lake. They also have various events throughout the year: movie screening, parade, food trucks and sometimes live music. Sun rises by the lake so it looks gorgeous in the morning. Great place for picnic. The kids playground is pretty big and has lot to offer.

I liked this place very much. I am kind of a regular visitor now to this park. Clean, green, enough space to park, children's park, picnic areas, clean restrooms, beautiful lakeside.

The Core is a state funded recreation facility for kids and adults with multiple activities available. The park that it's located in or near is beautiful, with a small lake and hiking trails around.

WOW. The 4th of July celebration was terrific. There were food trucks, tables with umbrellas, yard games for all ages. Plenty of space to spread out. My friends and I felt safe walking to and from the event. The neighboring subdivisions were all welcoming and understanding about cars parking on the roads. People were friendly. If there were more food trucks I would have given it 5 ⭐️ ! The wait in line for food was long. Keep in mind you can bring your own food and have a picnic listening to a great band and enjoying being free in the Great USA!

Nice park. Good walking trails for walking and running. There is a nearby pond which is very beautiful. There are Christmas lights which will be switched on in the evening time. Enjoyed a lot with the loved ones. Enough parking space. Highly recommended to spend your time with the loved ones.

Great park area with plenty of walking trails around the lake. Need to check out the child’s play area some more but it looks quite extensive. Update: the play area for kids near the parking lot is incredible and well shaded. Had a ton of fun here!

Love this park! Always clean and filled with joy and creativity. The trail and covered area are beautiful. Guess what it’s getting bigger with some trail extension.

This is one of, if not the, nicest city park I have visited. Beautiful!

  • 5/5 Leslie G. 3 years ago on Google
The park is very clean. Sometimes there are early morning exercise classes in the parking lot. The kids playground is huge with playhouses, swings, monkey bars, slides, and more for kids ages 2 and above. I haven't tried out the other side of the park yet which is a splash park and jogging trail. I will explore the whole park soon.

I had a chance to explore the entire Andy Brown Park system while I was in town. I was overly impressed by how interconnected it was and the sheer size of some of the open spaces (particularly around the gazebos and the sport facilities). I usually don't think of parks when I think of the Dallas area, but Coppell pulls off walkability and open recreation very well. I felt respected as a pedestrian. I understandably did not use the kids play area, but it looked really cool.

Litterly me and my kids go there every day!

This is a lovely park. One of my top fave places for long walks near the lake. A lovely place for families. The kids will love the ducks and turtles. It’s a great place for picnics. The mornings are peaceful and a great time for me to practice some yoga. Usually there are others doing their own yoga or meditative activities, too. There are also many who bike ride, rollerblade, jog, fly kites, and many other fun activities.

Great park lots of shade. Tons of things for kids to do to stay entertained.. Nice park with a pond walking trails great for outdoor fun.

  • 4/5 Rich L. 6 months ago on Google
So many great memories here! If you like biking, walking or scenic views with small ponds, you'll love this park. They also have some covered areas for eating and cooking, so you can bring a group here for a day, especially if you're planning an outdoor game and need some field space. This is also an extremely safe park for now (see date of review), so you can bring kids or family without any issue. When you come matters, as the extreme heat is not a good time. Also, if it's mosquito season this place will attract them big time. Finally be aware that there are a lot of bikers here. If you're here to walk, be sure that you leave some space for them to zoom by.

Lots of parking . Playground is enclosed so kids cant wander off. Tons of shade. There are play environments for every ability from our newly toddling 12 month old to our older 5 and 9 year olds.

There are small crossover bridges inside the park, play area and an amazing lake 🌅. Would recommend going here even during covid as there is alots of place where we can enjoy in social distancing.

Our regular place for daily walks. This place has a variety of different trails you can try so you don't feel like you are on the same trade mill every day. The lakes are scenic and the whole area is very charming around the sunset. Would love to come with the family for a picnic some time. They have nice places under the shade.

We visited this Park last weekend with our friends. I was amazed how beautiful the Park was set up. I'm from Chicago and have seen beautiful parks there but this one is the best of all the parks I have ever seen.
