We were looking for something different from the average pizza chain, so we decided to order a pizza from Italian Express. Wow! They didn't disappoint us. Our order was timely & hot on arrival. We had humongous slices; tons of cheese; and large portons of chicken. The pizza was tasty and filling. I had two slices and it felt like I had four. 😄 I must say" it was definitely the best pizza I have ever eaten in Coppell". Italian Express will be our pizza joint for now on.😎

I recant my previous remarks.. see updated review. I give them 0 star if possible. I ordered the vegetarian and the spinach Alfredo with chicken pizza and they hit the spot.. I haven’t had pizza this good in a while. The gentleman that took my phone order was very helpful since I was undecided which ones to pick as it was my first time eating here. This is the best pizza I have had with in a 25 mile radius. I’ve traveled the world. This place is top ten best pizza I’ve had in my life. Salads were amazing. My kids usually prefer just cheese and pepperoni, but we all devoured the “Spina Choke Pizza.” There is nothing about the facility that should impress you. There is no dine in. There is barely any seating. They keep the temp hot inside. These three guys work hard to slang great pizza. Sorry dominoes but you junk pizza and 1.5hour wait time I will never experience again. Ifratelli, you too have something to learn from this company. Also I ate from this location twice today and I have no shame. No heavy stomach. This place is good

I would call this place “Artisan Express” or “Artisan Pizza.” The pizza crust tasted like something natural my grandmother would have made, soft and crisp, not greasy or artificially flavored like a dominoes pizza. We will never order from Ifratelli or dominoes ever again. The only pizza place that I k ow of that is this good is 35 minutes away in McKinney. The toppings were so fresh and moist. The cheese was amazing. I still can’t get over the crust. The salads were fresh and crisp with no offenses on any senses. The place looks like a hole in the wall and has been around for 15 years so you know it’s good.

This is the place where you can eat very authentic taste of pizzas, especially Indian options like Paneer Tikka and Chilly Panner Tikka pizza. I am sure you will love those options and both are also available in Chicken option instead of Paneer. Only one start this place looses because of their staff, they really need to work something to speak with the customers. Most of the time they don't know anything especially and online deals which is an official website to order the pizza online. Overall, I love this place and would recommend this place to everyone.

We ordered tandoori chicken but we got paneer tikka pizza which was flavour less 🤷🏽‍♂️ Check your orders before you take!! And, they were saying that I ordered paneer tikka! 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️ why would I order paneer????

Owner Manoj Solanki is horrible personality. He manipulates the food based on if he likes you. Some agencies orders are good, others he messes up if he doesn’t have business prospects. He is evil and no humility even when interacting with customers. Weirdo for sure

This is the best pizza in Coppell, hands down. Honestly it's some of the best pizza I've ever had. They are very quick. The ingredients are quality. Highly recommend.

I do not recommend. This was my first time trying this place and the first pizza place I tried as a new resident in the area. The pizza arrived this evening (Saturday) via delivery lukewarm and without the additional condiments I asked for. I called to ask the delivery driver (that I tipped) if he had them and he blatantly lied and said they were out and wouldn’t get a shipment until next Friday. I know this because I called the restaurant to ask about the missing condiments and they said they would send him right back with them. This took a while so I called back to inquire and expressed my disappointment. The man I spoke with hung up in the middle of the call. The driver finally came back, so an hour and a half later, I now have the condiments and a cold pizza. I will not return.

We were planning to have Italian Express for lunch at work. Order was placed with instructions on who to deliver the food to at the proper address. Long story short we never got our order. After calling Italian Express to resolve the issue they sent the driver back only to admit that the food was dropped off at the wrong business and that it would take three hours to have the order replaced and delivered. Three hours for a sandwich, a pasta dish, and a calzone. I get that mistakes happen but the customer service that followed was extremely sub par.

This is by far the most horrendous pizza I ever ordered in the entire Dallas area. I ordered an XL 18" pineapple with canadian bacon. It was a messy pool of marinara souce,also horrible,so watery (Prego taste better) that as soon as I attempted to cut a piece, the entire coat of cheese came off with all the ingredients ,leaving the horrible plain crust with nothing on it. The worst of the worst.

I like Chicken tandoori pizza here it comes with the tandoori sauce which tastes good and If you are looking for Desi style pizza we can try here.Good place for indian style 🍕 pizza .I would recommend this place.

Good pizza, but not my favorite. Price compared to value is a lot more than I would want to pay. Pizza overall was good, I got a salad as well, which was delicious! As far as the taste goes, I am satisfied, not disappointed. Just the price. Otherwise, great little italian place to go to!

My fiance and I are SO pleased with our order from Italian Express. We ordered pizza, calzone, sandwiches AND pasta and all of it was great! The crazy thing is, we ordered green peppers on our pizza and got jalapeño peppers instead, we weren't even upset. It was still so good and there were no other issues whatsoeve, we couldn't even be bothered. So friendly, great delivery driver. We will DEFINITELY be ordering here again!!

One of the best supreme pizzas you can get in the area. Loaded with toppings and a great sauce. I get it with the hand tossed crust. My kids like pepperoni. I haven't tried the other pizza options, but they do have many different choices that I haven't seen at other pizza places - for example the Chicken Tikka. I will probably try one of those next time.

If you are looking for Indian style Paneer pizza and you are in Irving one should definitely try out Paneer Tikka pizza. If you like it spicy you can add jalapeños on the same. I definitely recommend this place.

Moderately expensive pizza place. Good service with online ordering option. Paneer option is a nice touch. I am surprised though pizza stores don't offer the margarita, a staple, and they could do better with their crust because it disappointed.

As a fat man I feel qualified as a professional pizza reviewer. I have to say this is the beat pizza in the area in terms of taste and value. This is really a takeout only place the staff is friendly as well.

First of all we couldn't believe we could get a tandoori chicken pizza in the US. So we ordered tandoori chicken pizza and buffalo wings for our Friday night. The delivery guy was on time. The buffalo wings were really delicious, juicy and perfect size wings (neither too small nor too big). What can I say about the mouthwatering pizza? Awesome taste, perfect toppings , the delicious authentic makhni gravy. We totally relished our flavorsome and authentic Indian style pizza. Still feel the rich flavors in my mouth. Would definitely try other pizzas from Italian Express. All the best and keep it up.

Waste of money today..Pizza was dry… toppings were dry..chicken in the pizza had a funny taste to it like it was going bad.. the toppings were scarce.. you could count the spinach pieces in the pizza.. crust felt like crackers.. so disappointed. Called the store and they could care less.. Waste of money..

Love their thin crust pizzas! We ask for crispy and cut in squares. Pastas and salads are generous servings and yummy! Super hot food for delivery if you’re local.
