How these owners got this franchise is anyone's guess. Always under stocked. This is a donut shop, where are the donuts and what about a selection. I mean really. I have gone across the street to Shipley Do-nuts. At least they have donuts and a good selection. Oh and by the way they are less expensive. As for the Baskin Robbins, I get how you can run low on stock but a near empty freezer for their quarts, unacceptable. I want to support this franchise but they have to at least make a better effort to have stock, this is a management issue. The franchise needs to look into theses issues. Was excited to get this franchise in our town, but have been disappointed 3 out of my 4 trips. To the owners, You wont be in business long if you don't fix the simple issue of stocking both BR and DD.

Customer service is extremely slow in the drive thru. Especially when there are no customers inside. I keep giving this place chances each week. Today was the last day. It took 20 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me to order a large hot coffee. When I finally got my coffee, they only filled it half way. Paid for a large but received a med amount. I don't see this place lasting if they can't get it together. Said that star bucks has faster better service.

Michelle Lovewell should definitely not be a manager. She is not capable of handling the simplest tasks. Unfortunately when visiting this location, they have the tendency to charge for other people's order and when brought to their attention, getting your money back is almost impossible.

One of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Definitely better than the one on Clear Creek! I’m visiting from Columbia SC and will return. All five days were excellent.

The store is clean. It's fun to get a yummy ice cream waffle cone and relax in the seats. The employees are friendly and welcoming.

After enjoying a wonderful Resurrection Sunday service at FBC-CC, we decided to get a donut and coffee. The crew was friendly and the treat was yummy.

Trash they hung up on me 10 times...I called them before I put my door dash in and the same woman hung up on me... you win... I'm not ordering... God I'm a night shift cook and just wanted icecream... whatever

Sad day when i order and it takes about an hour to get my two items. One mangonada (they didn’t have chamoy) so i just got mango smoothie. Two got the cappuccino blast (it supposed to have oreos, it didn’t) today the young man was not to par. Manager needs to get to it and get stuff in order. That is all.

I wish everyone would give this location a chance. Yes, they are new but I’ve never had a problem here. The service is fast and they usually have what I want to order in stock. I don’t want Cove to lose them because the coffee is awesome and it’s so convenient and close.

The products are good as usual but the service is sub par. They just seem unhappy to be working and serving others. There was a awesome lady who transferred when she was there managing the place she was so nice and friendly made you want to come back all the time.

Horrible customer service!! Paid for three different double scoops with one having a waffle cone and they didn’t even get that right. Didn’t have 3 of the flavors I asked for; so had to settle for something else. Ladies seemed to have an attitude when I questioned about my order

They close at 10pm, I came in at 920pm and they don’t have any donuts. I asked if they throw everything out 40min before they close and they said yes. What sense does that make.
