Working with Steph was an absolute delight. Her and her male counterpart (I’m blanking on his name) were very honest and let me try out the power tools before we even went to the register. Definitely grateful for them this afternoon.

Okay I’ll be honest. I walked in and set my expectations really low because it was a pawn shop. Wow was I wrong. This is more then a pawn shop. It was perfect! They have everything at great prices. They don’t try and over sell you anything. Made me feel at home as soon as I walked in. Customer service was unmatched. I will definitely be shopping here & only here for the future. Best pawn shop between lampasas and temple. If you have a chance to shop or do business here. They are guaranteed to take excellent care of you they have a rewards program and everything. The change the game on the meaning of a pawn shop, and never make you feel burdensome or judged during transactions. The staff are the nicest, most professional, and helpful people. Just came in to pick up a Teal Blue Nintendo 3ds from the EZ Pawn and I gotta say it's a great Pawn Shop to go to and Steph helped me out a whole lot on getting us a good deal on the 3ds and 2 games.

We came in today and Steph helped us out real fast. So friendly and she makes the shop light up. We will come back again and see her!
