I have used Bench Master several times previous to this review, but today I went to pick up a ring that belonged to my great grandmother's sister and its about 97 years old. The stone had been removed before I got it and one of the prongs broke off. I took it to another jeweler several years ago and was told they couldn't help me due to it's age and the chemicals used today. So I found out that Bench Master works on old jewelry and decided to bring it in. I was so happy when I picked it up, it brought me to tears because now I can actually wear it! When I look at it, it will be my reminder that my great grandmother is still with me. Thank you Bench Master for doing a beautiful job and helping to bring a piece of her closer to my heart! I wish I had brought it in sooner!

I forgot last time to leave a review but they did great work was completed on the date they said also was a great price I been to really expensive jewelers before and I think they do way better work for a way better price. This time I came in and need my necklace fixed and I thought it would need a new clip and they could have just put a new one on and charged me. Instead they went ahead and fixed right there in 5min. And cleaned it for me also. Great people great prices quality work!!

These folks are incredible!! Friendly and affordable. I had a nugget ring and two stones I wanted in the ring and I wanted the ring sized down. They did all of that for $140 and I was blown away with how beautiful the ring sausage the quality of their work. These photos don't do justice... I will definitely be going to them for all of my jewelry needs.

Mr. Dwayland is wonderful. This was my first time going to Bench Master and I'll never go anywhere else. He's very personable and laid-back and easy to speak with, his workmanship is superb and the price was so much lower than I expected. My engagement ring became damaged after 11 years of wear and it's now as good as new. It's actually better, now that the break-point was reinforced. You can't even see where the repair was made-it's flawless. I absolutely recommend Bench Master to everyone.
