The entire staff at Copperas Cove Dentist are great! Janelle and Courtney are top notch! Janelle worked with me on scheduling and it took several phone calls and not once did she ever bat an eye or make me feel like an inconvenience. Courtney took the time to explain procedures, cost, as well as multiple options. She gave me hope where I didn’t have any at all. I’m beyond grateful for those two ladies!!

I went there today to get two wisdom teeth extracted. I was super nervous because I’ve had really traumatic experiences in the past with dentists, but the entire staff was really kind and attentive even when I wasn’t saying things. Dr Smith was really kind and attentive as well, his top priority was to make sure I wasn’t in any pain. The assistant that was with me during my procedure was very sweet and even double checked my insurance before starting. The place was very clean and all the tools being used were sealed. Definitely my best experience thus far, I will continue to come back here!

I was a dental hygienist for 40 years and have worked closely with many dentists and just had to have a tooth extracted with Dr. Smith. His entire staff is highly professional, helpful and kind ! I highly recommend him! He takes the time to explain all tx. He was very patient and most important to me has excellent clinical skills ! The hygienist that treated me today was Crystal. She was sweet thorough and had excellent gentle clinical skills!

It had been a long time since I been to the dentist. Have a bad tartar issue where I was getting cleanings every 3 to 4 months. The hygienist was very sweet and professional, usually I be so terrified from start to finish. But she was so nice and calm i relaxed and felt myself dosing off to sleep. NEVER had that happened during these deep cleaning sessions. Greatest experience EVER. Thanks Cove Dental.

The dental hygienist was excellent. She explained everything she was doing in detail and was very thorough in cleaning my teeth. She was always open to questions and answered everything with care and knowledge. The doctor came in after my teeth cleaning and was another great people person with professionalism. I waited for 3 or so months for my appointment and this team is truly worth the wait.
