Great staff and facility. Fast response to being evaluated and scheduling follow on appointments. The PTs were willing to listen to concerns on limitations but still develop a plan to help you surpass those limitations. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes I feel their patient to provided ratio was off and I would fine myself standing around waiting on the next task/exercise.

I was appointed to PT Solutions by my Primary Care Provider to work on my lower back and feet pain. This place is a great environment to do Physical Therapy and was very flexible and available for appointments. The front desk has every patients name memorized and had mine down by the second visit! I had Kate, AJ and Christian as my PT’s and each were super kind, courteous, caring, and supportive. You can tell they care about their patients by taking interest in them and that they care about their field as I witnessed them talk with genuine enthusiasm about their continuing education units and current research trends. I am leaving in less pain and more aware of how to care and treat my symptoms at home and on my own. Also I highly recommend dry needling as it helped me significantly in my healing process. Make sure you try to do your PT here.

Today was my first time interacting with PT Solutions, and I already established faith and trust in the staff. Upon calling PT Solution I spoke with Carmin , who equipped me with a NPI number to give to the VA. Once I received approval to utilize this establishment, I was assisted by Nicole. I had a exceptional experience with Nicole of PT Solution. Nicole is very knowledgeable on the VA referral system and contact me through out the entire process .She already knew the names of the agents in the Community Care Admin team 6 department. Nicole wasted no time making sure I had an update referral letter on file, to insure I would receive all of my needed physical therapy appointments. By the time I finish speaking with Nicole, I had already established PT Solution is the right choice for my physical therapy needs. I would recommend everyone to consider PT Solution when looking to attend physical therapy.

The staff there was and is amazing! Both receptionist, Nicole and Carmen, are pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I primarily worked with Taylor and her expertise was very reassuring and beneficial!

Everybody is amazingly great. I never felt uncomfortable with anyone or any of the exercises I did. I love that the front desk remembers you by name! That's a plus. My physical therapist Taylor was an absolute gem! She was sweet and she did an amazing job explaining my injury and what our goals were. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

Over a period of about four months I had the pleasure of working with Katie and Robert on a chronic injury that’s been progressively getting harder to manage over the years. The help I received was tailored to my tolerance and specific needs. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my recovery. I would recommend this place to anyone.

It was a pleasure working with Robert! I injured my wrist in a weight lifting accident and wasn't sure if it would ever recover on its own or if I would need surgery. Thanks to Robert and the PT Solutions team, I was able fully recover and get back to my normal weight lifting routine. Awesome place! Amazing staff! Nicole, Carmen, Robert - everyone I came in contact with - were courteous and professional. I felt like Robert was thorough and listened to my symptoms and concerns. He explained why we went through certain workouts and why this would help me recover from my knee injures. Thank you all for taking care of me I recommend coming to this place.
