    This is what my double fish filet looked like today. My children and come come this particular McDonald's after church practically every Sunday and normally I take my time and check each order, but today I didn't. Once I arrived home, I noticed that there was am excessive amount of tartar sauce everywhere to the point where you couldn't even see the fish. Imagine being 32 weeks pregnant, hungry, hot, tired, then having to drive 20 minutes out of the way to go back to a restaurant to express your frustrations about your order? I intend to send this to corporate, but please not that this type of customer service is unacceptable.

    I've worked a fryer for 5 years and I can tell you if you've ever gotten something that looks like this, like burnt but when you bite it it doesn't have the burnt texture, it's from a dirty fryer. This looks and tastes like they haven't cleaned their fryer in a long while as far as time to clean your fryer goes. I personally ate it because I didn't want to waste my money but I definitely didn't give it to my kid. It was gross and I suffered through it. Also wayyyy to much salt on the fries, if you see my picture of fries, just know that it was taken *after* I shook the ever loving sodium out of those fries, and there's still that much salt on them. I'm sure there's an instruction that's not being followed at all.

    I was waiting to pay at the drive thru line and through the window I see the cashier vaping. I’m not sure if this is allowed but I would think since she’s right next to the kitchen that’s not sanitary. The vapor also flowed out the window to my car which I wasn’t happy about because it smelled bad. The staff is always rude as it is but that was a surprise. Anyways she’s hiding behind the register vaping but in front of a huge window. That’s a health code violation. McDonald’s needs to do better.

    The only issue I have with the cove McDonald's is the location it's an accident waiting to happen. It's located right at an intersection and if you are not paying attention you will have an accident. That being said the food is always good, the lines are not long, and the service is great. Also the lobby is open for diners🤩

    Fast service . Food was hot . Order was correct. Lobby was ok but tables need wiped and cleaned better and more often. Bathroom was clean,well one toilet needed maintenance,flushing issues. Good place to eat.

    Very slow workers, feels like no one knows how to do their jobs. Would have better service at a shady gas station at 3am than here. Would complain to the manager but even she seems like she doesn’t have a clue to what’s going on. Food came, looked horrible. Do not recommend.

    It’s a McDonald’s. They are cookie cutter fast food joints. The o l’y thing that changes your experience is the enthusiasm the employees had in creating a nice experience for you. Good leadership and culture of each establishment makes the difference. At this McD’s the employees were great. Nice and friendly and serve with a smile. Too bad I just got coffee!

    Why does this McDonald's consistently miss at least one item ....ALWAYS!!!! (I live near this McDonald's, so it's the only one I usually go to.) Last time it was an entire kids meal. Today, a Mcgriddle was missing, the time before last, my 🍟 fries. I have never actually gotten 100% of my order, without having to go back up there, or to the counter. Bagging food would be easier, if you put in only one meal per small bag. ...Or maybe it is completely intentional, leaving out at least one item, per customer, saving product that was already purchased.

    Once again, the wife got home to only discover I pay for stuff and it's not all there. It's bad that at this point it's expected that my order will be screwed up in some way. A little leader presence and quality control would be nice... Update, only place open on Christmas Eve. Went inside to ensure I get everything I pay for. To my amazement it's all there, first time go on a 55$ order. Wow! Get home and discover my bacon smokehouse burger is minus the bacon. Great.

    Tried an Oreo McFlurry today. It was pretty good for 1/4th of the way. Cookies were only mixed in at the top. The rest was plain vanilla ice cream. Go to Dairy Queen or Culver's if you want that kind of treat. The fries were good though.

    We ordered take out at 520 pm. Our food came out at 614 pm and had to be remade due to not being as ordered. Food finally came out right at 622 pm This happens so much at this location. Most of the managers need to manage and stop worrying about being friends with the employees or hurting their feelings. An hour and two minutes for fast food is ridiculous.

    We came to eat after a long day of errands, and we were greeted with smiles, cheerful voices, and new faces. The food was great, as always, and there seemed to be a bit more of an energetic buzz than usual. Lovely experience all around.

    540Pm on a Sunday and all we wanted was a medium fry. We are the nicest people and again, COLD FRIES. Always something wrong with our order ALWAYS. We eat in the parking lot and I’m guaranteed to have to go in and have them fix something. No one cares anymore. What happened to customer service??? It’s a travesty to say the very least.

    This is the third time that i go on the drive thru and they forget something, i had a big breakfast with pancakes with an extra hashbrown, and they didnt give any hashbrowns and even forgot the syrup too. Once is a mistake 3 times is them not caring

    Food on floor, large pieces of trash and food on the floor. Drink station is an absolute total mess. I saw an employee get himself a drink but wouldn’t even take initiative to clean the drink station, wipe it down or throw the trash away.. Complacency. The restaurant was filthy. We had cooked to order food and they made it so sloppy condiments was smeared all over the top of my box. The food wasn’t hot enough to have been made fresh.

    Ordered curbside, I thought curbside was supposed to get priority over everyone else. I waited for 25 minutes, after that I went through the drive thru, and was told to wait in curbside for my order waited another 20 minutes still no food, I only ordered 2 sausage McMuffin a and 2 hash browns I don’t see how my order took so long, even after 40 plus cars and passed behind me parked next to me and still got their food before I did, I called and asked for a refund and to cancel my order and said someone would be out to check on me, the only thing I got compensated for wasting my time was 2 apple pies, I’m allergic to apples so a loss/loss for me.

    Had to go back through the drive through to get my sauce after them saying it was there in the bag. One employee even scratched her hair while I waited for my food while holding an ice cream cone and then proceeded to touch the cone again. We also sat at the window being stared at by employees for 2 minutes before being acknowledged or helped.

    Came to this McDonald’s and the service sucks big time. Went through the drive thur and waited a very long time and no one said anything. So pulled up to the window and still no one answered. They saw us but didn’t come to the window. We sat there for about ten minutes then some one finally came. Then made us wait even longer. This is at like 1 am. So total time we have been waiting in the drive through for service was about 45 minutes.

    Terrible as the last 3 visits I didn't receive all my food & mentioned it to the server who was rude & said look sir everything you order & ask for is always in the bag & everything tasted dry like it had been sitting around for hours & the drive thru wait is unbelievably long - 20 to 30 minutes & may go to the next town as the drive may be long but the wait should be a lot less!! I wouldn't have given them one star but didn't seem to have a choice. Always look under the bun before you eat as one time I found a roasted roach pressed into my bun under my fish fillet that was hard as a rock!! I said 3 years ago I would never eat there again & wish I didn't give them another try & will never go back!!!

    Trash, waited and waited for my order, only for them to mess it up. Then still waited some more for them to fix it and they still messed it up again. I was waiting for atleast 30-45 minutes before I finally headed home. Coming home to a messed up order still. Food is not worth how much McDonalds charges these days. I told the server I ain't coming back.

    The price of their basket of fries had always been off. It was originally $3, but they always charged $3.25 when I asked they tried to so it was tax...no...I can read my receipts. Any way, they fixed it. Then it was $3.25 at another location and now it's $3.50. And they don't Give you many fries. Also they rarely speak. They tell you your total and just move you along.

    Every single time we come here they have an issue/attitude. The other day it was cash only, then no sprite, no nuggets...etc. Foods reheated and still cold. Even if you are the nicest they still have an attitude. Manager sucks.

    Did mobile order and came inside. Waited over 20 minutes for my food while the drive thru pushed car after car out. Also cashier said "sorry we have a lot of Uber eats orders." 3rd party app orders were are being priority over your loyal customers. What a joke!

    I ordered a fish sandwich with no bread just the fish tartar sauce and cheese. They sent me a cold piece of fish no tartar sauce and only a half a piece of cheese not even on the fish. I am very disappointed with the service I received from them.

    Went to the drive-thru after work around 4am. Sat at the speaker for approximately 25 minutes. 10 of which were waiting for the employee to get back to me after I was greeted. I had to call the store and ask if my order would be taken, I had no issue at that point. I get it happens sometimes. I have worked fast food before. The employee who answered was very nice and got straight back to me on the speaker. Was told to place my order. I start to order and I am cut off. I am then told that they are only serving beverages at that moment. Wasted almost 30 minutes for this entire interaction. I would have preferred them to be honest in the beginning so I could have went elsewhere for breakfast :( Overall, two stars for this visit. The whole situation was a bummer but the employee I spoke to was in no way rude, just doing his job.

    The food was delicious tonight and exactly what it’s supposed to taste like. The quarter meat was fresh (not timed out) the fries were super fresh. The condiments on the burger weren’t old. Thank you for a great late night snack! Im super pleased and found what time I have to go to get it the “right” way without special order! - 12:30am

    Macdonalds is pretty good at the curbside, bring your order right out to your car. Most of the time they get everything right and I get all my order. If u have any issues or missing anything I just have to call and they will bring it right out. Great service just need more curbside spots to park than 4 spots

    Well it was my 1st time going to this McDonald's. Went to meet up with a group of just women too support listen and lift one another.. this place is clean in and out great customer service. They even offered us more coffee.. Thank you all for making this a great turn out it's a Blessing to be in this group and to have a place too meet .. Thank you Blessing's too all and your's ..
