My boyfriend and I went here today after Valentine's Day, because Valentine's Day was too crowded. The waiter was extremely nice, very knowledgeable, always on top of our needs. The prices were very reasonable. The food was out very quickly, made perfectly, and tasted great. We got the Date Night Daiquiris And then I ordered the Tex-Mex shrimp bowl And he ordered the Parmesan Sirloin Dinner. His steak was cooked to perfection. We had a great date night and we will definitely go back there again. UPDATE 6-09-22 My boyfriend took me here again just to have a night out together. The waitress was very pleasant. The service, food, and drinks were all perfect. Very good quality, not a long wait at all, and great atmosphere for us to spend time together, relax, and unwind. All of this for a reasonable price. We were both satisfied and happy upon leaving. Thank you Applebee's. We will return again soon I hope. Update April 9, 2023 Went to day for Easter withy twin sister, my daughter, and my nephew. It was great. Good food, drinks, and service. We shared the appetizer combo. The atmosphere was great and server was excellent.

I ordered food using door dash only to find my burger was completely raw. Like not a small amount of pink. It was blood raw.

My wife and I have always had a wonderful experience at this location. But more recently the reasons for our meals being excellent is the customer service and professional conduct from Joshua O. And the reason tonights meal was excellent was the server who was being trained by Joshua O, named Patrick. Both exuded great customer service by being both polite and attentive always making sure we were informed of the different menu options for the night, and well taken care of, with our drinks being refilled. My wife and I would like to express all gratitude for their service, and if possible, encourage Apple Bee's to rewards their efforts.

The service fell off the grid because they were two employees short for the night shift. The appetizers arrived after the main course was served. One of the appetizers was soggy and therefore was sent back to the kitchen. The other appetizer was the spinach and artichoke dip with chips. This was also a disaster because, the chips where not fresh. In fact, they where really oily and hard as if they had been refried. The dip was salty so, we just didn't eat it. The ribs didn't have very much sauce which they did need. One fork on the table had a gash in the metal so we had to request a replacement. The waitress brought the bill still with the returned appetizers and after she returned with the corrected bill we saw that it was not less but instead, it was exactly $20.00 more!! I spoke with the MOD and she corrected it and apologized in addition to comping 1/2 of the bill. This 🍎bees is normally better than this last experience and I will dine with them again because I hope they will correct the issues and find a way to better train their staff to handle their workload when they are short staffed. I stopped in at this location again today, 33 November 2022. The waitress was very polite but, she spoke so loud that it was off putting. When we asked about the cost of the margaritas, it would have been nice to have a discreet response from her but, instead she spoke so loud that it was like listening to a sports broadcasting... Not good. Now tonight, me and my friend both ordered the steak sizzling plate dish and requested the steaks be cooked to medium-well but, the steaks both came to the table very red inside and bleeding! We sent them back two (2) times. NOT GOOD! One steak came back well done and the other took much longer to get back. The mash potatoes where much less provided on the plate than what is reflected in the commercial and when I Sked about it, I was told I would have to pay more to get what was shown on the plate in the TV commercial. NOT GOOD!

I have ordered Applebees from this location last week & this week. Both weeks my order was wrong. Last week: I ordered a Whiskey Burger with fries meal… & 3 Cheese Chicken Penne pasta… I did not receive my fries and I received fettuccini pasta This week I asked for 8 oz. medium steak, my steak is almost rare.. tastes so burnt.. how do you burn steak and still not cook it through? I am pregnant, I cannot eat this rare steak. I cannot cook it through either because it is already burnt! 59$ spent this week & 53$ spent last week! Never again

My family went in when it was pretty empty. Just about three tables were taken. We sat down for 35 minutes with zero service. While the other three tables were waited on. A couple walks in and they were seated by us, and was immediately asked for a drink order. We were completely avoided. Left and have not been back since. Sad, because we used to go frequently for many years there in cove Applebee’s. It has changed.

Had a ribeye steak was cooked to my liking just had a little to much seasoning on it but other than that pretty good. Would come here again

Good food, good service and cool atmosphere.! We will be going back and we recommend this place to anyone.

My experience on Thursday was great! I visited Thursday night and they were very busy but I got all my food in a timely manner. The server Kerstin was very attentive and friendly. The manager on duty Josh seemed very helpful and rolled up his sleeves to do dishes at the bar. I love seeing management helping out. The quesadilla chicken salad I ate was the best salad I have ever had! I asked for it with no pico and it was made exactly right! Overall, I recommend coming to this restaurant!

Our server was the best part of our visit, being attentive and personable, however, the food was mediocre at best. I ordered the endless wings and fries special and the wings consistently came to me overcooked and dry and my son's chicken strips were no better. The ranch sauce was the only reason I could choke them down. The fries were fine, but this was disappointing since most Applebee's that I've eaten at have far better quality in their food. Prices for everything continue to rise and I won't recommend anyone spending $13+ for anything not worth it, even if it is all-you-can-eat.

We had an amazing dinner! Our server was very friendly and helpful when it came to suggestions. The place was clean, open, and inviting. Highly recommend for a couple's date but not necessarily for a whole family unless you take out a loan to pay for it. Otherwise, great place!

Waiter was attentive but the manager was a big bih….we ordered the mini cinnamon rolls for dessert. As we were finishing paying our waiter stated that the kitchen made a mistake and asked us if we wanted the extra order of cinnamon. It was stated in a way of like “no charge” like typical restaurant order mistakes. Next thing we know there another check for the extra cinnamon rolls. I’m pretty sure the manager had some to do with charging us full price because the waiter at least tried to get half off for them. Manager fat self said no. Pretty sure she wanted to those extra cinnamon rolls for herself a kids that walked in on her shift.

Par for how busy they were. A person walked out after waiting for a while at the bar. My food came out hot and in a reasonable time, could use a lil more seasoning imo.

Our server, who was also the Bartender on duty, was outstanding! The facility was fairly dirty & rundown for an Applebee's. My wife's grilled chicken meal was very good. My chicken pasta dish was mediocre at best. The chicken was overcooked and the dish had barely any sauce. We did have the server bring more sauce, which helped the pasta, but had no chance at saving the chicken!

Peyton was amazing as our waitress. The food was bland. Alfredo sauce bland. Noodles overcooked. Mash was pasty. Salmon was overcooked.

Patrick did absolutely amazing tonight, he really had a lot on his plate but he definitely didn't disappoint. Having quite a busy section, he managed to service all of his tables in a orderly fashion despite the kitchen being a bit swarmed. You could really tell he cares about what type of service is provided and he holds himself to a very high standard. Yes things may not have gone how he planned, but it definitely went exactly how it should have. You did YOUR part!!! Thank you again for your dedication and hard work. We will always keep you in mind as our waiter when we visit this location again.

I really hope to give this place a try again in another month or so, I realize they are short staffed but teamwork could Rock if they worked it. Came in for dinner and waited for service, finally got the service- good waiter with a personality just flustered because well NO Teamwork. Ordered a Huge Margarita Patron to share as we did on our first date, it was a special memory we wanted to recreate. Well...15 minutes later we had to call someone over to ask if we could get our drink before our meal. We also watched the Bartender and she had ample time to get us our drink. So we did get a drink shortly after getting attention to actually our waiter and another waiter. Guess what? Wrong Drink order. We got Spicy Martini Shakers. *Sad. Could not recreate our first date. Manager came out and even said those drinks were on him and they would make our drink we ordered. Nope. Never happened. It was just a disappointment. Maybe in a Month or so we'll give it a shot again and if it's another disappointment they will lose our business. Hey ...On the PLUS side that Bourbon Chicken with Sauteed Mushrooms and Shrimp was delicious.

Sat at the Bar and the Bartender "Constantine", did a wonderful job serving me and my wife. She was on point (The only reason for the 5 star service). However, she had to leave the bar several times to seat customers, because a few of the other servers were standing around just chatting. She asked them to help with the front but none of them made any attempt, (the reason for 3 stars for the atmosphere).

I normally have a great time but this time was bad. My drinks where made wrong and the food was horrible. Only good thing was the waitress

This was not a great experience. It was not my first visit to Applebee's, but I will not return anytime soon. To begin with, my (adult) granddaughters order was taken incorrectly. Next, both my grandson-in-law and my order (fiesta chicken) did not taste right. I ate part of mine. He had to exchange his entire order. The waitress was very understanding and the manager obliged us by discounting our total bill. My granddaughter and daughter had the steak, and it was very good.

They don't take reservations so we showed up at 6:15 for a table of seven and we were seated quickly. We ordered after about ten minutes all seven dishes. Some time later chips and salsa showed up with a few other items. Then a bit later out came two meals quickly followed by three more. The other two people did not get their food for over ten minutes. Both my steak and my daughter's was cooked poorly with one side burned and black. The side salad were huge! Like regular salads. Our wait staff was pleasant and did a good job, so we tipped her well, but the steaks were disappointing to be sure.

The hubby and I stopped by about a week before Christmas to eat before doing some shopping. We were actually both surprised at how well everything went and the food quality. I recommend this location over the killeen location at the moment. The inside was clean and had a relaxed vibe. Our waitress was very sweet. We both ordered boneless wings and they were on point!! I had a salad which was fresh tasting as well. The chips and salsa for some reason were hitting too! We both had a beer and decided to do our first rumplemintz shot ever. 😂 It was a great experience, especially for a Saturday evening.

Always had a great experience at Applebee's Copperas Cove except last Saturday when it was a disaster. Received wrong beer, took forever to have it replaced, waitress was asked a question and after asking twice still didn't get an answer. Throughout our meal our table wasn't cleaned off even once. Ordered buttery nipple and it was made wrong. Most of the time our waitress BREE stood in the back talking to others. To sum it up waitress sucked, bartender sucked, and of course management sucked. Kitchen was awesome as our food was delicious. Hostess was very friendly. Waitresses like that need to find a new profession as does the management. If I ever come back and get her as a server I will walk out!

The Hostess was very rude to us! Our waitress was no where to be found. We asked a waitress that was walking with the hostess that was passing by our table for some napkins. The hostess replied no you need to wipe off with your shirt! We thought she was joking so we waited and waited and waited at least 25 minutes. Here comes our waitress we asked for napkins. She walked right over to the Hostess to get the napkins! I was just amazed how LAZY THE HOSTESS WAS!! We were not more than 8 ft from her! All the hostess was doing was using her phone not even busy! Just standing there using her phone! I did not get a refill on my tea either. At this point we were annoyed and wanted our check to leave. It was at least 20 minutes before our waitress came. I just said check please out loud looking straight at the hostess. We made eye contact and was totally ignored! So 20 minutes later our waitress came over to check us out.... I give the food a 👍 thumbs up! The service was just awful...... We will not be back!! The hostess had an attitude and acted like she just hated her job! This was the evening of Thursday October 20 2022 around 6pm.

Very enjoyable experience. Wait staff was great. Got our drinks and appetizers out really fast. Dinner came out correctly and in a timely fashion. Party of 4 with no complaints during this visit. Will return.

Delicious. Our server Jessica gave us wonderful service. It was busy because it was around dinner time when we dined, but you wouldn't know it by her service. Very friendly and caring about us and our food. Jessica was awesome.

Group gathering reunion of friends 50 plus years. Applebee's tolerated our laughing, loud, drinking....we had a blast....

We dined in. I was worried when the hostess acted distracted and didn't say a word to us. 🤫 But the waitress was super sweet and accommodating. The food was very good. It came quickly and it was hot and tasty. It took the drink while though. Was a nice dinner.

I love Applebee's but now, since this experience, I love it even more. Everything was decent, as usual but Constantine, our bartenter/server was the best thing happening. They had a lack of help, that night, so they weren't filling the restaurant up until hello came in. We sat in the bar area and are so glad we did. We eat out often and Constantine is hands down the best ever! 1st, she handled our particular likes with the drinks without fail. She made sure everything was to our satisfaction. When it came to ordering the food, she was so forthright and honest with the personality of the kitchen that we weren't surprised. And when we had a slight issue, she immediately took care of it. She also stopped in to check up on us often and even stayed to talk like we were old time friends. This, without compromising her other customers. We were so pleased that we Pam to come and visit every time we get a chance to be in the area! Thank you Constantine, you made that night very memorable and Donna and I, John, will remember that day! You're the best!
