I go here regularly usually with my boyfriend but we Call our order in and then take it to go. The prices are pretty reasonable as well as the serving sizes. Except for the dessert. There needs to be more of it! (They are reasonable serving sizes, They are just so good that my mouth and stomach are sad when they're gone lol) This last time I went with my twin sister for our birthday lunch. As always the service was fast and friendly and the food was great. And then the best part is the desserts. All of them are mouth-watering awesome goodness. 😁 Until it's gone, Then it's 🙁.

The Staff is always friendly and accommodating! They have fresh yummy food and delicious vegan/veggie options.

This store consistently gets orders wrong or has missing items. But today I was disgusted to find someone had closed their hair in my soup cup. Better safe food practices and quality checks are needed for this store.

Had an amazing first time experience eating at McAlister’s. After a year living near Cove, we had no idea the menu here was so big. So for our first time…we ordered everything. Spud, King Club, Mac and Cheese, Broccoli Soup, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Half A Chef Salad, Sweet Tea and Slices of Carrot cake. Liz was amazing with service and a smile. Definitely will be making this location a regular for us both. (Note: we did order a lot of items and almost left without our dessert. I would recommend if you order to go, make sure everything is in the bag. Mistakes can happen, but lucky for us Liz took care of us and kept us happy customers, a mark in true quality service.)

2 years ago: Foods always great, wait times very on how busy they are but the food is always worth it! Recently: I've learned it all depends on management and employees for your food. Some of the workers are really awesome and I wish them the best in life. Other times, I had to complain to higher ups about it. McAlister's is very delicious and very well worth it. Today was good. My family got some of different spuds and they were so delicious. ALSO THE HALLOWEEN WITCH'S BREW TASTE LIKE THE GREEN JOLLY RANCHER

Super fresh food. Glad they have better managers now. It was a breath of fresh air.

The staff is super friendly and the food is consistent, tasty and quality. We always have a good time when coming here and enjoy our meals.

Mr lemon was awesome. What a sweet man! Watched him show such kindness and patience with an elderly lady! Its awesome to see there are still great people in this world. Keep being you Mr Lemon!

They have the best chicken ceaser salad! I will only go to this location because everything is always fresh. Also the sweet tea is always on point! The sugar coookie is 🔥🔥

This used to be a good spot until the manager, Katy, took over. Now it's overcrowded, orders are rarely correct, and last time we ate there, 2 of us had hair on our plates. If you want McAlister's, go to the one in Killeen.

Food is decent but the service is terrible and it smells horrible inside. It is too expensive for the lack of quality and service. The website and app give an option for curbside pickup which is non existent when you arrive. I've given several chances and it has gotten worse instead of better, unfortunately.

Okay so all things set aside, ordered the same thing a year ago and it wasn't even close to what I have today. My last review was 2 stars. Service was not to par by far. Tonite however as opposed to my previous visit is a lot better. Thank you for a good night for me and my family. I will come more often now.

DO NOT ORDER THROUGH A DELIVERY SERVICE! They constantly screw my order when I order through a delivery service. I got a pick 2 and this is what they consider half a French dip sandwich. Make sure your there to eat to make them make it right.

2pm Sunday. 15 people in line. 10 minutes to order. 55 minutes waiting for food to be served cold. Numbering system failed. Server went to 3 other tables with our food before she made it to ours. Manager had to take orders and run orders instead of running the place. No one busing tables. I understand being short staffed, people not showing up the weekend to work, being short of employees because of the pandemic and untrained staff but for the eight or so employees that were there to be this incompetent means they need to shut down, retrain and reopen because they cannot be following proper health protocols if they are unable to fill simple orders in a timely fashion. Please see attached photo of what I was finally served. Spicy Turkey sandwich and garden salad. Salad was fine. Sandwich was a joke, especially for a deli. I waited 55 minutes for that? The table next to us had a sandwich served with no meat. I’ve gotten better service and higher quality food at a junior high concession stand!

Ordered from here tonight and it was disappointing. I ordered a choose two with a horseradish roast beef and cheddar sandwich and a roast beef spud. The sandwich was drowned in horseradish sauce, and the spud drowned in Aus Jus. Most of the sandwich and spud inedible. I also ordered a cookie and it was undercooked and squished into a ball. Being a former employee I was disappointed to see the lack of finesse. Also being pregnant I was looking forward to this meal only to be let down.

Never been to McAlisters before. Good selection at a reasonable price. Got the Club wrap. It was very good. Will try something else the next time.

Definitely one of my favorite restaurants to eat at! They have a great menu at great prices and well worth every dime! If you haven't tried their Jalapeño Turkey Crunch, their strawberry lemonade, or their sherry shallot dressing..you're missing out!!

After reading reviews on the Killeen one I was nervous about trying any McAlister's. I have been to this location twice now and I love how friendly the staff is. Both times they helped me pick out something because I am a picky eater. The salads are delicious! My son ordered the McAllister club and it smelled so good. The teas are pretty good as well. I will definitely make the drive to Cove every now and then to try something new. UPDATE... Stopped by again this evening and wanted to have another amazing salad, but it was a limited time item that they no longer serve 😣. I jokingly said that I wanted to speak to the manager, but she and her staff really went above and beyond. They created the salad for me and the specialty dressing! I was fine with trying something else on the menu, but the fact that they went out of their way is so amazing! Dewey is such a sweetheart and Katie and Isaiah are such wonderful people. I'm looking forward to my next meal their soon. 🥰

Best McAlisters I've been to. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Our food was brought to us very quickly. It was all delicious and different staff members checked on us throughout the meal. I will be visiting each time we come through.
