Their staff & food has always been Wonderful! So excited they reopened the inside dinning! My kiddo is Over the Moon they have finished remodeling the indoor playground & it's OPEN!!! It's the Only indoor playground in town, so on bad weather days we're here!

I love Chick-fil-A but this location is one of my favorite ! Service is great as always, restaurant is always clean. Tables are well sanitized and kids play area is clean . Associates are always helpful and friendly. I love their events! My daughter was so excited to interact with the police and firefighters ! She had a blast. I'm giving 4 stars because of the bathroom. The bathroom has always a weird smell. I go there a lot but the smell is always the same .

I've always loved Chick-fil-A until I came across this women who made me VERYY uncomfortable to the point where I didn't even want to eat my food and to the point where my children were uncomfortable to play in the play area. I'm all for following rules that are set. I'm all for my kids following rules that are set in place.. today my friend and I went in to eat and have our kids play in the play area. This women came up to my friend and singled out her daughter for "breaking a rule" a rule that EVERY OTHER WHITE KID WAS BREAKING but because my friends kid wasn't white she was singled out by this women. Even after being told her daughter can't do what she was doing this women did NOT go up to any other parent to let them know that their kid was breaking the SAME rule my friend's daughter broke. This woman singled out one brown kid. And that's what made me so uncomfortable. We were also told this woman does that ALL the time. Yes I did tell management and really I feel like nothing was done. Chick-fil-A is supposedly religious based food place but this women was not godly like what so over. I'm very disappointed!!! This women ruined chick FIL a for me.

I am not much into fast food but this place has NEVER let me down. The chicken is always fresh and hot. The portions are good and all the employees are attentive and friendly.

My order is normally accurate. The staff is usually helpful, friendly, and quick. Not too many Vegan Options but the Base Southwest Salad (no chicken) without cheese and Balsamic Vinaigrette is pretty tasty!

Fast and fresh service! Love their sweet tea! They usually get it right, but they are human, double check your order!

Place was busy. When I was in the bathroom, I bumped into something and got a small skin tear. An employee came in and got me a bandaid. Later someone came around asking if you needed drink refills. It was a very pleasant experience, I've never eaten in before.

Your standard Chick-fil-A location. Good service and a clean restaurant. If you've been to one of these before then you'll know what to expect. Long drive-thru lines that go at a decent pace.

Love the 8 piece chicken nuggets with Polyneasean sauce & mustard sauce together. They have the best lemonade. I order without ice to keep the good flavor to the very last drop. The lemonade is cold enough without the ice.

Customer service has gone done hill. No greetings in or out of the restaurant. No acknowledgement at the register. No enjoy your meal. Nothing! At the register when someone finally shows up to take my order, I feel like my sheer presence is an annoyance. The food is good but because of the poor customer service especially from current young employees, my family members no longer eat there. We used to frequent this place multiple times a week. Oh well. Maybe one day someone will read these reviews and pay attention.

My order was correct even though they did not repeat it. I was the only one in driv at the time and they took longer than expected. She did apologize for the wait but handed me order and quickly closed window. She didnt give me ketchup so had to drive around and go inside to get it.

I ordered on the online app and as I pull in to write the space number I am parked at, the app states that my card was not processing. I made sure it was the correct card then I placed the order twice with one card, but it still gave the same message. I began to get irritated so entered yet another card but it still refused to process. I then go to the drive thru and place the exact same order, but when I get to the window and explain what was going on, I STILL had to pay the WHOLE amount AGAIN. (Mind you, it has already taken money out of my checking once before, and another time out of my credit card). So the drive thru order made it my THIRD time getting charged $45. I spoke to the manager and she still made me pay the third time, even after it already charged me twice before. Horrible customer service! Do not use the app to place orders!

These were at the bottom of my fries, this is ridiculously embarrassing. How do they not see what they packing into the containers?

Never have i had a bad time here. Servers greet you nicely and my food is always warm and delicious 😋

This review is strictly based on the restrooms. They’re always filthy and very much McDonald’s vibes and not Chick-fil-a. Even when I’ve come in at 8am, like y’all just open so how are the restrooms already that dirty. It leads me to assume they’re not being cleaned the night prior. My goodness.

My favorite fast food, never have a wrong order really or issues with the food. Service is always great even if they are busy.

I love this place, wonderful. It is always hoping.we are not able to let our kids play in the plays are much because it is insane chaos and potentially dangerous but we love this place. Story time is amazing and the food is good. For kids it is cheaper to buy whole meals then the kids ones. I think we might start eating outside at the picnic tables where it is less crowded.

Staff have all seemed to have lost their sparkle. That extra, you can only have that much happiness in every breath if you are an employee of Chick-fil-A

Just a quick stop to get dinner. Used a gift card a friend gave me. The drive thru looked pretty busy so I went inside. Was on my way in less than 10 minutes. Hot waffle fries - yum!

I love chick Fil a but this location is a hit or miss. If you go to early or to late it's like visiting 2 different restaurants. I don't enjoy having to get my food corrected on another visit because of discrepancies or having to wait in the parking lot after ive already paid because my food isn't ready. The brand is my " go to" fast food lunch but this location 👎🏽

I must have sat in the drive thru at least 20min. And this is not the first time it took this long. This location has got to be the slowest Chick-fil-a Ive been to. Very disappointing. :-(

I went to get a cup of ice last night. When I got to the window, two of the kids working there very obviously bent backward to see out of the window and then burst into laughter. I asked what the joke was because I wanted to laugh too! They ignored me, so I asked if they had a stereotypical bet about who orders ice cups. They got uncomfortable and walked away. The girl who took my order was super sweet though and I told her that many people who crave ice are anemic. The ice was great, but I took one star off because I didn’t get to hear the joke. 😩

I recently was in Copperas Cove visiting family. I love Chick-fil-a and am a frequent customer in the Dallas area. Chick-fil-a always has excellent customer service, but this Chick-fil-a was surprisingly disappointing. The wait was long, no one greeted you at the drive through, they turned the milkshake machine off prior to closing and that was the only thing 2 people in my car were ordering, they didn’t have my order correct and gave me the wrong meal, then they said that they didn’t have the salad with regular chicken strips only spicy after ordering it at the drive through and pulling up. The whole order took around 30 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. Super disappointed in staff and management. This Chick-fil-a does not represent the company in the manner that others do.

This classic food stop in Copperas Cove is certainly worth the visit! Food is quality, as is all Chick-fil-A food is. The food is on the pricey side for a fast food restaurant but it's made up for in customer service and a quality place to eat. Definitely recommend.

This may not be a fair portrayal because I'm comparing this branch to the branches in Austin. The chicken is ALWAYS TO DIE FOR but at the Cove branch the employees don't take your order face to face. In Cove they actually use the drive thru speaker ( which was not helpful at all). I missed the personal welcoming committee. I just love to see the smiling faces of the Chic fil a employees , like their so happy you stopped by for a bite. Makes me feel loved.

Great experience overall today. Came in to grab my family's order and Hayden was kind enough to give me a more than abundant amount of extra sauces. He also introduced me to the cloud berry sunjoy, which was pretty great. Not to mention how friendly him and the rest of the staff were, including the constant updates on our food were really helpful. 10/10 would go back
