For
prospective
patients,
You
may
want
to
consider
a
drive
out
of
town
to
a
different
BSW
or
stay
away
from
BSW
altogether
for
now
at
least.
If
Baylor
Scott
Health
cared
in
the
slightest
bit
when
it
comes
to
either
their
patients
or
their
own
staff,
they
would
either
A.
staff
more
doctors
and
support
staff
at
this
location
or
B.
close
the
doors.
When
I
went
there
for
my
first
time
three
years
ago,
I
was
met
by
a
doctor
who
obviously
cared,
was
compassionate,
and
willing
to
look
into
the
issues
I
had
been
facing.
Three
years
later,
I
met
up
with
this
doctor
for
the
second
time
today.
Things
had
obviously
changed.
While
still
polite,
you
could
tell
he
was
extremely
overworked.
He
told
me
he
was
now
in
charge
of
8000ish
patients
so
he
couldnt
take
on
even
a
single
"new
patient",
and
for
instance
in
my
case,
it
was
booked
improper
as
a
15
minute
emergency
type
visit
when
I
in
fact
needed
more
time
for
my
visit,
thus
making
his
job
impossible.
He
tried
his
best
for
the
allotted
time
of
my
visit,
but
he
is
human.
We
could
barely
cover
a
single
issue,
let
alone
multiple
issues.
He
passed
me
off
to
another
doctor.
Scheduled
2
months
out
and
a
20
Min.
visit!!!
What
is
going
to
get
done
in
the
extra
5
minutes
compared
to
the
doctor
I
seen
today,
my
guess
is
nothing.
Long
story
short,
unless
you
are
prepared
to
spin
your
wheels,
consider
finding
a
different
place
for
your
medical
needs.
These
folks
can't
handle
their
current
caseload,
let
alone
anyone
else.
Rest
assured
though,
they
will
try
their
best
(and
I
thank
them
for
that),
but
patient
care
is
at
an
all
time
low
right
now.
Even
scheduled
a
week
out
for
a
basic
xray.
When
I
say
patient
care
is
low,
I
mean
it
in
the
strictest
of
terms.
