I have been to Copperas Cove Urgent Care a fee times now and staff are great. I was treated by PA Eric this last time and he was knowledgeable and kind and caring. Also Darleen, my nurse answered all my concerns and was most helpful and kind. I will definitely keep getting my care here knowing I'm in good hands with caring staff. Thank you

This is the 1st time we’ve ever needed urgent care. I’m aware that others use urgent care, we showed up at 7:55 and there was a small line formed… by the time we got out of the car the line was already let in. I walked right in and the nice lady at the front desk was ready to help me upon entry!! She was VERYYYY nice. The wait was about an hour and some change to be called back. And about another 45 minutes til we saw the provider. She was fast, and she was courteous. This was a very pleasant experience!!!!!! THANK YOU!

I went here yesterday for an allergic reaction. The staff is super professional and courteous. The nurses and PA were kind, thorough and compassionate about my issue. I was in and out within the our and prescribed me the necessary medication to resolve my symptoms. I'm definitely recommending this facility to anyone in need of great healthcare and expediency. I appreciate all the staff who helped me feel at ease and taken care of!

I arrived at integrity urgent care to be met by the sweetest staff. I came in with a knee injury. They brought me a wheelchair to get me inside, and were quick with the check in process. I was seen very quickly. I think her name was Becky, from what I overheard, the sweet gal that took my x-rays. She was very accommodating, very sweet, and only made me cry once. But that’s not her fault. My knee just didn’t want to be in the position they needed for an x-ray. They got me set up with crutches and a knee brace and Cass was very sweet and set me up with a referral for an MRI. Overall great experience with Cass and Bethany at Integrity Urgent Care.

Great visit, it was fast and to the point. The staff was quick with insurance and medicine and everyone was very welcoming and friendly which is really appreciated in an urgent care setting! 17/10

I was in the area visiting with family and my head cold took a turn for the worse. Sinus pressure and now ear pain. It was more that I could take. I felt terrible and felt terrible that I was having to find and pray something was open on July 4th! I absolutely have to say being a holiday (I know what it’s like working on a holiday) the entire staff was kind, courteous and amazing! Thank you so much! The meds I was prescribed made all the difference in the world and I was able to enjoy the rest of my time with my family.

I highly recommend Integrity Urgent Care. I was here in the Cove visiting my daughter and got sick. Integrity Urgent Care saw me within a few minutes of the appointment I made online. The Physical Assistant took his time asked questions, went over my treatment plan, and sent me on my way. Great Place!

Great place very fast paced with kind and caring staff. My son loved taking x-rays with the skeleton😊

I went in on an appointment that was easily scheduled so I wouldn’t have to wait as a walk in, I even did the paper work online with the exception of one page, by the time I had it filled out I was called back, The ladies at reception were polite and professional and greeted me with a smile. I was in and out pretty quick but also got treated with care and was also listened too, they took the time to actually look at the info I gave in my paper work and knew what would help with the treatment moving forward. The office was clean and orderly. I had no complaints in their professionalism of staff and treatment, I will defiantly go back in the future and would recommend them to family and friends.

This place is such a BLESSING! Talk about Medical Care like a FAMILY! I have never had a bad experience! And THEY NAIL IT EVERY TIME! I love them! And I am so thankful that they are here and I have the opportunity to use their services. I was so ill yesterday when I went in and Melissa Bedolla , APRN-CNP cared for me like I was her sister. Just so generous and patient. I wanted to cry. I was not feeling well at all. She listened and was very thorough in examining me. She told me as I was getting ready to leave, “ you go home and you get some rest”. It was the way she said it, like if she were talking to a family member of hers. The medications that she prescribed immediately started working. I love this Urgent Care. I want to say thank you so much for CARING !

I usually don’t do reviews, but I have to give Samantha a 5 star rating. Samantha gives outstanding patient service. When you don’t feel well this is needed. I was so pleased with the good quality service received from Samantha. I have been here quite frequently and she always greets me with a smile and kind words. Thank you Samantha for always putting a smile on my face.

came in to this clinic as a walk-in for a laceration to my shin. They got my back quickly with no wait time. The provider ( I think his name was Dr Mcgregor) did an amazing job with my stitches, minimal to no pain at all. He was very thorough and took his time to explain everything to me. Nurse Bethany was also really great! She held my hand because I super was scared of the lidocaine injection. Will definitely use integrity urgent care for all my needs. Thank you!

They are always so sweet at the front desk and make me feel comfortable. The triage was great with running tests quick to have ready for when Melissa came in. She was very compassionate and did her best to give me good information to help me with my care. Thank you so much for helping me through a tough moment. I didn’t suspect I even had covid but it was positive.

During our last appointment, Rhianna was very personable, friendly and ensured my kiddo received the best care. I appreciate her being so kind and outgoing during our visit, it definitely made our visit much more enjoyable 🙃
