🫤 If you have hours to wait around then this may be the place for you. I always arrive on time to my appointments, yet somehow end up waiting 40 minutes to see my provider then another half hour for a prescription. Aside from 2 “not unfriendly” staff members, the reception is a bitter experience. People often mention called,

Most of the times I go it is really good all around. However the past three days I have been trying to get a mess up cleared up. Until today I felt they were helpful I called this morning tried to explain my severe phobia with doctors and needles before I could get a second sentence out she rudely said," We all do" I wanted to explain how severe mine is,but she shut me down very rudely. Very poor patient assistance. I do understand they are busy, but what happened to showing a little caring along the way.

Zero stars if I could. I have a complicated medical condition and all I can get is an over the phone appt. I took a break at work to take the call which the nurse finally called me 20 min after the appt. Its been over an hour and the dr still hasn't called me. I waited 2 weeks for this appt and I'm missing work for a call that's never coming? This is the kind of service we get and our spouses sacrifice for this country??? Third world medicine bottom of the barrel doctors is what we get. Wow go army!

The PA I have is unprofessional I have to submit several inquiries just to get a referral. When asked a question the answer you receive Is I do not know. This place is in need of some professional leadership. The only people who work there that have any compassion for the people they treat is the lady who works in the lab. If you have a choice please stay away from this place as you will not receive any help.

It's really hit or miss. I really like the intake lady and the doctor. The receptionists are hard to deal with. I called the nurse's hotline and was told we could do a walk-in. (I'm in Darnell and looking at a sign that says we can do walk-ins at our clinics.) Get there and they refuse. I'm currently sitting at Darnell waiting for labs to be put in even though they were "ordered" a couple weeks ago. I have an appointment to be at in an hour. It's better than the Harker Heights doctor but idk by how much.

Showed up early 15-20 mins early for my son’s appointment. Sat there for almost an hour, and son was get fussy waiting that long. Seen a nurse come out and sat down talking to someone, and then got up called my son’s name. Seen/talked to the doctor for like 5mins and then done. If I knew my son was up to date on his shots, I would of left after 30mins of waiting.

I am trying to get my daughters vaccine records but when we faxed the request they called our pediatricians office & claimed she was never a patient. I’ve been trying to call them for weeks with no answer.

I always love the staff here, super nice and friendly and easy to talk to. The nurses are so lovely, the doctors and nurse practitioners here listen to your concerns and will do everything to find a solution. One of the preferred medical places to go. I always try to come here for concerns. Thank you staff!

There was a male pediatrician there when we were stationed there about a year ago. His last name starts with a "G" and he wears glasses. Absolutely horrible with children. We had Dr. Mione who was great with our daughter, and then she resigned. The same for the young Indian lady we saw. This male doctor was the only one left, and both times he would man handle our daughter and not even try to calm her down. This was the reason why we decided to enroll in TRICARE Select. The lady that gave her vaccines was nice though. Young black lady.

Despite being short staffed and being here for awhile, all of the front desk/ nurses and doctor Ellis were extremely kind and polite.
