Ordered a Whataburger plain and dry and they DIDN'T EVEN PUT MEAT IN IT! Truly pathetic. And to top it off, the kid taking our order was hitting on my stepdaughter while she was trying to place her order.

Ordered Onion Rings and got fries plus they were cold, and ask for No onions on hamburger and they added them. All the stickers were correct on the burger but wrong. The person taking the order did great, but the staff in the kitchen did not follow the order that was put in. It was a little disappointing after spending $56.00.

Been coming here for years..not sure what happened to this location. The only fast food joint I've ever been to where the remake is worse than the original order. They always forget sauce doesn't matter which sandwich you order it literally comes with it, no additional request, but they always forget. If they manage to remember the sauce it's literally a drop. The "toasters" are never toasted. Just taste like day old semi toasted bread that's just hard to swallow. Chicken is horrible and dry, cheese is never melted, fries are not very..well, fried. The only positive thing I have to say is the drinks because there's not much work there. The staff seem nice usually. Maybe they're understaffed or something but the last few visits have definitely left a bad taste in my mouth about Whataburger in general. Even McDonald's sounds better at this point. Do better guys.

This is my hometown Whataburger and I love it. When I go inside it is always clean and the people who work there are always nice. When I go through the drive through they always get my order right and the food is always great! Definitely stop to eat here because it is worth it!

I've never been to a whataburger, but dang will I be returning!! Our service was super friendly, shout-out to Bailey 😎 the Dr. Pepper shake was delicious, and our food was affordable, fast, and hot. We had a great experience and I definitely recommend!!

Today me and my husband ordered food from here but when we got home some of our order was missing. So I had my husband call them and let them know what was missing, we went up there the second time just to be given the wrong item. I understand that the employees working are tired but please double check the receipt and recheck the food that is in the bag before giving it to the customers. The lady that helped us the second time was nice and was willing to help but I am highly disappointed in this restaurant for forgetting food and not giving the right food item. We probably won’t be returning to this location. We should’ve checked the bags before we left to make sure everything was there but it’s late and we’re wanting to go home because it’s a 30 mins drive to get there.

It’s very obvious that not all What a Burgers are equal. The one in Copperas Cove is head and shoulders above all the rest. I’ve always found it to be clean, neat and well taken care of. Every staff member that has waited on me there has been far and away better than any other fast food workers at ANY other chain. They’re friendly, articulate, and do an extremely good job. They are obviously well trained. All the food that I have gotten at this particular restaurant, be it breakfast, or lunch, has been very well presented, well assembled, and has the taste that one would expect from the product that was received. Whomever owns this particular franchise should be training all the others because it’s very obvious that they have a lot of experience in customer service, food, preparation, organization, and people skills.

Pleasantly surprised by the level of efficiency at this whataburger location. People nowadays seem to be so impatient and lack common courtesy, Evan took care of our order and was not only quick and correct, but he did his job with kindness.

Mushroom Swiss burger is the only reason I love Whataburger. Customer service was horrible and quality was lackluster. Had been looking forward to rekindling my relationship with a once great burger joint… sad to see it has gone downhill like this. Do better!

The fries are old, and the spicy chicken was very dry. They didn't have ranch dressing, so they gave me a cup of the sandwich ranch that was way too thick for a salad.

This place is constantly good. Been here many times. Salad is always fresh just like burgers and fries. I vary them always. They don't disappoint. Yet....

Had Whataburger from Copperas Cove last night it and it was good. The fries were hot and fresh and the spicy ketchup was suprising tasty. The hamburger was okay but wished it had a little more flavor. The vegetables tasted cold and fresh like they should. My only complaint was they were a little busy and had to wait a little while. Other than that everything was delicious and we'll definitely be back.

*RAW CHICKEN* I’m sitting on my bathroom floor throwing up. I bought a bbq chicken sandwich got home took a bite thought this feels tough. Spit it out tossed it into the bag. Took a second bite to give it the benefit of the doubt tough again couldn’t bite through looked down at it and I see pink RAW chicken. IMMEDIATELY RAN TO THE BATHROOM AND THREW UP.

took 30 minutes to get a chili cheese burger with no onions, crispy fries (which turned out to be no more crisper then when you just get fresh fries) and a white chocolate raspberry shake. when I went to ask about my order they told me that my crispy fries were still cooking. then I had to wait another 5 minutes for my shake... which they told me was made 30 minutes ago but had to be remade because it was just sitting on counter. terrible service, terrible wait time, good decent I've had better whataburger

The onion rings ARE HANDS DOWN THE BEST ! I've been there a few times late. Usually good service. One night must of been hard? Guy was soo rude.

I purchased my food through the Whataburger app. It was ready for pick up by the time I arrived. The gentleman that came out with the food was friendly and respectful young man.

Sent my Husband to get a number 1 meal. We live aprox. 7 mins away. The burger was cold and tasted like it sat and the fries were cold and stale. People pay good money and do not want cold stale food.

It was pretty good! I had the chicken strip sandwich on Texas toast and added guacamole and bacon with pepper Jack cheese. It's was good next time with out the guacamole, I think it was to much. My friend had the Frito chilli burger and that was different but pretty good. Awesome for something different then the same old burger.

Very good Whataburger location. Usually use the app to order in advance (& freebies every 5 orders). Orders are processed quickly and food seems fresh. They're generous with fries! Service is good. Food and atmosphere are typical Wburger. Dining room seems a bit smaller than normal. Location appears to have a good operator/management.

Great restaurant. They do get backed up in the drive through and it can take some time getting your food. Pack some patience on these days as once you get in the line, there is no getting out.

Visiting Colorado Springs from Denver Colorado, we used to live in Austin, Texas, and we miss Whataburger, one of our favorites. There's only one its in Colorado Spring. We miss you Taquitos😌

Ordered a cookie & kinda weird how they mentioned it at the window & then gave me my order without it. Marcos the manager could have cared less. His attitude was just to spend $4 in gas for me to drive back over there or "remember" for next time. When I called to tell him he already knew & was so uncaring. And then pretended he couldn't hear me. Kept saying Hello over & over & it was him because I wasn't rude but I didn't like his rude behavior.

This store embodies all the standards of service and quality that anyone could expect of the Whataburger chain. I was particularly impressed by one manager (I believe her name was Mya? Started with an M, unfortunately I forget) who made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our lunch. Overall, this store meets and exceeds all expectations and is one I would highly recommend, for regulars and newcomers alike.
