My old Seiko watch finally quit on me, so I took it to Bill French Jewelers for repair. He couldn't fix it in-house and said he would have to send it to Seiko. He warned me that that would be expensive and the watch was not worth the cost. I reluctantly agreed and asked him to find a look-alike replacement from Seiko. He did and it is beautiful. Too nice to wear except to church. Ha! Very good experience in every way. Good people. I'll be back, but not for a watch. This one should outlast me for many years.

Absolutely professional establishment. Took my great grandfather’s watch in for repair today, replaced the battery on a 1950’s Hamilton Electric while learning a few things about the movement. I was 100 percent impressed. Thank you for your help and looking forward to coming back.

I have been a customer of Bill French Jewelers for over ten years. I have bought numerous lovely pieces of jewelry as well as had several wonderful pieces made to order for me by the wonderful people there. The staff are friendly, very knowledgeable, and helpful. You can find traditional styles as well as contemporary and trendy fashion pieces. It's the only place I shop for jewelry.

Bill and his employees are top notch. It's always a great time just just going in to say hi if I'm in the area. If you're looking for a good jewelry shop look no more. I have personally purchased MANY items from his store and believe me, I absolutely LOVE each piece. I would add photos but I have too many to choose from. For a while when I would go in I always ended up buying something or another. I was hooked and when I went in to finally buy a very beautiful diamond ring they had just sold it a few days earlier. Bill French’s Jewelers as always provided amazing customer service!! The diamond on my wedding ring was loose and they repaired it in house taking less than a week!! At the same time they cleaned and polished it, loving the sparkle!

Elisabeth and the whole team at Bill French Jewelers expertly, professionally, and cheerfully resized my wife's wedding set, replaced a diamond and repaired another on my wedding band, replaced multiple watch batteries in record time, and even sent watches out for repair and crystal polishing. My whole experience with Bill French Jewelers was awesome! Bill was very honest and upfront about not being able to help me fix a spinner ring that belonged to my Grandma. He went out of his way to find a jeweler that could get the job done and made the entire process incredibly easy for me. He even cleaned my wedding band for free while I was there.

I came in, lost (as most men do.) Ordered my wife a ring for our tenth year anniversary. (Layaway is awesome) the ring came in. Didn't quite fit my wifes finger as I expected, so we took it back (expecting to pay to make this right.) Bill French Jewelry did everything they could to make me and my wife happy. To make a long story short, they took awesome care of us. If you buy here you get better than excellent treatment. This is the second time in my life Bill French helped me out (he may not remember the first) but, from here on out! This is my one and only Jewelry store. Thanks to you ALL.

I had came in to see if they could fix a chain I had bought for my boyfriend. They were able to fix it ! I am glad I went here they even cleaned it . Great customer service! Went in for a watch bracelet adjustment but was treated as if I were buying an expensive piece of jewelry.

I've been to Bill French Jewelers twice and I experienced excellent service both times. I did not buy any jewelry although their selection is varied and pleasant to look at. Instead, I went for watch-related services. The first time, I had a watch that was losing time (very noticeably, not just the 140 sec that some lower-end movements tend to result in) even though I had just had the battery replaced with a high quality. The gentleman in the first encounter even tested the battery and informed me that the battery I had had plenty of juice left. I opted to have it replaced anyway, because that is the lesser of evils when problem solving with nicer watches. The watch has been running fine ever since (a Filson Shinola Scout Argonite 4220) made in Detroit, back when Filson weren't cheap bas*ards and didn't outsource their watches). Guess it just needed a newer battery. The cost was $10 and he went above and beyond. The second encounter was today, 30 December, with a very courteous woman, I'm sorry I did not catch her name. I needed two links taken out of a watch with a bracelet (Citizen Eco-Drive Weekender Chronograph CA4489-50E) that I received for christmas. It took four iterations to get it just right, she really made the extra effort. Three links and one clasp adjustment later, it was perfect. Talk about above and beyond! She didn't try to upsell me (a practice I really loathe) on anything and the cost was $10. I gave a tip which may be unusual, but for such an effort on such a small service--impossible not to show extra appreciation somehow. Maybe she'll get a tasty starbucks or something. I don't typically buy jewelry, but if I did, I likely would go to this jewelry business just based on the treatment experienced. I definitely will go for any watch needs that they are able to handle.

Zales was backed up so badly that it would have taken me 3-4 weeks to resize my new engagement ring. Bill French Jewelers gave me an estimate of a week which is far better already but then the jeweler finished it the next day!! My fiance had an experience with them before as well where he dropped off a chain to be resized and only 15 minutes later he recieved a call that it was an easy fix so it was available for pickup immediately with no charge! The employees and jewelers at Bill French are so trustworthy and kind. I am always quoted for more than reasonable prices and the timeframes are always great. Therefore, Bill French is far better than Zales and Kay Jewelers in my opinion and I will continue to go there over these brand stores in the future.

If you are looking for a jewelry store, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bill French's. They are incredible. I've been to plenty of jewelry stores, however none have had or kept my business like Bill's. They are incredibly good at what they do and the customer service is top notch. I bought my wife's ring at the PX and I took it there for a resizing. During the resizing they identified that the diamond was set wrong and although not in danger of coming out, it just wasn't placed the best. Imagine my surprise when I had already spent 5k on the ring. I asked Bill to write me an estimate on how much to fix it and set it correctly, then I had them do the work and took the estimate and the receipt back to the PX. The PX reimbursed me for the service and my wife's ring looks incredible and is set correctly. They even did some custom rounding of the prongs that hold the ring in place so it's not as proned to snagging on things. The work was incredible, definitely affordable, and best of all, QUICK! My favorite part was they wrote down everything about the diamond with me witnessing it, so when they returned the diamond to me, it proved to be the same exact one I dropped off to them. Wow! I must say, that's an excellent touch of added costumer service that I've never seen before. Me and my wife loved and trusted them so much, we instantly returned to them to make my ring. We ended up working with Liz for my ring and she was hands down exceptional. She really took her time working with me to help me get EXACTLY what I wanted and it fits EXACTLY how I wanted. I couldn't be happier. Bill's has forever won our loyalty and our business.

Extremely happy with the customer service here. I've only spoken with the owner once, but Bill is always seen at the shop making sure customers are satisfied with their upcoming or past purchases. I bought my favorite necklace via mail order and was not pressured to buy when it was delivered to them. Would give more then 5 stars if I could include how happy his employees' seem working there.

I went to Bill French Jewelers to inquire about a ring I inherited. The 2 gentlemen I spoke with were very polite and personable. The older gentleman I spoke with, I assume the owner, was very knowledgeable and open. To top off an already good experience, not only did he polish (for free!) the ring I brought in to be looked at, but also my engagement ring, which hasn’t looked this good since I got it 27 years ago. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get some great customer service and beautiful jewelry.
