Hello, I visited your establishment today and had a very bad experience. The food wasn’t great. We didn’t eat none of the food and we was still charge for the food. We order the chicken and waffles. The waffles was very hard and we could barely cut the waffle. The waiter offer us a steak knife to cut the waffle. I told the waiter and he got the manager. The manger offer to make us new waffle. He brought back one set of waffles. He never told us about bring an another set until I asked the waiter. This was all in 15 mins waiting. We had already been here for awhile. When I told the waiter that I didn’t no longer want the food because it was taking too long and our food was already cold. The manager stated that he could remove the food. The other resolve he offered was to call the police. I never been to any establishment that had this bad of customer service. I paid over $80 for food that I didn’t even eat. The waffle was very hard. And the manger only replaced one waffle. I never been to a restaurant that doesn’t compensate the customer for food they didn’t eat eat. It is my birthday and I was expecting to have a good experience trying out a new restaurant.Don’t waste your money and time. There are plenty other restaurant in Miami with better food and service.

I love this brunch spot, but I would like to offer some feedback on the waiting process. I understand that reservations are not allowed, but I think it would be helpful to have a seated waiting area or a more convenient system in place for customers. Currently, customers must stand outside or in the lobby, which can be uncomfortable and inconvenient (especially with how unpredictable Miami weather can be). There is no pager system, so customers must remain on site to hear their name called. This can be frustrating, especially if the wait is long (which it usually is). I believe allowing reservations would improve the customer experience. Or if that is not possible then perhaps a seated waiting area with a pager system.

I have never gotten the most delicious food from any other place, omg! Everything tastes amazing. The service is excellent and the place is beautiful.

This may have been the best tasting brunch I have, to this date. Always willing to try more but overall. Amazing atmosphere, Delicious food, great presentation, food came out fast and fresh, what of course matters most, service! 10 out of 10, 5 stars, that’s a yes for me you are going to Hollywood! I love that besides a ever changing bar menu they also made sure to include the non alcoholic selection to include with this experience. It was certainly in my top 2 for Hot Chocolate. They somehow mastered the temperature of the drink so it’s hot overly hot but not cold at all. I will be back! It would be my pleasure! Vegetarian friendly (not sure about the vegans) but this is DEFINITELY for the meat eaters. A lot of options and selection and sorry I could not enjoy although I would put my money that it would be amazing!! Put this on your list to try for a good meal!

Honestly, as a business owner my opinion my self bistro cafe was extremely amazing. It exceeded me and my husband expectations. From the drinks to the service to the food. We will be back. No only to the coral gables locations but I will be visiting the PR location in less than a month. I’m so excited it’s a must go.

This has been THE BEST BRUNCH SPOT for me and my kids! We loved it from BEGINING to end! We only waited 20 minutes for a table of 4.. I did call the day before and asked the most busiest time on a Sunday and they told me 1-2pm to arrive if I could between 9-10am and we arrived at 10am! It’s so aesthetic! The food was fresh and delicious! The waiter was very ácknowledgeable and recommending food and drinks! The orange juice and blueberry lemonade was freshly squeezed! My son ordered mocha frio and he loved it! I highly recommend coming here if you live in Miami or coming into town!

Absolutely delicious! Literally anything on the menu is out of hand. They have so many unique options and large portions. The service is great as well. Arrive before 10 on the weekend to avoid a wait. 10/10 recommend!!

I went with a friend for brunch on a Sunday around 11am, and had no wait time to sit outside. It’s not too hot and the tables have umbrellas that provide great shade. The service was great despite how busy it was. Which it’s extremely busy. The lobster mofongo was tender and not over cooked, the shrimp tacos were delicious, but my favorite was the passion fruit mimosa with the popsicle. A nice touch especially with the Miami temperature. Definitely will be back, the menu has a ton of items.

Great service, everyone was super friendly and helpful. The food was SPECTACULAR. Not only beautiful but delicious. All over the top and well worth it. And the place itself is super cute! So glad we ran into this spot!

Me and my friends had a phenomenal experience celebrating Friends Giving and a Birthday Celebration at Bistro Cafe Coral Gables! From the moment you walk into Bistro Cafe Coral Gables you are greeted by the friendly staff, feel the great ambiance, and notice everyone enjoying their experience. It was our first time visiting and we will definitely return and try new food and drinks as it is delicious. Their Instagram page @bistrocaferest has photos of their food and drinks. Highly recommend as the experience is memorable, service, and food is great!

The place gets packed from how good the food is! Very nice place and clean. They give a lot of food which is good to take home later. I loved the Oreo pancakes. Definitely coming for my birthday!! I recommend!

This is so far one of the best spots to have a great meal in Miami. Food quantity and quality’s are always on point. I keep repeating every week. Really delicious, the menu is amazing, the atmosphere is always fun. Really happy with every experience I get here. Thank you so much for bringing this place to our city.

It was my first time here and I think it was really nice. The coffee was amazing and the mimosas were on point. The food was good but I had very high expectations about the dishes. I feel like the flavors were good but the textures were a little off. Overall, I really like the place and the service. Chris was our server and he gave us good recommendations about everything, he was very attentive and with a great attitude. We will definitely going to come back!

The food and service were excellent. My prosciutto and burrata avocado toast was delicious and big enough to share. Can’t wait to go back and try other things. So happy you’re in Coral Gables.

Excellent - all *NEW* cafe near Merrick Park. I had brunch and the most delicious omelet made to order! Fresh ingredients and nice portion size. Extensive, fun drink menu. Indoor, outdoor and dining/drinking at the bar. Great for a cappuccino and catching up with friends for a pastry, breakfast, brunch, lunch! I highly recommend dining at Cafe Bistro Coral Gables!!!💫

the food was amazing. we ordered a variety of items and everything was delicious. randy was very nice and helpful with his recommendations. the filled avocado of lamb and salmon are a large portion.

I don’t give a lot of 5 star reviews but I’m telling you this place is where it’s at for brunch. We ordered S’mores latte, Shrimp and avocado toast and salmon croissant. We’re seated quickly, nice waiter. Food is phenomenal!

So much food!!! We went here for brunch and ended up sharing my plate(avocado toasts) with my boyfriend because they were HUGE! We took his plate home because we couldn’t eat more. The coffees were delicious and just different. The location in Gables just opened 2 months ago so there are things that I feel could be running better but just give it some time. We went on Memorial Day Weekend on a Sunday and it was pretty busy but there was space in the bar so we didn’t have to wait. I will definitely recommend it and just be prepare to eat a lot or share a plate!
