I can’t explain how thankful I am for the care this hospital gave me during my kidney stone passing. Last time I went to a different hospital and waited in agonizing pain for two and a half hours even tho I showed up at 6am and the lobby was empty! At baptist I waited about 15-20 minutes which I was also filling out paperwork and was immediately put in a room and offered pain relief while I waited for the cat scan. Nurses were welcoming down to earth and didn’t ask me too much considering I was in so much pain which I appreciated. They even got me ice chips and a warm blanket! The doctor was very obviously busy but still was swift with his diagnosis as well as made sure my pain was at a tolerable level and continued to ask multiple times to make sure I was okay. I was in and out within 3-4 hours which is a miracle for an ER visit. A million thank you’s to the morning staff.

Brought my elderly Mom who suffers from dementia to the emergency room. She was taken in immediately and had excellent care. The Staff was very kind, gentle and patient because of her condition and age... The doctor was same and he explained everything in detail and made some recommendations. When she was discharged the Nurse and Supervisor personally took her outside to the car in a wheelchair to make sure she was okay. Our family very grateful to the staff for the care she received at Doctors Hospital. Excellent hospital.

Dr. Avello treated me today and has treated me in the past he is the best!!! He explains everything so well and his staff was Amazing! Everyone is so nice and professional and I felt safe and in great hands! This ER has come a long way you should be so proud of your team and how everything runs so well from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. Thank you!!

The nursing staff and doctors are amazing. The level of attention they pay to their patience’s is superior. Unfortunately when I was discharged my mom fell ill and the only hospital I would trust with her care would be Doctors/Baptist. She agreed with my assessment. Amazing care!

Fast, knowledgeable, clean but most importantly caring. Went into the ER for some issues I was having. Within 45 mins, 6 different tests were performed. Try that at other hospitals and it will be 6-8 hours. Dr Charles and PA Maria Corghi along with all the other nurses were awesome and didn’t rush to get things done and over with. Appreciate that.

The emergency room at Doctors Hospital is excellent. Was sent in quickly and received attention right away. Everyone was very professional and friendly, and eager to serve. The emergency room physician was excellent. Diagnosed the issue right away and admitted me to begin treatment. Everything was explained to me in detail and efficiently.

I was sent to the ER by my GP fearing I might need gallbladder surgery. This is by far the best ER in South Florida. I had an ultrasound, Scan with contrast, and bloodwork within the first two hours of arrival. My nurse Nick was attentive, professional, and ease my fears. Dr. Chen was AWESOME. He explained everything and told me exactly how and when to follow up. Thank you, Doctors Hospital 💙💙💙

Thank you for Making me feel better and hearing my concerns. A week ago I visited another er in Broward and I was not given the attention and treatment Baptist gave. When compared you deserve 10 / Stars everyone was kind respectful and most of helpful

My doctor and my RN were amazing. As well as the intake nurse who later removed my IV at discharge. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the techs had no bedside manner. The tech from the lab and the ultrasound tech were robotic and clinical. My RN Vanessa was amazing! She deserves a raise. And my doctor was equally amazing. I am thankful for their service and I felt welcomed and comfortable. The techs need some work on treating patients more like humans and less like a subject.

I was recently seen in the Emergency Department in Doctor’s hospital and it exceeded my expectations. I was accommodated into a room swiftly and the attention from the entire staff was beyond amazing. Kacie worked quickly and efficiently. She was very nice and compassionate. Dr. Miro was very knowledgeable and thorough. I am very thankful for their care!

I feel the caring aura from the ED staff form the minute I stepped out of the car. The staff at the reception area were welcoming. The triage nurse was very attentive. Dr. Lawrence, my nurse Ari and the ED tech were efficient, compassionate and very attentive. I wish there was a greater score than 5 to give. The ED at Doctors hospital is the perfect example of what first impression should be. My husband and I thank you for taking of me.

From being checked in to the entire experience I cannot say how amazing every single person that tool care of my mother was. They were kind, patient, happy which makes the experience so much more pleasant, thorough and quick. I have never had such such an amazing ER experience. Congratulations to Doctors A1 Team! I went here after falling and hurting my wrist . They were very caring and efficient and kind and helpful with information and caring. They were gentle to my pain and very helpful and correct in their directives for my next step for care. I appreciate their concern as very professional as well as kindness. Very excellent on conclusive diagnosis as well. I’ve always been very pleased with the service here. Thank you very much for your professionalism and caring.
