I booked this worst hotel on the last minute ! I stay 200 days as part of working in hotels, and this is the first hotel that sends me to buy shampoo in a store because it does not provide shampoo in the rooms. I have not heard such a thing for a long time! Luckily I was not sent to buy sheets either. In addition, check your bill carefully! Luckily I noticed they charged my credit card for parking while I did not have a car. . They also charge for the use of a $ 2 room safe without providing a key. To sum up: do your best not to stay in this awful hotel

The guy working the front desk on April 29 after 7pm was very rude. I asked about his night he didn’t reply, asked a question about how come they don’t take surgery customers he said “because we don’t. He asked for my I.D. and debit card (which is standard) BUT then proceeded to swipe my card after the room was pre-paid. When asked why was my card swiped because the room was already paid for, he grabs a sign that was near me and motions to read and mumbles some words and said oh your card declined. I said well of course because I didn’t put anymore money on the card just the exact amount that was needed. So I said hold on let me read what your sign says, he walks off with an attitude and comes back and leans on the counter waiting for my response so then we get that squared away and the guy behind me has the same issue. Then about 30 minutes later another irate customer gets into with the guy. Horrible customer service and I don’t know if he was just having a bad night or if that’s just who he is but he definitely needs retraining. The room was decent but the bathroom toilet had a lean and sanitized thing on it stating it was clean and it wasn’t and the floor was dirty as well as the trash already having trash in it. The price of the hotel was fair the beds are comfy and it was quiet for the most part even with the airport nearby. Please retrain your night guy because he is very unprofessional and needs to know how to work with guests

So many horrible reviews. I arrived around 10pm. Was greeted and quickly checked into my room. The room is simple but was extremely clean and a huge comfortable bed. My only complaint is the website and google say it has a free airport shuttle. It doesn't not. Definitely a nice stay for the money. Also I didn't get in the pool but it looked very clean and well kept.

Do not stay here. Dirty, noisy, rude staff. Beds were old and frames falling apart. The shower and sinks didn't drain. We were basically kicked out before check out time. For a hotel next to the airport, they won't hold your bags before check in. There's no food options but a cash only stand inside. Just don't stay here, honestly.

Having my condo remodeled and so I stayed here while they were doing my floors. Since I’ve already spent $20k on flooring I didn’t want to stay somewhere expensive and I thought this might be the place. It’s basically a ghetto fabulous hotel, complete with zombie like front desk people. I reluctantly extended my stay for a night since I got some scheduling confused and had to check out and check back the morning of. During this process the front desk person forgot to put me in the computer as being “in house” and I was locked out of my room in the evening. When I approached the front desk I was treated like some crack head off the street and was rudely told “Because you didn’t pay the deposit.” I had to explain to the man twice that I did so before he stopped saying no when he looked at the computer and decided to look for my paper work which he found and apologized twice, suddenly smiling. Yeah so for future reference, no one treats me that way and no person deserves to be treated that way regardless of the circumstances. The elevators smell like weed and the lobby looks like a 1970’s horror flick. Save yourself the aggravation, it’s not worth the cheap price. My floors won’t be ready for four more days and I’m leaving for another hotel, probably 3x the cost but I refuse to be treated so poorly by anyone. As far as the accommodations, the bed sounds like it’s going to fall apart, there was hair on the bathroom floor, and doors were slamming and being banged on all night long. The floor has brownish stains on them and I don’t even want to think of what it could be.

The space was clean. Unfortunately the staff isn't straightforward with their pricing. They charge for Parking and I was not informed.I received a charge in the morning when I checked out. I asked the lady that was at the front desk on June 5, 2023 in the morning 10am and she told me she only worries about herself and the issue I am addressing has nothing to do with her. If that is how you train your employees to omit information & dismiss the issue when the customer addresses it, that is not the greatest way to keep customers and add new ones.

1st thought it had a shuttle which it did not. My daughter and I Uber there, front desk lady was for checking inn. Said we had no car and just sign for a deposit for incidentally. Toilet would not flush unless you took the lid off. Checking out was fine and uber to the cruise line. After 12 days I called to see why didn't get deposit back said that they would release it. Got my bill and still was not returned. Called to ask why and they said they could not find my reservation. And if I had a deposit it was returned and to check my card at which I replied why do you think I am calling, then it was you have to give it time. I then replied it has almost been a month since I was there. They then asked for the room I was in hello it was almost a month ago how am I suppose to remember finally they found it and said that the deposit was for parking which I stated I never had a car and didn't need parking. She then said well you said you did, and I said I am pretty sure I said I don't need it. She then said I can only give you 30 back cause you had parking and hung up on me. I called back and let it ring till they finally answered it and when they did they knew my name and said they would have their manager call me when back at which asked for my number. Well never heard from them and called again phone rang for 10 minutes before I gave up. Will be calling corporate and will never stay at this place again. Worst experience ever and I have stayed at a lot of days.

Such a bad experience. I was there for 3nights and paid for a premium room. The room was very dirty along with the bedsheets and bed. Requested housekeeping , none came the days I stayed. The Bed itself wasn't even comfy. They don't even have pillows. No free parking you have to pay for the parking. If google had the option -1 star I would have given that instead of 1 star. The only plus side is the location that's it. other than that such a bad place to waste money. Not going to recommend anyone in here.

Terrible service. We show up to check in nobody was at the front desk for about 30 min. A guy came to the front by the name of "Steven" I asked for company ID he declined even though he was the supposedly manager and canceled the room on us.

If your just looking for somewhere to lay your head, it's ok. The shower leaked, the a/c barely worked, and the floors were dirty. Service was average. The traffic noise was very loud. Get what you pay for...

They need to improve their customer service training because only one person seems to have good customer service skills. We waited for about 40 minutes without anyone at front desk to check us in. One person said wait and 40 plus minutes later one of my 2 reservations showed up until I had to provide my confirmation and still said of its not there. On day of check out we called front desk from our separate rooms and the lady at front was rude and kept hanging up the phone on us. I wouldn't recommend at all!

Staff was friendly but we were given the wrong room number and had to go back to the front desk twice to get key cards to work. Rooms were relatively clean but we kept our shoes on as the floors didn’t look great. No full sized towel in the bathroom and shuttle service does not run 24/7. Pool was good for lounging but the pool itself didn’t look taken care of. Adjacent to the airport so there is a lot of noise but that was expected.

EDIT: There were extra undisclosed fees that I only found out about after calling about why I was charged more than my reservation total these include parking, having a safe in the room (regardless of use), and towels/toiletries- despite the fact that housekeeping never showed to clean the room/provide fresh towels or toiletries! We stayed from Friday to Monday, housekeeping never came (we didn’t leave our room Sat until 11, but Sun we were gone from 6:30-3 so plenty of time to clean the room). Saturday we asked the front desk for an extra blanket but they couldn’t get us one because housekeeping was closed (unclear why they couldn’t grab one from an empty room). The hotel is near the airport/car rental places, it’s absolutely not a walkable area but it was very easy to hop on the highway. We could hear the highway from our room, if that bothers you. The bed was comfortable enough, although the pillows/blankets were thin.

Property Maintenance is sorely lacking when it comes to detailed things. The bathroom vents have filters that appear to never be cleaned. The dryer in the laundry room it's amazing it does not catch fire there is so much built up lint when you look inside where the filter is. If you have a remote that does not work good luck getting it replaced or having batteries that work replaced. I tried twice and the remote still did not work no replacement was offered. When I checked out I left Pepsi in the refrigerator in the room came back later that afternoon and no one would let me in the room for a mere 15 seconds to check the refrigerator. I called the front desk three different times for different issues and no one ever answered the phone yet every time I walk to the front desk when there was a young guy working he was sitting in a chair on his phone and when I pointed out to him how I could not get an answer on the phone and yet it appeared that he sat there not accepting phone calls he told me to leave the property. So do not stay here if you have other options. I do note the the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the air conditioning worked well in the room. On one final note that could be a serious safety issue the doors for the stairwells do not close properly and if there is ever a fire it will spread much more rapidly than necessary due to this malfunctioning.

Noisy beds, lack of cleaning inside and out the rooms, plus a $20.10 fee for parking that was not disclosed or mentioned by anybody. And to top it all off, when called front desk to ask about the charge, I get aggressively explained that it was for parking. When I tried to explain my situation, I just got hung up by the woman on the phone. You can do far better in other hotel that it's transparent with their pricing.

The floors were dirty, $3.00 for a warm can of Pepsi! The bar closes at 8:00pm, the food is ok. No breakfast available and they charge for parking your car. I stayed two days in different rooms and both were dirty. The rate is good.

Do not stay here unless you don't mind being overcharged then not be able to reach anyone at the front desk. We stayed for a few hours before our flight on 11/13. We took and Uber to and from hotel. I made it clear we did not need parking, the lady at the front desk even put a big X over vehicle information on my check-in form. We were charged $15 for parking anyway. I've emailed 5 times. Called the hotel 4 times and can never get transferred to the front desk. I'm told they are busy and to call back by someone in "reservations" He apparently couldn't help me. I know it's only $15 but I don't like paying for something I didn't get. Especially since we didn't even stay the night. Only there long enough to shower and take a nap. Poorest customer service ever.

The room I stayed in smelled musty and old. It was an overnight trip and I arrived fairly late, so it wasn't worth going down and changing the room. Beware that there are several fees not detailed on the original reservation. For example, there is a room safe fee and a green fee. Neither of these can be removed/changed. There was also a parking fee which is mentioned on the booking, but the amount is not mentioned until you are checking in. These fees added up to over 20% of the per day booking amount. I wish the hotel would be more up-front with these fees prior to arrival. These fees get the nightly priceclosr to other hotels' nightly fees in the area that provide much more included amenities.

It's been the worst experience ever. Will never even think to recommend it to anyone. It started in the morning of the day when I was supposed to check in. I received the email that payment has not been processed for some reason which is still very surprisingly for me because I never had any problems with my credit card before. I was asked to put another credit card in order to keep my reservation (within 48 hrs!!!) which I did immediately. Two hours before the check in, I called the reception to make sure that everything was ok. Not only did they cancel my stay without even trying to use my new credit card, but I was also told that there were NOT a single room available for me to book. They literally sold my room right after the payment did not go through even though I planned my trip and booked the hotel for 2 nights 3 weeks prior my arrival to Miami. The Spanish-speaking girl on the reception who I talked to was extremely rude with me. She yelled and hanged up the phone on me. It's something that should NEVER happen. Staff must be trained how to speak to their customers. Hope such a reputable chain of hotels can take some actions to improve customer experience.

The room was ok at best, needed it for an emergency layover so it served it’s purpose. Not much options nearby but you can get delivery. Big downside that this hotel didn’t have an airport shuttle being 10 mins away, kinda frustrating

You have to have a car to do anything from this hotel. Old, old school; something out of the seventies. Rude staff. Don't take cab from airport; 35-40$. Take Uber $15 plus tip. No microwave in room. Lots of humidity and rain. But you pretty much get your moneys worth; spend another 50$ and get something nice.

Do not book here! The hotel pool is absolutely filthy, with what can only be described as fecal matter. Upon contacting the hotel, the general manager responds in an aggressive and threatening manner……avoid at all costs

Not a good start as they state they are an airport friendly hotel. There is no shuttle service, the restaurant was horrible and I ordered from a pizza place who was advised in our room, 2 1/2 hours later it was disgusting. There was a moldy smell along with other guests in the lobby rolling a blunt. They were smoking in the elevator . I had a coke from the vending machine, was 2 years out of date. Horrible. I was charged another $50 deposit upon arrival, why? Idk, my room was paid for. Parking is an additional 14.99 a night… seriously… a pool but it was closed . I couldn’t understand anything the desk person was saying to me. I’m very disappointed in this place. Not what I expected when Wyndham is involved!

The WORST hotel and had the worst customer service at the front desk. Wow don’t waste your time. First just walking to the room smelled terrible down the halls….. Then when we got to our room, it was FILTHY with hair and dirt everywhere on the bed and floor and bathroom… felt so dirty. We went out and talked with the front desk and he would not give any refund and just offered another room (like that would help) but when we looked at it, it was even more dirty! And some kind of fluids on the bedside table.. Like would you want to sleep in that?! Or step foot in that shower? Everything just GROSS. So disappointing. Running from this place and pulling an all nighter instead!

This place is horrible. How about before the hotel was booked I called and ask was there a shuttle and was told yes. We waited for almost an hour and no shuttle came had to take a lyft. This hotel was the only one available after I had to deal with the southwest airlines catastrophic behavior. The hotel stank, its old, and the damn elevator was so far from the front desk its ridiculous. Got into our room and its just sad. Was so tired I didnt have the energy to fight. Barely slept and woke up and saw a roach unacceptable. The tub was dirty and just the whole vibe of the hotel was dirty. This should not be booked for anyone until they fix it. The lady at the front desk was real nonchalant with my complaints so I decided to leave a review. Ive tried uploading the pics but it wont let me

They said every 4 days they would clean the rooms, we stayed for 5 nights and they did not clean our room at all. There is also a very bad smell in the hallways and the elevator. The parking is also very expensive we don’t even know why they charge for parking. Also, they toilet paper kept running out and we had to go to them and get some, they should of gave us the toilet paper. Please don’t go to this hotel their service is the worst so dont go to this hotel.

  • 1/5 Tommy N. 1 year ago on Google
As soon as we got to the elevator it smelt mildly musty and creaked going up. The hallways smelt even worse. The A/C in the room was shotty, It says 61 degrees blowing cool air but feels way hotter than that. The water in the shower kept fluctuating between hot and really cold even though we had it on hot only. As we were checking out only to find out then I had to pay for parking and I couldn't say no as they already had my info to process that payment.

  • 1/5 Allison M. 1 year ago on Google
I paid over 100 dollars for a hotel maybe worth 40. Heavy dust mildew smell in the elevator and the bathtub has black mold in it. There is hair everywhere. In the bathroom, by the beds, all over by the baseboards and even THE FRIDGE! There was someone's earing in plain sight on the floor so clearly it doesn't get cleaned. I think it's unfair that it's non refundable and can't cancel when you walk into a place like that. We will never return.

  • 1/5 Andi 1 year ago on Google
They are not clear about the total charge on your credit card! They give you one price and then charge you almost DOUBLE the price. Their solution: call customer service tomorrow when you need to catch a flight in the morning. I tried and it was useless. I tried calling the manager, they never picked up and sent me straight to voicemail. The only extension that works very well is their scammy timeshare service that asks you very intrusive questions. On top of everything, there's no airport shuttle so you end up paying for 2 taxi rides. It's definitely not worth staying here.

This room was absolutely horrible from the moment i walked in the smell was unbearable. It literally smelled like someone died and the rooms were 150 a night when they should have been free. It was extremely hot I felt like I was going to pass out the AC did not work as it should have. No house keeping ever showed up to give me fresh towels or service the room I wouldnt even recommend a homeless person to stay here. I still Wanna throw up from that smell bad experience!

  • 1/5 Jennifer P. 1 year ago on Google
This place was terrible from the staff to the rooms ! I wouldn’t stay here again ever they had cockroaches I stayed 9 days asked to clean the room they didn’t the whole entire time I stayed , room smelt like smoke , you can hear everything that happens in the room next to you including screaming babies , my fire alarm went off in the middle of the night people kept ringing our doorbell knocking on the door , while I was recovering from surgery ! The guy at the front was nice but other then. That negative ! They say they have breakfast they don’t the little place was closed the entire time I was there, if you call good luck you will be on hold forever !

There is no shuttle to or from the airport. An Uber is $12 from the airport. Many kinds of hair all over the bathroom, on the towels, on the bed linen. I used sanitizing wipes on the toilet seat and they turned brown. The shower is stained and gross looking. Someone flipped this old hotel and mostly used paint and new floors to refinish it, without gutting much. It still smells like it probably did before the remodel, stale, like weed and sometimes cigarettes. I really did not want to touch anything while here. Considering the cost of transportation we could have stayed somewhere clean with a shuttle service for a little more.

  • 1/5 K N. 1 year ago on Google
Horrible stench as soon as you walk in that they try to mask with something fruity. Smells old, and filthy. Elevator was raggedy and the stench was the strongest there. Workers were not friendly. Rooms were HOT. Says the temp was 61 but felt more like 81 and you can’t change it. Housekeeping never cleaned until we were leaving. And the price was ridiculous. $300 for 2 nights? They actually should have paid us to stay there. Spend your money wisely and just book somewhere else.

I never thought I could have such a pleasant experience in the hotel. Everything was perfect and clean. I wish the other hotels in the market could have the same cleanliness and professional service across the country. Thank you so much for having such an outstanding customer service in general. I hope you keep it up forever!

I had to cancel my reservation due to testing positive for COVID. I’ve been calling for almost a month now for a refund and there is NEVER a manager on duty. I don’t know how this place runs. No one knows anything, and no one can provide refunds. Only the “manager” which is never there no matter if you call day or night!!! Save yourselves the hassle and book elsewhere.

We rented room #224 for one night, a non-smoking room, and when we arrived the room smelled really bad. Surely someone who smokes had been there before. My daughter is asthmatic and went into crisis, coughing all night. The night there was terrible. I contacted them by phone to certify the conditions of the room so that other people would not experience the same unpleasantness that we did, and unfortunately the girl who answered me didn't give any importance to my complaint.

This was one the worst stays I have ever had . The guess service at the front desk was rude, we arrived a few ours early and need to get in the room. They made me pay for an extra day because we were early, and charged me the deposit as well. I will definitely let everyone one know not to stay there the people are the worst and on top of that the floors were dirty, the base boards were filthy and the curtains had a long red stain like blood was on it. I was just disgusted the whole trip. My flight was leaving 830 Sunday we checked out at midnight I Was just reading to go. It doesn't deserve a star 😪 at all.
