Went to Captain and Krewe very recently. Giving the 1star for the service. The seafood was excellent as per usual during our past visits. 5 stars for the food. Waitress was horrible. Don’t know what either my wife or I did or said but felt it was an inconvenience for her to serve us. Attitude from the time we we sat down. Wanted to have some oysters. Asked where they came from, received “California, Massachusetts and fresh water local Florida” Wanted more information and asked about where in Ca, where in Ma? “I don’t know” was her reply and ordering a beer was just as pleasant. (Menu does not list either their bottled or draft selections). Didn’t know I needed to be a dentist to pry the list out of her mouth, but sure felt like I needed to be. My bad I went to law school instead. After we had the oysters we ordered our meal and additional drinks and more napkins since we need additional. Received the drinks and the meals, no napkins. Never saw the waitress again until the check was presented and it was all of 30 seconds before she came back to cash us out. I hadn’t even looked at the bill yet. Wasn’t going to use my card, not with this one, so left cash for meal only. Poor service and a poor attitude =NO TIP… not on my dime. TIP: a gift or a sum of money tendered for a service performed or anticipated.

I almost hate to tell you about it because it’s going to be so popular I will never get a seat. But this place is a true treasure. If you love genuine real seafood … this is your place. Great owners. Genuine people who Love what they do.

Everything is delicious. The baked potato fries are a great treat. Had the blackened Trippletail. It was fresh and cooked to perfection. Atmosphere is casual which I love.

We entered the restaurant earlier this evening by a smiley staff that opened the door for us as he was walking in. Sure, that was nice… but he happened to serve us and it only got better. The FOOD - everything was fantastic and the service was even better. The little touches were noticed and appreciated - him opening the wet nap wrapper as he delivered it on the table. 👍 Our toddler wanted a cheeseburger with everything but the patty and our server made it happen. 👍👍 The jumbo shrimp, clam chowder, tuna salad sandwich, blue crab BLT… all were SO good. Of course, our toddler loved the oyster crackers the most (that came with the soup) and wanted more and our server granted his wishes. Case in point for when service really makes a difference. Could not have asked for a better experience!

I came here for the oysters and they did not disappoint. The bartender/oyster shucker, Kaitlyn, made great wine and oyster recommendations. I also ordered the hush puppies that are outstanding. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Naples. Update: Before I left, I tried the clam chowder. Might be the best I’ve ever had.

Fresh fish cooked exactly how you would like it. It's first come, first serve. When we arrived, a table was available immediately. Our server gave use great suggestions and was very attentive. The food came out pretty quickly and all the fish was cooked perfectly. My blackened tripletail was fantastic as well as the oysters. The hush puppies had a little bit of corn and jalapeños to give it an extra kick and we finished with a piece of keylime that we all shared.

Low key, yet upscale, fresh seafood place. Food is excellent and super fresh. You can sit at the bar and have oysters, inside for that covered picnic table vibe, outside and enjoy the weather and people watching or order for take out. We try to dine here at least once whenever we visit. Did I say food is amazing? 😋 Recommend the lobster roll, and if you're looking for gluten-free, I'd suggest a salad and pretty much any seafood protein. The scallops were awesome. May want to grab some key lime pie, too (probably not GF) 😉

Freshest seafood in town. You won't find battered and fried anything here and why would you do that with fresh fresh fresh seafood? Best oyster selection in town by far! Excellent staff. Casual and unpretentious restaurant. Cannot love it enough! Also great wines by the glass! Love the AIX rose and the chablis (NOT box or jug wine at all) definitely a must visit in Naples. PS the hush puppies rock and they smoke the dish in house for their fish dip. So good!

What an amazing spot we discovered on our last trip to Naples! This restaurant is a must! We had the crab cakes, which were the best I ever had. Their take on hush puppies are not to be missed. The lobster roll was good but had more filler than I like but it was still delicious. The Mississippi mud pie was off the chart and a perfect ending to a great meal!!! The good food only paled in comparison to the amazing service. The staff was just awesome. I could not include the crab cake photo because after one bite, I was not about to stop to take a picture!!

I was craving fish and all 6 of us decided to come here. We got many different appetizers and everyone got different kind of fish as a main course. My friend got scallops and we had to return them. Every dish tastes pretty much the same as there is so much seasoning ( cajun), so doesn't matter what fish you get and tastes like Cajun meat. Scallops were so overseasoned it was impossible to eat. Cajun shrimp and oysters were ok. Spinach side was very oversalted as well. Baked potato fries were overcooked and very dry. Also, every fish dish comes with a small bowl of coleslaw, which is very overpriced. So, unfortunately we are very disappointed and won't be back!!!

It was my first time here. The food in this place is absolutely the best. The waitress said there is not one thing you will order that you will not enjoy. All the seafood is fresh and the service was wonderful. The process were reasonable too. Thank you for the service and great experience.

Amazing seafood. Writing this while still at the restaurant. Had 2 Maine and 2 FL oysters. Fresh. Tasty. Main course we had Flounder with fries, and Triple tail with asparagus. Both grilled, and with coleslaw. Every item was fantastic. Fish was fresh, grilled perfect. Flavorful, buttery, delicious. Fries were unconventional, with the hint of BBQ. Amazing. Flounder was made just right too. So was asparagus. 6 starts for sure. The waitress was great and knowledgeable. Service was very fast. Great seafood!!!!

One of the best places for seafood in Naples! Extremely fresh and delicious! You have to get the 7 oz grilled fish from the case. Oysters are also very delicious.

The best way to spend the last meal of vacation. Holy smokes, this was the best seafood I have ever eaten. Super nice staff too, they were all helpful, pleasant, and lead us in the right direction. The PEI Barstool oyster was phenomenal, better lobster roll than anything I’ve eaten in NE, and somehow the best French fry/potatoes I’ve ever had. Thank you so much for your top-tier service and a memorable experience.

Great staff very friendly presentation of the restaurant is very clean. The food is very fresh. Must try if you like the clam chowder soup, the fish tacos, the ceviche, which is very spicy and the potato fries which I highly recommend.

This weekends fresh fish: Tripletail, Grouper , Salmon. Had the grouper. Blackened. Fantastic!! Fresh as can be. No Tilapia substituting here. Good luck with some other seafood restaurant. Appetizer : hush puppies and the Cheesy Blue Crab Dip. Cole slaw on point. This restaurant is off the beaten path but really close to 5th Ave. Beautiful Cambier Park is right across the street. Captain and Krewe seafood .👍👍

Nice causal place for fresh seafood. Tuna BLT was good and the stone crabs claws were excellent this time of year!

The loaded hush puppies were exceptional! Cajun Peel and eat shrimp 🍤 were extremely salty drowning in Cajun seasoning on top of shrimp. Three thumbs down 👎 👎 👎 Lobster roll was delicious perfectly lightly coated with mayonnaise. Grouper was wonderfully seasoned. Flaky and tasty. Rock crab claws were amazing! I wish they had crab 🦀 cocktail. Definitely worth a revisit :)

Great little place for dinner. Seafood is excellent and even the burgers are awesome. Be sure to get their take on french fries, so good. Pictured is the grouper sandwich. Delicious.

This is a hidden gem in downtown Naples. Great seafood market primarily, raw bar, and casual Cafe dining secondary. Super friendly staff . . small but unbelievable menu. We're in town for a month each year and this is the only place we go at least once a week !!

My friend loved her scallops and really enjoyed the side of potatoes. I enjoyed my crabcake sandwich, but I did not like the sauce it came with. The fish dip was good. The grouper and the ahi tuna sandwich were good. We weren't really impressed with the chargrilled oysters. Overall, our experience went well, and food was fast, but I didn't have anything that wow'd me to come back for.

Wanted a light take out lunch so I came here not knowing what to expect, glad I did. Even though they specialize in seafood, I had a Caesar salad…. By far the best Caesar salad I‘ve ever had. The chicken was seasoned to perfection and the portion size was plenty. I would highly recommend here for lunch or dinner. I will be back.

Best seafood we had in Naples hands down! No frills just fresh seafood and a few delicious sides.. if you like seafood you will not find a better spot. Beer, wine all of that as well. Local FL beers and a nice selection. The fried potatoes are crispy little chunks of heaven.. paired with a Devine smoked ketchup. It’s just amazing.. great staff and quick service. You can dress up or dress down it’s all good!!

One of the best places to eat at in Naples. Fresh food, I’ve alway gotten good service& well priced. Menu has tons of options no matter what your diet restrictions are, & they offer outdoor seating. I’ve had almost everything on the menu, favorites are the crab cake sandwich, fish sandwich(lots of choices) anything blue crab, clam chowder, the list goes on & on. Don’t mistake passing this place up just bc it’s not on 5th!

Absolutely amazing food, even better service. Just had a fantastic meal at the bar with Nick serving us. Had a great meal based off of his recommendations on oysters, and even the crazy notion of mixing their Manhattan and New England style chowders and it was awesome. Definitely give it a try! Also, as it was a business meal, I needed a receipt for expenses, but forgot to snap a picture of it. Called the restaurant after they closed, and they answered, found the receipt, and sent it to me asap. That was amazing. Absolute gem in downtown Naples. Thanks guys!!!
