The
ambiance
and
food
was
great.
The
Biltmore
is
a
beautiful
property
and
eating
outside
by
the
pool
is
a
lovely
way
to
spend
the
afternoon.
We
had
the
tuna
tartare
and
the
mahi
sandwich
and
everything
tasted
and
came
out
great.
Service
was
good,
waitress
disappeared
for
a
little
but
otherwise
ok.
The
problem
came
when
it
was
time
to
get
our
bill.
We
were
a
large
group,
but
my
friend
who
organized
it
requested
separate
checks
and
they
agreed
and
said
it
was
fine,
no
problem.
So
we
got
our
check
and
it
was
good,
we
gave
our
credit
card
but
when
she
returned
it
she
had
charged
$30
more
than
the
bill
she
had
originally
brought
to
us
and
the
itemized
copy
mysteriously
disappeared.
We
requested
it
and
the
waitress
couldn’t
provided,
staff
was
a
mess,
there
was
no
manager
to
provide
the
original
copy
she
had
given
to
us
in
the
first
place.
The
entire
staff
seemed
clueless
and
was
taking
forever
for
something
that
seemed
relatively
simple.
It
seemed
like
the
waitress
was
just
trying
to
skim
off
the
big
group
bill
and
make
some
extra
money.
It
was
very
rude,
disappointing
and
totally
ruined
the
experience.
Just
be
sure
to
check
you
bill
and
confirm
what
you’re
being
charged.
