A great location with a great selection of drinks and food. The one problem (most likely the hotel’s doing) is that there are too many people across the pool who are close together without masks. Although a bit dangerous currently, the restaurant is great with seating arrangements and safety, while maintaining a great setting at the Biltmore Hotel. It is definite highlight of a day.

The Biltmore and its amenities are a luxurious yet affordable oasis in the middle of Coral Gables. It's a wonderful spot for an afternoon bite or an evening drink with friends or colleagues, and there's no better place to enjoy the soft breeze and chirpy wildlife than the poolside Cascade Cafe. The food is really good. Fresh, tasty, and great portions that rival in both price and quality other Miami restaurants. I ordered the salmon pizza, and it was pretty good! All in all, highly recommend for a tranquil moment.

LOVED the scenery, vibe, amazing food & presentation at value prices considering all the above. Our server Reynel was very hospitable and overall great. Even loved the Latin Jazz background music playing. Highly recommend!!

The food here wasn’t something I enjoyed at all. My hubby got the tuna tartare appetizer and did love it. They seriously only have like 8 menu items right now, so not a ton to pick from. I got the chicken tenders and fries. The fries are shoestring, we’re over cooked and had no flavor. The chicken tender wasn’t good at all. My hubby did get a few drinks which he liked, especially the Bloody Mary.

Very disappointed. The food was very bland. They overcooked and failed to season my burger. Also the fries were not that great. At best the food was edible. Given that this is an upscale hotel I expected better.

Food and service are really good. A little bit pricey but you're inside one of the best hotels in Miami so it's totally worth it. I would only recommend to have more options beyond sandwiches and wraps.

The location is nice however the quality of the food has really declined since COVID. We ordered $18 french toast that was more like toast with pre-packaged syrup containers. There are too few servers and the ones that are there are overworked. Service is slow and food quality and selection is poor. We used to love coming and dining by the pool but now it is not worth the money.

The staff super nice The facilities incredibly gorgeous very clean Service very slow and no water served till after orders placed much later No bread service as they used to have The food of poor quality, overly salted, very small portions, greasy, like a cheap diner Overpriced. It has changed a lot Would not recommend unless you want to visit The Biltmore in Coral Gables Safety precautions were in place

Waited 1/2 hour for cascade restaurant for service and then went to 19th hole restaurant and waited 30 min before even a glass of water. The manager was nowhere to be found

Beautiful restaurant, great food and service. We really enjoyed our lunch. No wait and great service. Food and presentation were very good. The seating area by the pool is beautiful and you get to observe this amazing landmark building. Highly recommend.

We were celebrating my wife's birthday. It was a little expensive for lunch, but the food was very good. We also enjoyed sitting outside by the enormous pool.

Service is quite busy, but the place is really relaxing and convenient. And food is good for a smart stop.

Lovely , fun and wonderful tables by that gorgeous pool. Enjoying lunch , we order 2 tequilas.. but not in shot glasses but rather plastic martinis glasses . Food was absolutely delicious and tasty . The waiter deserved kudos.. he found bread rolls for us to eat with lunch. They didn't have them on the menu with my gazpacho soup. We also ordered the veggie dip platter and the 2 crab cakes. But then time to pay.. $8 charge for using plastic poolside martinis glasses. It's so ridiculous that 2 ladies eating their lunch were over charged for drinks! We thought it was crazy the Biltmore would be doing stuff like that.

Wonderful views with some great food. Enjoyed the Turkey club & the kids had chicken fingers & fries. The portions for the meals were great. Wish it was the same for the Key lime. Very delicious but not huge but for it to be a dessert I guess it was filling

The ambiance and food was great. The Biltmore is a beautiful property and eating outside by the pool is a lovely way to spend the afternoon. We had the tuna tartare and the mahi sandwich and everything tasted and came out great. Service was good, waitress disappeared for a little but otherwise ok. The problem came when it was time to get our bill. We were a large group, but my friend who organized it requested separate checks and they agreed and said it was fine, no problem. So we got our check and it was good, we gave our credit card but when she returned it she had charged $30 more than the bill she had originally brought to us and the itemized copy mysteriously disappeared. We requested it and the waitress couldn’t provided, staff was a mess, there was no manager to provide the original copy she had given to us in the first place. The entire staff seemed clueless and was taking forever for something that seemed relatively simple. It seemed like the waitress was just trying to skim off the big group bill and make some extra money. It was very rude, disappointing and totally ruined the experience. Just be sure to check you bill and confirm what you’re being charged.

Darwin is the guy to go to while at the pool here. Incredible service, great guy, great experience and just top notch.

Had a light lunch at Cascade poolside at the Biltmore and it was fabulous. You can’t beat the beautiful location next to the pool. I ordered Shrimp Ceviche and a Stella. The ceviche was very fresh with bits of avocado, mango and jalapeño and lots of lime juice. It was very tart just the way I like it. The chips were fantastic with a sprinkling of Tejin—Spicy and crunchy. They were out of Stella on tap, so I had the can, which was fine, but not as good a the tap. The service was prompt and friendly. If the rest of the menu is a good as the Ceviche, you’re in luck!

Great food and atmosphere! Enjoyed the pool side lunch with family. Toured the inside lobby afterwards. Beautiful is all I can say!
