I really don't know why, but in my latter visits to restaurants I decided to pick a few of Miami staple Cuban restaurant, even against mine own advise. This places have stayed in their own little world noticing little of what is going around them some has done better than others ones. Hereford is one that has changed very little since my last visit in the late 1990's. What I saw was a place that needed updating both in menu and decoration The server was quite upset that the restaurant was closing(understandable) but that was not what I wanted to hear on my last outing before being in total quarantine. The palomilla steak lunch special for $14.00 was totally worth it. The New York Steak for $28.00 could use some improvement from taste to presentation.

Even tho they forgot my Seared Foes Gras...but when it finally came out...it was so amazing that it made up for it. I had medium rare prime rib and my wife had the medium t-bone steak. The meat was so tender!! Even better than House of Prime Rib. For the quality of the food, the price is definitely reasonable. Would come back always.

How difficult is it to properly update your webpage with information? Visiting from Orlando, and drive all the way there to find it closed for remodeling. Horrible handling of information and not the first time.

Thank you for wonderful experiences at Hereford Grill. I have tried some of their dishes and they are exquisite, I miss the live music, I really liked the piano it was divine!. Today I was for lunch with a friend and we both felt great, the portions are still very generous, as a starter they serve arepitas and hot bread accompanied by cheese and cream. What detail! It is a great place to celebrate birthdays, a romantic dinner, business or family lunch / dinner. This restaurant is charming, the attention is excellent, the meat is fabulous. Thank you very much for making us spend pleasant moments.

This must be one of the best steakhouses in South Florida. I have been many times always leaving very happy and full as the meats and fish are all top quality and the service level is 5 star for sure. The rump steak was fabulous as was the fresh seafood. We had a group of 16 and it felt like service for a small table as they were perfect.

Service and food was excellent. Streaks are more on the cooked side so go for half step down. You can always ask to get it cooked more but you can't go backwards. House martinis is a great way to start!

Sometimes I like to step away from my mostly modern life and kick it old school with a stiff drink, a rare steak, and the company of great friends.

The food and the service are wonderful great place to enjoy a good steak and a good Cesar salad. Basically everything in the menu is very good. Enjoy .

Delicious! Excellent service! I especially liked the salad and house dressing, it was the best salad I've ever had. The steak was seasoned to perfection and the dessert.

To the owner, I have enjoyed your restaurant for more than 20 years. Today we arrived at 5:45 pm and we were turned away because the restaurant was closing at 6:00 pm. Even the valet parking attendant was surprised after he took our car for parking. It appears that your waiter was unhappy to have a party of 4 showing up at 5:45 pm claiming that the kitchen was already close. Too bad…

I’ve been here couple time. It’s an excellent place to go just for a beer at the bar or to eat. Their special lunch is just AWESOME. And their service is above and beyond. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Hereford Grill is an excellent option if you have to take a flight in the Miami airport and you are craving some good meat with a touch of Latin flavor. You can make a quick pit stop and enjoy their flavorful dishes. Once you arrive the server greets you with arepas, bread and Nata. All of it is wonderful. My usual pick here is the punta de Cadera with Congri, boiled cassava, salad with avocado, palmito and watercress. You can’t go wrong here. They also serve Presidente beer which is an excellent Pilsner beer from Dominican Republic, they serve it ice cold.... DELICIOUS. After you enjoy your meal don’t forget to ask for dessert recommendations, my personal favorite is the bread pudding, the flavor is perfect, is not super sweet, it is just right. The restaurant has an older feel, it has not been renovated but it feels right. The people there seems to be a bit older, I think they could do a bit more to attract a younger crowd. The food is goo, so why not? I heard the have a piano bar which is worth going to, I will do my best to come back to See it.

Had the 16 ounce butterfly Angus steak. It was absolutely fabulous. Staff great and the restaurant had a nice family feel to it.
