    Disgusting! By far the worst McDonalds I’ve ever visited. Rude staff, cussing literally every other word, store is filthy beyond belief, mold on the ceiling and walls, very unsanitary eating conditions, order was incorrect at the counter , taken by the manager who when told scraped the whip cream into the garbage and then handed the drink back. Not McDonalds usual standard by any means.

    There's a dominican "manager" here that's extremely rude. She needs to be fired, and I don't usually say these things There's a middle school nearby and lots of kids go there to get food after school and she shuts the door and tells them to leave and shushes them very loudly and tells them to shut up when all they are doing is talking and waiting for their food I am a mom, and the way she talked to these kids enraged me Corporate needs to fire this lady immediately another encounter, I ordered curbside one time and it had rained that day but it wasn't raining in the moment I requested curbside, after 10 minutes waiting I went inside to get my stuff she rudely told me to not order curbside again when there is bad weather (it wasn't raining!!), after that, she locked the door so Noone comes in. She told me to use drive thru next time I understand this is mcdonalds and rudeness is to be expected I suppose, but this lady is beyond rude. She's unprofessional and should not be in customer service Closing the door hinders the business!

    About to be 1 am and The line hasn’t moved in over 10 minutes. Also if you are an Uber driver your orders are sitting on the counter but you can’t get to them because the location is closed inside, and the employees won’t give you the food if you go to the window even if the order is ready. This used to be my favorite location, but even during the day when I come here the manager seems to have a little attitude now. It has all changed with in the last month.

    I was discriminated by the saleperson there. I went there at around 6 pm, but the door was locked, even if some are having food inside. I knocked the door to enter in. However, the saleperson did not allow me to get in unless I download Mobile McDonald. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to download this app due to some technical issues. The saleperson asked me to leave. It's a terrible experience.

    Thirty five minutes waiting in the drive thru for soggy, day old nuggets and burgers without burger pattys. Completely unacceptable. Ended up throwing the majority of the food in the trash. This location needs to clean house as far as employees and management go. Consistently has the worst service and the rudest employees.

    They need to hire more people on the time of 11am till 3p on the front so customer don't have to wait more then 8 minutes for there food I was waiting about 20 minutes long by the time I got up to get my food I just wanna to get it and go back to work and not be able to eat anything as I'm late to work cause they are short handed on the front of the store drive Thur is more important.

    always mess up my order or forget things it’s insane. i’ve ordered here so many times and I have always had something made incorrectly or missing items. Also the workers just seem so unhappy and don’t seem to care about the customers whatsoever.

    I ordered the Oreo McFlurry twice on Uber Eats and it never came. The first time it was missing and the second they gave me a soda instead. Horrible service.

    I hated it, when i asked for chicken nuggets they literally gave me chicken nuggets??? who do you guys think you are????.. The waitress greeted me with hello? so disrespectful. I hope no one comes into this resturant again its honestly hell on earth.

    Everything was good. One issue I take with this store is there are no electrical outlets anywhere in the dining room. UM students probably don't buy much food or coffee because of this.

    Unprofessional staff. I was at the drive through and they didn’t respond. When I get to the window the lady just looked at me and said nothing. At least say you’re closed.

    They're totally fine with letting you wait in the drive through for 30 min just so they can tell you they're only taking uber eats and Doordash orders and you need to leave. I've tired to go there 3 times in the last 10 days, each time they were open, but not serving in person customers.

    It’s a clean and updated McDonalds with more self service kiosks than registers - but the efficient ordering system is used as an excuse to make people inside the store wait over 15-20 minutes for their “fast” food. The employees don’t bring the food to your table, and instead yell out your order # nullifying the entire locator number system used when placing order at kiosk.

    This is the only MCD I've ever been to where you have to shout towards the back so someone can come take your order, and when you do place an order, expect it to be ready in 15 - 20 minutes. This is actually the worst MCD I've been too. And no self serve drinks

    I came here on 3/15 at around 10:30 PM and the lady at the drive though speaker stated they were only doing delivery orders. She refused to take my order and said if I placed an order through the app, she would still not make the food. I left starving and never had dinner because I wasn't going to wait an hour for a delivery person to pick up my food and deliver it to me along with a ton of fees when I was already at the store. This is not the first time that this 24 hour McDonalds was not open or not taking orders.

    Ordered curbside, and they were at the car almost as soon as I parked. Super fast! Asked the girl if she preferred curbside or drive thru - she wants to stay inside and do drive thru. I'll keep that in mind on these hots days. Tricky parking lot, but they made the most of the space they have.

    The food wasn't as good or as fresh as at other McDonald's locations. Maybe it was the time of day (mid-afternoon), but from the taste and texture of everything ordered, it had clearly been sitting there- everything was stale and lukewarm.

    There were a lot of cars in the drive thru. I only wanted coffee. I said "oh no, I'm going to be here for hours". But then, the line moved very quickly. These guys are well trained and their system is McDonald's Top Notch!

    This type of restaurant franchise, McDonald’s, should always make sure to keep its own type of website as updated as possible so that in that way, it could all always be able to help to keep all of society in general as up-to-date as possible with anything new that it ever adds to any of its restaurants no matter where in the world it is that it ever has any sorts of restaurants at aside from just anywhere that it all ever has any sorts of restaurants nationwide(the United States of America) itself in particular and so on and so forth. All of these types of things should all also all always make sure to go for all types of restaurant franchises in general and that they all also all always make sure to increase the amounts of people working for them in order to be able to make all of the types of service departments in all of those types of restaurant franchises in general to be able to have all of their own forms of services to all always be able to be improved in all of the very best darn ways that they all ever could be improved in as well as all always making sure that they all always have as many drive through areas as possible, as many spaces for any amounts of pick-lines that they all might all ever have in general depending on the intense mounts of customers that they all might all ever get in general and that all of the forms of media and visual demonstrations that are all ever shown posted all on up on all of those types of restaurant franchise websites are all always able to be translated into as many different types of worldwide foreign languages as possible and everything.

    WARNING Location is NOT open 24 hours. Arrived at 9pm but inside was closed and they weren’t accepting orders in the drive thru, only to pick up for ubereats. When I asked the employee about it they were extremely rude. Please update your hours of operation and hire new employees.

    My daughter chose to go through the drive thru and it was quite slow but it was busy. The parking lot was not very crowded, so I guess most of the business at the time was the drive thru. The burgers 🍔 she chose were a good temperature because I didn't hear any complaints and the fries were hot and fresh and smelled delicious. The entrance/exit to the parking lot is on the small side and difficult for people to figure out how to get in and out at the same time but some people just have a difficult time navigating such spaces. People too busy on their cell phones also makes it difficult to move around in the small parking lot. All in all it was a good stop because we didn't want to cook and I got what I wanted when I got back to the apartment. Good work staff for your hard work and coordination getting out everyone's orders just right ✅️.

    I stopped coming here about 3 months ago because of terrible service specially picking up uber eats orders. I decided to stop by to pick up an order today and see if anything changed. Well it sure has. The older lady witch seems to be the manager now is very nice and very attentive to customers and drivers who are there for pick up. 👍 hopefully she stays I see major improvement. I’ll be coming back to do business here again and pick up orders

    Drive thru was actually closed but there was no sign or anything. We were waiting in line for like 20 minutes unable to move anywhere. Officially THE WORST Mc Donalds. And that is saying a lot. People who run this place are pretty incompetent

    I have been coming to this place every weekend for a year, the AC temperature is toooo low. It's like 62 degree. I really don't want to sit here shaking with cold hands and feet and have my food turn cold in 2 minutes. Rediculous.
