This place came highly recommended by the hotel staff at Holiday Inn. We went in search of great, authentic Cuban fare and we were rewarded with fantastic food, great service and a grand time! Our server made great recommendations and the four of us got different menu items and were pleased with the incredible flavors and awesome presentation of the dishes. The food was hot and fresh and plentiful, too. A great place for enjoying wonderful Cuban cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere.

Loved, loved, loved my pork chop. It had delicious flavor and I took it back to my hotel and ate it the next morning for breakfast and it was just as juicy and flavorful as the night I had it. Sangria was absolutely amazing as well. Very pricey and upscale but the food was delicious.

Me and my children ate here and the service was very good, food was flavorful and the prices were reasonable. Overall our experience was good! It's small and cozy, family oriented atmosphere, the tables are super small, but that wasn't a big deal. I'm originally from Texas but have been living on the west coast for nearly 8 years and I was just so happy that I ate at a place that has flavor and believes in seasoning because clearly Nevada and California don't believe in using seasoning!!

Food was very salty and we were charged for water $5 a bottle. The bottle fill a wine glass 1.5 times. The flank steak was very greasy and was sitting in a pool of grease. Made the food taste only of grease. The upside were the wait staff. They were very accommodating and professional.

I’m so sad to write this review. I have been coming to La Rosa since I was 3, I am 38 now. I remember the comforting chicken soup and the delicious plates throughout the years. I have even had the honor of taking my own children to experience the food I grew up with. Today, January 16, 2022, all this changed. The soup had no taste, the steak was cold. It was not the Rosa I knew. They even charged us for coke referrals. I was dumbfounded. I expressed my concern to the manager. She didn’t say a word. She just stared at us. When our bill came the waitress said the a manger discounted Like $20. On top of this, they add gratuity automatically without having the ability to adjust. I’m so sad about my experience today. I hope the new owners take to my review and rethink their strategy because they won’t last long.

Unassuming but the dishes are top notched and really well executed! The avocado salad is so refreshing as the starter. My whole Grilled Brazano was the BEST I've had, perfectly cooked with the amazing and well-proportioned aromatics of ginger-soy, rosemary and shiitake mushrooms. Hubby's skirt steak was juicy and excellently seared to medium as well. Creme Brulee was indeed the fantastic finale for this wonderful dinner! We're satiated beyond words. Just a friendly suggestion to the owner: if the 'classic' Bellini mixed at the bar with peach puree or nectar could be served rather than the bottled one which didn't have much peach flavor at all, it would truly be icing on the cake for me but I wouldn't let that take away the 5 stars the chef truly deserves.

Food was OK. Nothing special. The staff was so nice. But it could have been so much better.

I really loved this place, excellent food but with a few vegetarian options, the mojito is the best. The prices are expensive as everything in Miami, and also they charge the service fee or tip in your receipt.

This restaurant is beautiful and the perfect place to propose to somebody in the food was amazing and unique. I would definitely give it a 10 out of 10 if I didn’t live in California, this would be a frequent spot. Make sure if you go to try the oxtails

We enjoyed our visit. The sangrias were delicious. Our meals were good. The side dishes were a little bland for our taste buds but overall a good experience.

Expensive adorable little place. Sides are extra and so are refills, water is free. Staff was amazing and bread rolls were warm. Cremoso de Pollo was delicious but the Pollo barbacoa was lacking flavor and sides. ORDER the ceviche appetizer, it was superb.

Excellent for lunch. You are instantly transported to old Havana and this authentic Cuban café that has been around for decades. The Cuban cuisine is authentically spiced in abundance, and pleasing to all the senses. The service was exceptional even though we were the only patrons who could not speak Spanish. Kristin and I had a great time, and I highly recommend..

Beutiful and fine place. Amazing. The best costumer service. A Cuban lady assisted with the food, her name is Dayamis ( La Guajira). 100 % recomendable. I would repeat the visit again. Unforgettable experience at Celia Cruz's House."Azucaaar" this popular phrase was born here. I love this place.

Excellent kitchen and service. A bit noisy at lunchtime but worth it. Being on fixed income price is important to me. Here I found the winning combination of great cuisine, reasonable portions at a good price. Plan to go back later on for dinner.

La Rosa is one of does places that you go and think of old grandmas food but there is something to it that made it all just something more. The staff was excellent (great costumer service) food was so good that I definitely want to try more from the menu. I will be back very soon.

One of my top ten restaurants and meals over the last 50+ years of international traveling on five continents. Unpretentious, excellently prepared food (so much so, I re-ordered the same pork chop dish the second & third nights). Expect nothing fancy, quiet conversation, and tasty side dishes. I wish I did not live 900+ miles away. I tried both dine in and delivery without a problem.

Had not been to La Rosa in years. I didn’t realize what I had missing. So glad I rediscovered it! We had the empanadas de rabo encendido, the papitas rellenas, the ropa vieja and the cordero en vino. We loved them ALL! The Mojitos were also delish! I will definitely be back soon!

The octopus appetizer was delicious. They had a ceviche, with diced mango and orange slices that I thought was odd. I tried it anyway, and it was an unusual blend of flavors I don't think go well. Prices are on the high side, but the atmosphere is well worth it. They have an amazing flan, I highly recommend.

Excellent experience. Friendly staff. Great atmosphere. Food presentation was phenomenal. Highly recommend. Went for the lunch menu. Got pork and was not disappointed. Dessert and cafe con leche were on point. Went with the coconut flan.

One of the best prepared and tasting branzino’s ever. And anyone can serve Masitas but not many can serve them this moist and tender. Highly recommended

Checked this restaurant out last night per a recommendation from a local hotel. One of the best meals I’ve had in awhile. I’ll definitely be going back!

I was looking for brunch spot. Originally I wanted to go to IHOP but the parking lot was full. I’m not familiar with the restaurant in Miami because I’m from NY. My Uber driver suggested this restaurant and I was very satisfied. The service was very great. The food and the drinks were good. I would definitely recommend it.

We were on our way home from a trip to Aruba and had a layover in Miami. This restaurant was within walking distance to the Regency hotel and had THE BEST food. My spouse got the special (beef back stew? I cant remember the name!!) and I had a delicious chicken dish. We sat on the patio and it was perfect. Clean, fast and huge portions. 10/10 would recommend.

The best Cuban food! We loved it so much! The Lamb was cooked to perfection. The Octopus appetizer was stunning. Last the Tres Leche dessert was so memorable we still are talking about it a week later.

I was invited by friends of mine to go and have 1 of my favorite dishes which is oxtail, Upon us arriving and was seated by our awesome waitress Ana Cristina. Immediately approached by waiter Pipo who told us they ran out of oxtail earlier in the afternoon, being that was the meal we were craving as we wanted to leave Ana Cristina and Pipo asked if they can offer us a substitute to accommodate. I had the pork chunks which was awesome and the service provided I must say was excellent. I will be there again that's for sure. Thank you
