    My fiance and I went to this store for convenience as it is located in our neighborhood. He initially purchased a promise ring there but we needed a size adjustment and when we went back to pick up the new order, service was terrible from everyone, the guy who greeted us sat us in the back room as if he was bothered we were there. The lady that brought out our bagged order didn't even sit down, just handed the ring over as if she was in a hurry and didn't even ask us to check if everything was right out of courtesy. We initially had received the ring in a Tiffany blue box and this new order was in a black box and when we asked why our boxed was changed, she responded that blue box was only for engagement in a very rude and judgemental tone as if a purchase of $2000 wasn't worth her time. We then went back for a third time to purchase our engagement rings, and they got worse with time, always in a hurry, we asked questions about the upgrade program, financing, etc, and they didn't even sit down with us, trying rings on was done briefly as if they were doing us a favor, this time we are spending considerably more and apparently that is also not worth their time. We definitely do not feel comfortable making such an important decision and handing over our money to purchase something we can't even get answers to. We decided to leave to a different store and we went to Mayors and Tiffany Design district store. Both incredibly nice people, the Mayors guy was both, passionate and knowledgeable about diamonds and even told us to go to Tiffany's because they didn't carry the style of diamond on the specs I wanted. We then found a lovely lady at the Tiffany store in the Design District. The entire staff greeted us nicely, they offered something to drink and patiently answered all of our questions while pulling out a few styles we wanted to try out. They did not have a particular size and style we wanted so they ordered it to be transferred to the store for a later date try-on. She even gave us a Tiffany mini book that talks about diamond quality and the 4C's and gave us homework to do. We did not feel rushed to make a decision but we will definitely be buying from her. She even apologized from the experience at the Coral gables store and tried justifying their behavior saying they might be currently under-staffed but she understands that also doesn't justify the service we received. Well done for her trying to defend the name she stands behind without being rude or defensive and making us feel heard and well attended to. Shame on Tiffany for not staffing their stores properly, tainting their name and the image of Luxury with such bad service and not knowledgeable associates at the Merrick Park Coral Gables store.

    Sad so say this, I thought Tiffany’s was the place that I would want my ring from. The “best of the best”… No thank you! Not after how I was treated 🥺 I am entirely underwhelmed by the quality of employees that work at this establishment. My boyfriend and I have been talking about getting married. We happened to be in this mall and walked by a Tiffany’s. My boyfriend asked me to come in there so he could get an idea of what kind of ring I would like. I honestly was so excited because this is the first time he has shown interest in person. 🥰The woman in this store acted like we were trash. She refused to pull out a ring that I asked to see assuming that we cannot afford it. I assume this because we were dressed comfortable as I had just come from a Post op surgery appointment. I honestly couldn’t tell you any other reason! Regardless even if we can not afford the ring NOW whos to say later on in life we wouldn’t be able to?! Anyhow she refused to show me the ring I asked to see proceeding to tell me “oh that’s FOUR ct. that isn’t coming out of the case but let me show you THIS one”… and she pulls out the tiniest ring. It was .85 ct diamond and honestly we didn’t discuss a budget with her or ANYTHING. I was so embarrassed that i tried to act like nothing was wrong when in reality I left that store feeling terrible about my appearance and self worth. I wouldn’t recommend anyone shop here if this is how they treat people and I would rather have a ring out of a 25 cent machine than to shop at Tiffany’s.

    I’m always stunned by the treatment of staff at this store all these years. You must look loaded and expensive and filthy wealthy to buy here. I was going to make a $900 + necklace purchase as a gift for a friend and the sales person was so rude and annoyed letting me try it on that I bought the necklace online once I left the store. I am not sure why the sales assistants here act like they’re “too good” to help people who walk in but I am starting to think it’s in Tiffany Gables training / boarding, which is shame because then customers like myself will just order online or not at all.

    I went to the store for an anniversary gift for my husband. I had searched online and had an idea of what I was looking for. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the specific item in stock, although they did have some other items I was looking at. The greeter at the door was very kind. However, the older lady who was “helping” me seemed very reluctant to provide any assistance and was very rude. Mind you, I was never asked what I was shopping for, the occasion, etc. - also I didn’t even have a budget for the gift .. However, when I told the sales associate the item I liked online, she let me know that it wasn’t available at the store, but made sure to add: “you know it costs $____, right?” .. Yes - I know I didn’t walk into Marshalls, and I’m certainly not there to window shop. Maybe she did not think I could afford anything there since I came in workout gear after a SoulCycle class a few doors down, and simply a wallet in hand .. Even if there was something I loved, I wouldn’t have purchased it here because of the poor service. Instead I went to Nordstrom and picked up a few pieces by David Yurman. Will not be back or recommend.

    I visited this location today wearing my 30 yr old Tiffany bracelet and asked for a complimentary polishing which I have never done. Cici approached me with such care and kindness and I haven't seen my bracelet shine so bright in years. I am very grateful for her time and care, I will return to shop for the holidays.

    My son took his girlfriend to this shop for her birthday, she always wanted a heart pendant necklace. The lady that assisted them treated them like they were not worthy of being there. They are young so I guess she chose to pre judge based on their appearance. The sales lady was rude, and cold assisting them. The only time she smiled was when he paid. Thank you lady for making her birthday purchase a horrible experience to remember.

    Extremely poor customer service. I went to this location to have an item repaired back in December 2022 and to this day, March 30, 2023 my item has yet to leave this location to be serviced. I followed up on the status of the item in person in February 2023 - as I had not received any updates on the repair via phone or email. This is where I was lied to by an associate who told me that the item had been sent to New York and was on its way back to the store. She told me the reason for the delay was due to the fact that I had requested the item be repaired during the busy holiday season. It’s now almost the end of March and I have yet to receive any updates on the repair so I called the store to inquire on the status. The associate who answered the phone advised me that the item was ready for pick up. I drove to the store and was greeted by 5 associates and escorted to the customer relations area. I was left unattended for 20 minutes waiting to pick up a repair in a store that had no customers at the time I was there. I’m finally being helped by an associate who ends up being the same associate who told me that the item was ready for pick up over the phone. She brings out my “repair” and the item is in the same exact condition in which I left it. It’s not even polished to pretend anything was done to it. No one cared to look at the notes of the work order to compare and contrast it to the physical item before I drove to the store to pick up the item I left in the same condition last year. The associate then told me she would take my information down and get in contact with me once she figured out how she could resolve the issue in my favor. I have yet to receive any phone call or email. It is very apparent that there is a complete disregard for a customer’s time and business at this location.

    Beautiful location, lots of options to choose from and more importantly, they make you feel at home. Everyone is so professional and friendly, specially Louis and Daniella. I highly recommend getting your favorite jewelry here.

    The true Tiffany experience located at Merrick Park in Coral Gables. The store is located on the first floor of the mall. As expected the staff greets you as soon as you walk in the door and ask how they can help you. The staff is well trained and offer a variety of options depending on what you're buying. This is a premium buying experience and all expectations are met down to the little details.

    Amazing sales professionals and great location. The store however had a water leak causing half of it to be roped off, spilled coffee on the carpet and somewhat limited men's inventory when I visited.

    My husband proposed at this store, and thanks to Daniela's great service, we got my engagement ring, wedding bands, and bride presents at this Tiffany's. The service was outstanding and they were very patient with resizing my ring multiple times. I couldn't imagine having gone anywhere else.

    This Tiffany's is my home-store, meaning its the closest one to me. I've been coming here for a few years. I've mainly been assisted by January who is AMAZING! Words cannot express what amazing customer service she has provided to me. Go to her if you can, she'll always treat you with kindness and respect. Unfortunately this past visit was less than ideal, I had to make a return and also had the intentions of purchasing two items but the sales associate Johanna (short older woman) was extremely rude from her : tone of voice, body language and her attitude, she asked multiple times if I made the purchase, rushed through the entire transaction and at the end of the return she didn't say goodbye or anything and just began to walk away from me and that's when I stopped her and told her i needed further assistance. Unfortunately one of the items I wanted was out of stock and once she told me that she started to walk away from me again and I didn't bother mentioning I had another item I wanted to purchase. I asked for her card and she reluctantly gave it to me. I'm here writing this review with frustration because I understand this purchase was not a large ticket item but regardless I was attempting to make a purchase and I'm a customer whether I spend $100 or 5k dollars. She should treat people with respect and stop walking away from them. Going through previous reviews it's not the first time she's mistreated a customer and they need to have a conversation with her because this was an awful experience being rushed and brushed off. It is not what I expect from Tiffanys especially when I make multiple purchases throughout the year.

    I just recently purchased a ring & gifts on this Coral Gables / Merrick Park Store. I just want to say that the best that can happen, is feeling the store associate as involved and as interested on the right thing, as if she was part of my family. Thanks to Johanna, I honestly hope you would've been the sales associate who helped me with my engagement ring back in 2016. Thanks again!!!

    First the good, the customer service at this location is exceptional, the staff are very professional. Unfortunately my rating stems from the quality of the wedding band I purchased two years ago. The band is a classy platinum piece that is diamond encrusted, very elegant. Clearly, the piece bares the price of the Tiffany name, thus at 2300 dollars I aspected that quality of the piece would be exceptional. I guess I was fooled by the marketing and Tiffany is another scam in a long line of companies. The piece in question lost a diamond a few weeks ago, I went ahead and made a visit to my nearest location and was told that each diamond that needed to be replaced was 100 dollars. So not only does one pay a premium for the name but Tiffany is not happy sticking it to you the first time. No, they want you to bend you over and give it to you one more time. Never mind the fact that you purchased a product from them, now you have to waste more time driving twice to the store so in all I wasted 400 dollars in time. I had a friend purchase a similar piece from an independent jewelry and the band also lost a diamond. He however paid only 400 dollars for his piece.So if you want to be an idiot like me and keep throwing money away on inferior quality jewelry have add it. I think the only thing Tiffany makes that is of good quality is those blue boxes.
