If anyone can testify for Figurella..It is me. My name is Badia and I did Figurella in Venezuela back in 1993. You have no idea what I felt when I found them in Coral Gables, I felt a blessing from God because I suffer from back and neck problems since I was a kid and NOTHING absolutely NOTHING made me feel better than Figurella, I tried all kind of treatments and nothing helped like Figurella. Their care and professionalism makes you feel great and in good health. I have been recommending Figurella left and right and people who had signed in to do the program swear by Figurella and they thank me for it.. The exercise program and the technology they use is unique and I am confident you will start noticing and feeling the results right after the second session. (NO medications, no pills not chemicals) I wish they start accepting health insurance as I am sure many medical providers will be happy to send their patients to them to see results right away and avoid invasive treatments. Figurella is more than a workout space for women to improve their figures and health. It’s a place where you are a part of a tribe of women whose main goal is well being physically and mentally. Florida has helped me navigate a healthy lifestyle with an exercise coach that has always been there to support me, push me when I need to be pushed as well as to cheer me on when I succeed…. They may seem like easy steps but every goal achieved has been with continued support from the personal coach and the team in Figurella; that for me has been key. I am able to focus on my goal and with the support of the tribe I am in a place, focused on women, managed by women who understand the challenges of women and their physiques.

I joined Figurella - Coral Gables in January 2023 and have already lost 12 pounds. The ladies are wonderful. They are there with you all the time motivating and making sure you're doing the exercises correctly. You get personal training with a nutrition plan and as long as you follow and stay committed, you will meet your personal goal. It only takes about 50 minutes a session and it works! I personally would have not been able to do this on my own. Thank you Figurella:)

I have been going to Figurella for about 5 months now and have lost 26.5 inches. At first, I struggled through the exercise routines and dreaded going, but the staff are enthusiastic and motivate you to believe in yourself and commit. Love, Love, Love..Figurella, I have degenerative spine condition and at Figurella I can do a great workout and not aggravate my back. The staff keep you focused with your workouts and make sure they target the areas you need. After my workout I jump into an oxygen capsule and relax. I love going!
