This place has the worst front desk crew I’ve ever interacted with. They are extremely rude. The appointment time will always be off, so don’t come early. Don’t expect to feel safe or comforted while at this location. Originally, I had an appointment in Gaithersburg, however they cancelled my appointment the same day. I came here the following day after being disappointed for my appointment cancellation, just to be spoken to and treated in an unprofessional, rude way. Worst experience.

Friendly staff clean facility. Do not plan on being seen at or close to your appointment time. You will usually wait at least an hour, unless you are the first or second person in at 8:30am. The appointments are set 10 minutes apart. Just hope the person ahead of you isn't getting a lengthy procedure done.

This was my first time at a planned parenthood. I came to get the birth control implant. The office was nice and clean, the workers were very kind and informative. Procedure didn't take long at all. Overall had a great experience here.

I just came to get information about something personal and the female (light skin, medium to long acrylic nails, first person you see at the desk straight ahead) receptionist was pretty rude. My boyfriend wouldn’t stop talking about it until we got down the street. I got the info I needed, but I hate when people act like they don’t care for their job or people. If you don’t like it, don’t work there. At least fake it.

The recent reviews about people being respectful at the front desk is a lie! I went before the pandemic and the women at the desk except one were rude on every visit. One of the women would not speak or even nod her head to give a kind greeting. She just gave a mean look. The pills didn’t work and the doctor wanted to give me a D&C on that day without anesthesia! I said no because my gut didn’t feel right about it. I found out that you shouldn’t get it done while awake. I can’t believe he’s doing that procedure to women without anesthesia. Instead of telling me to go to the hospital he just kept giving me more pills and I kept losing blood. I finally went to the hospital since the bleeding didn’t stop. I shouldn’t have trusted them. The doctor knew something was wrong and just kept giving me more pills saying it will get better and it didn’t. Horrible people working there!

The best planned parenthood. Everyone is so nice and informative. I wish this location did regular check ups so I could do everything here.

I hate giving bad reviews, but Jesus Christ, the staff here need some training. You are dealing with women who might have cancer, please have some compassion and respect. The medical personnel here (NP and medical staff) are so compassionate and sweet, but the administrative staff and the scheduling staff are so rude and disrespectful. I made my appointment here because I believe in PP mission. I double-checked with my insurance they participate in the PPO. The day of my appointment the woman at the front desk was challenging saying because my insurance was out of state she didn't know if it was covered. She didn't offer to check. I had to call my insurance and they verified it. The insurance paid PP for everything but it is not up to the patient to verify. She was very rude and I had to be stern with her. I had my tests the NP and all the medical staff was very nice and sweet and compassionate. So for my follow up the people who schedules the appointment are rude and they know nothing etc. All this to say if you can't treat patients with respect find another job. PP will always have my support for all the services they offer women that said when you are dealing with people that are already stressed over a diagnosis respect and compassion go a long way.

So unprofessional. Don’t even waste your time. “Natasha” and “D” don’t have any basic customer service skills.

This Planned Parenthood is aesthetically pleasing and safe. Normally, professionalism is not a problem. However, one of the nurse practitioners needs to re-evaluate her tone, delivery, and rhetoric when talking to clients especially when they may have to undergo a procedure to discover possible life-changing results such as breast cancer. As forwarded to management, I am concerned with a nurse practitioners's behavior and hope future clients do not undergo a patronizing experience as they attempt to take care of their health - I recommend at this time that if you are interested in receiving services from this location, that you proceed with caution - aside from that, everything else is satisfactory.

I was very hesitant to go to this location based on the reviews, but everyone there was very friendly. I blocked out several hours in my calendar to account for waiting as I’ve experience in most doctor’s offices, but I was in and out! Plus the facility itself is very clean and organized.

Horrible place to go. Everyone we talked to was rude and disrespectful. If you are scheduling an appointment don’t. They do not make you feel comfortable at all. I worked in health care for 3 years and I never treated patients this way. This is already a hard situation to go through why would the receptionist want to make it harder. I had a previous appt where they told us information we were not aware of 2 mins before our appointment which caused us to have to reschedule. they told us the price without insurance was 525 1 week before our rescheduled appt but when we came to our rescheduled appt they said they had a price change. they didn’t change there website or make us aware before we came for our appt. They also lied about us being aware of the prices when we were originally told it was a different price. I could give less then 1 star I would. DO NOT GO HERE just make the longer drive and go to a different one.

I truly love effective care, communication and cleanliness. Not only to I appreciate planned parenthood being a phenomenal resource I genuinely appreciate the staff at this location. Friendly, thorough and honestly just Nice. Even the nurses and staff that work remotely are always more than helpful. Will continue to go here for any medical needs that they can meet. Thanks for all you guys do for the community!

This Planned Parenthood is the worst, you are better going somewhere else. The front desk will give you false information regarding what health insurance they accept. Be prepared to receive a hefty bill, they will take advantage of you!

This is the fifth medical center I have been to in the past 2 weeks. They finally treated me with care and respect that I expected from all medical establishments. They inquired about my past and future history and tried to learn more about what was causing my issues instead of just notating my problems and then dismissing me based on what they assume. If it wasn't located so far away I would try and make the NP Kia my Primary. Phenomenal!!!

I had a Great experience at this location very clean and neat facility. I have been to this location multiple times but I have never experience such Amazing Customer service like today. TIA is Phenomenal her customer service is freaking Awesome need more Health Assistant like her working in that office.
