License # SEA1619225 9/3/2023 There was a dead cockroach in my food. Went to talk to the manager who was surprised because "the food is covered." I asked for my money back. She asked if we were sure we didn't want them to remake the food. What?!? Not only did I completely lose my appetite, but I could not imagine them making more food for ANYONE that day. There was no apology. She did refund my money and we threw everything away. Thankfully we hadn't started eating. For full transparency, I left the same review on KFC (same address but different reviews on Google maps). The department of health and corporate office has been contacted.

EVERY SINGLE TIME i come here they NEVER get my order right. I ordered a three piece big box drumsticks only with fries and an extra biscuit. Wth is this?

Lady taking orders could not be understood to take my order correctly because of her heavy accent and mask as she was speaking through the intercom. Very Frustrating and I won't go back to that location.

Went here yesterday,there were 3 people, including the manager. All they were doing was complaining about a customer while making food. They knew we were standing there waiting to order and never said anything to us. After a few minutes I called out and someone, I believe the manager, said I'll be there in a sec. At least 5 minutes went by and none of them even attempted to come up and take our order. There was noone in the drive thru, and even if there would've been there was enough for someone to come take our order.

Literally just got my food and it was cold and hard like it was not fresh. The only thing that tasted good was the drink.

Ordered online, for pickup on the lobby. Got there and Libby was closed. The drive thru lane was overflowing with a line that was getting impossible to get into, since it got to a point of multiple entry and traffic was all over. Couldn't get our food, nor a refund. Lost $15 of food to the business. Will never order from this location again. This has happened multiple times and it keeps happening.

This location is trash. These other reviews are fake. These employees are hot garbage. And don’t deserve anymore than minimum wage since they can’t get a simple order right. Wasted money. They barely put any protein in my taco

Spent 35-40 minutes in the drive through. Tacos were way way greasier than usual, the popcorn chicken in my famous bowl were over so over cooked it was like trying to chew charcoal and to top it all off they gave me their fries (I really dislike KFC fries in general) with both my chicken strip meals when I specifically asked for mashed potatoes instead.

Ordered $30 worth of food. They forgot one of my burritos. Everything was Ice cold. Nothing tasted fresh at all. The way everything was quickly wrapped and falling apart,we were all hungry and it was terrible.

I’m suffering in pain after eating what tasted like a twice fried chicken patty from yesterday but served today as a fresh sandwich. How could you do this to people? There is something going on in this restaurant lately. My cheesy Gordita crunch was pitiful and had hardly anything inside of it. I feel bad writing this review but management needs to address the quality of food ASAP! I want a refund!

THE BEST CINNAMON TWISTS EVER!!! This is the only Taco Bell I'll go to, not even the closest, and it's because of those cinnamon twists and some great customer service.

They filled the food up to a good amount and the employees were pretty nice too.
