Beware
of
predatory
behavior!
This
company
doesn't
explain
their
monthly
memberships
to
customers
fully
before
they
get
into
their
"69
dollars"
a
month
massage.
My
husband
and
I
were
looking
to
add
a
"massage
day"
together
as
a
couple
so
we
booked
what
I
thought
was
the
couples
massage
but
then
had
an
associate
convince
me
to
"upgrade"
to
their
"69
a
month
massage"
when
I
did
this
it
wasn't
explained
that
it
was
technically
a
different
timed
massage
and
I
was
a
little
confused
when
my
massage
ended
ten
minutes
early
than
my
husbands,
not
a
big
deal.
The
next
time
I
called
to
schedule
my
massage
was
a
week
later.
This
is
our
first
time
ever
having
a
monthly
massage
program
and
the
first
time
we
had
gotten
massages
in
general.
When
I
called
last
week
to
schedule
for
today
I
let
the
person
know
who
was
scheduling
that
this
would
be
our
massage
for
the
month
under
the
"membership"
or
whatever
it
is.
Upon
FINISHING
the
massage
they
decide
to
let
me
know
at
the
front
desk
that
I
do
not
have
a
"credit"
and
would
have
to
pay
125
for
the
service.
I
told
the
front
desk
associate
with
the
septum
piercing
and
long
black
hair
that
I
spoke
to
someone
and
explicitly
let
them
know
that
I
wanted
to
book
the
monthly
massage
so
why
wouldn't
they
let
me
know
ahead
of
time;
she
blamed
it
on
new
employees
and
then
called
her
boss
just
to
say
"I
don't
have
a
credit"
to
where
her
boss
said
that
there
is
nothing
they
could
do.
After
she
got
off
the
phone
I
asked
her
if
I
could
pay
early,
why
it
wasn't
explained
to
me
and
she
wouldn't
answer
any
of
the
questions
just
gave
me
attitude;
I
even
asked
her
to
call
her
boss
back
to
explain
the
entire
situation
so
that
they
could
understand
where
I
am
coming
from
or
if
I
can
pay
the
entire
amount
and
cancel
she
told
me
no
to
everything
I
offered
so
I
asked
if
I
could
speak
to
a
manager
to
which
she
told
me
she
was
the
manager.
Clarifying
at
the
end
if
she
was
refusing
to
call
her
boss
to
explain
the
entire
situation
she
got
mad
tried
to
put
us
in
a
separate
room
behind
closed
doors
so
she
could
speak
to
her
boss
without
us
there
over
her
cellphone
which
made
us
really
uncomfortable
since
she
was
acting
rude
and
giving
us
attitude
for
a
situation
that
was
out
of
our
hands
which
she
decided
to
go
into
the
back
to
speak
to
the
boss
and
came
back
after
ten
minutes
to
tell
me
that
they
could
in
fact
change
my
pay
date
to
earlier
so
that
I
could
pay
and
get
the
massage
which
I
asked
for
earlier
(otherwise
it
would
have
been
the
29th
of
each
month).
After
all
this
we
decided
to
cancel
both
of
our
memberships
because
my
husband
was
entirely
upset
with
the
way
we
were
treated
and
leave
the
company
with
a
very
bad
taste
in
our
mouths.
She
kept
telling
us
that
"All
massage
places
charge
like
this"
and
I
kept
reminding
her
that
this
is
my
first
ever
massage
membership
so
it
should
have
been
explained
more
clearly
because
I
have
and
continue
to
explain
it
to
the
front
desk
associates
every
time
I
call
as
I
don't
know
how
it
works.
The
massages
are
amazing
but
their
front
desk
people
unfortunately
will
lose
them
a
lot
of
business
with
the
way
they
treat
the
customers
and
with
how
they
do
not
explain
the
"membership"
beforehand.
I
also
explained
to
her
that
you
can't
anticipate
people
will
know
how
the
membership
works
based
off
of
memberships
with
other
companies
since
you
do
not
know
if
they
have
had
a
similar
membership
I've
only
ever
had
a
chiropractor
that
would
let
you
come
in
at
any
time
during
the
month.
