McDonald's has long since lost its charm. Flavorless hamburgers, prepared by people without commitment to quality, poor attitude and bad customer service, soda refills don't work.. sad.. So sad but I don't care it because I will never go to McDonald's again for the rest of my life.

I ordered a large coffee using the McDonald’s rewards app app McDonald’s in Coral Springs on the west sample Road where I receive a great discount. However, when I tasted the coffee, it had a very bitter taste in it maybe could’ve been the coffee filter I don’t know I took the coffee back to the counter and asked the lady it was a Caucasian lady, if I can get another one, I had only drink maybe a fourth of it she made a big deal out of it begin questioning me I had my AirPods in so the person on the other end of the phone herder I just simply left the coffee bear and walked out I’ll go back there again but today I’m going to Starbucks at Broward health. They have great service there.

The guy rushed me through the drive-thru so fast that he set my bag on my door and closed the sliding door. Poor customer service, no one even took the time to greet me. My burger was very messy. I had to completely take it apart and fix it, but not before I finished cooking the burger which was not cooked and was cold.

I was in the drive thru on Halloween night and I don't know if it was all the rowdy teenagers outside... Or if the staff was understaffed... It was very busy... So I give it a 3.. The teenagers should have had the police called on them for messing around the drive thru area.

Food prepared by staff that don’t care, I went to this location twice and it’s a mess , first time I get home and it seem like they took the entire Mac sauce container and dump it on my Big Mac sandwich 🤮 I ended up vomiting after trying to eat it but couldn’t , so I go back again tonight tell them no pickles on my McDouble burger they put pickles on it and my ticket says it, poor attitude and bad customer service. I’m to the point I will never go to McDonald's again for the rest of my life at any location they food getting to be horrible and the staff doesn’t care or make it any better.

There's nobody inside at the counter anymore. No one there to take my order. It's very impersonal and cold. The food is the same thing it's been for the last 35 years. However, now they're only $2 cheaper than Chick-fil-A. It's worth it for me to spend the extra two dollars and get better service and markedly better food. Thank you for helping me make this decision.

Good food very slow the restaurant was empty took 20 minutes to take my order then 15 to get my food

Absolutely HORRIBLE. They gave us the wrong order and on top of all of that we brought it back inside and they took the food that wasn't ours and gave it to someone else and then we asked if we could get a 6 piece chicken nugget with what our actual order was and the manager asked if we wanted to order it after ignoring us the first time. The girl behind the counter was cussing at other customers. WORST MCDONALDS EVER!
