So my sister introduced me to this salad place. Salads are amazing but this particular location the service and food quality sucks. On two different occasions my salad was missing items that’s are standard with the salad and on both occasions the pita chips were stale. They are supposed to be made fresh everyday. You can tell they mixed the old pita chips with the new ones. My husband went and got me a salad and when he came home once again the salad was missing key items AGAIN! We drove back to the location. Explained what happened, and the server is examining the salad to make sure what I said was true. As many times I come to this place, I know what is supposed to be in the salad. Then when she remakes the salad it’s sloppy, then after having to drive all the way back I get charged for extra dressing because the first time when my husband grabbed the salad it was very dry. She gave a dry apology. But this has happened to frequently and management does nothing about it. Food is way to expensive especially here for it to be wrong and then your given an attitude when you just want your food to be correct.

The menu is different on several pages (i.e. Caprese In the Mix) and the rice was not fresh at all. I tried uploading the photos but they kept getting blocked.

While On my way to the office and I recall reading about how a new Giardino was opening in Coral Springs. I found lots of healthy options available to choose from. I tried the Thai Thai inside a wrap (Spinach variety). Added tropical chicken to my wrap. It was a pleasant surprise of flavors that tasted fresh. Everything was crisp, tasty and the peanut dressing from the Thai Thai added a nice touch. If you have not been there, you should give their menu a try. There's definitely something for everyone and the staff is very welcoming. We're looking forward to our next visit.

The menu at this establishment would make you think you are buying the most yummiest healthiest meals ever but in fact the meals are stale and lack taste. My husband and I visited this place for a quick dinner after working out. I ordered the Baja wrap (chicken was tasteless and the the entire wrap was tasteless) and my husband ordered some sort of greek salad with greek pita chips. When we bit into the chips they were STALE! To top it off the staff here was rude and unpleasant. Safe to say were not gonna go back here!

This place can’t seem to get it right. My husband and I used to order salads from here on Doordash once a week and all was well until the past few months, as our past three consecutive orders have been incorrect. First two times, it was ordering a salad with grilled chicken and they forgot the chicken twice. Called to no avail other than a very apathetic apology. After not ordering the past couple of months, decided to give them one last shot today and ordered a single salad for myself and received someone else’s order with the same first name as mine, which was clearly for a family of 5-6 people. I feel sorry for them that they probably received my salad instead. Three strikes and they’re out with me, unfortunately. Shame because the food is decent, but they clearly have incompetent, undertrained staff running this place.

Found this place online and tried it for the first time. BEWARE if ordering online, this place presents itself as a healthy place but they baited and switch our soup of the day selection from broccoli and cheese which was pictured to some other soup with pork in it and did not mention that online at all. When I called they said that was the only soup they had. When I told them that is not what they present on their ordering site they said there is nothing they could do. No healthy place would serve their customers pork without disclosing it, especially knowing how many salad eating people don't eat pork. I've very disappointed in this place and their customer service. The salad is alright I guess.

I love it here. I went by today and the gentleman the lady was very awesome. They waited patiently while we peruse the menu, the service and food was amazing.

It is like subway but with salad, they have not only greens, they have grains to. I recommend this place for anyone who wants to eat healthy

My bestie and I normally love Giardino's but today I am watching her picking out wilted pieces from her Spring Mix. The worse part we pointed out that they weren't fresh before they were put in the salad and the girl just added fresh salad to the stale ones and proceeded merrily along. Needless to say, we are not pleased.
